Single and twin rooms both have original ornamental Victorian fireplaces and all bedrooms have black-out roman blinds.

The bathroom boasts a double walk-in power-shower, pedestal sink and heated towel rail with tiled floor.

On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge with two sofas, a digital TV with Freeview channels, coffee table and ornamental open fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is provided for all your internet needs.
The dining room has a table and chairs for all guests and an ornamental fireplace, with wood floors throughout extending from the living room through to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, full-height fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, single oven with extractor hood, induction hob and washing machine. All crockery and cutlery is provided along with cooking essentials, pots and pans, glassware etc.

The under stairs cupboard houses an ironing board, iron and clothes dryer for your use should you require it.

There is a cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen, off the back door lobby.
The property has full gas central heating and is double glazed throughout.

Direct trains to London Waterloo and London Victoria run approximately every 15 minutes and take around 40 minutes. Located near to the M25 junction 9, the property is ideally situated for quick and easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow airports which are located within half an hour’s drive of the property, and provides convenient access to many other local attractions.

Just a five-minute drive will take you to the renowned Epsom Downs with its racecourse and Queen’s Stand and views over London.

A short 10-minute drive away is the market town of Dorking which is home to Denby’s vineyard and Box Hill for breath-taking walks or cycle rides along the renowned Olympic route.
