About this apartment rental
My comfortable and warm flat is the ideal launch pad to explore London. Located in Kensington & Chelsea, it has outstanding transport links; arrive anywhere in London fast with no hassle. The garden offers extra depth and tranquility. Recently installed solid oak floor. Enjoy!
Modern, Well Equipped, 3 Bedroom Flat in Central London - Sleeps up to 8. Half a block from Earls Court Tube, Zone 1.
The property is a lower ground floor flat. Windows are all double glazed. It features a spacious master bedroom with a convenient en-suite shower room and a second double bedroom with a bunk bed. We have also recently converted utility room to provide a quirky and cosy little single bedroom, ideal for a single guest or perhaps one of the kids! We also provide a 3-seater sofa-bed in the lounge, allowing the flat to sleep 2 extra if needs-be. The main bathroom has both bath and shower available.
The main living area is an open plan space, featuring a fully equipped, modern kitchen with washing machine, dining table & chairs, and a comfortable lounge area with sofas and television.
Outside is a lovely intimate garden (70 square meters), with table, chairs, parasol and even a barbecue - ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day in the city (provided the British weather behaves!). There are outdoor electrical sockets and lights in the garden.
Wifi broadband internet is also provided. Please note neither the flat nor garden is wheelchair accessible.
The area is well lit and well covered by CCTV. Walking alone late at night is commonplace.
The flat is located on a main road so you can expect some noise in the front bedrooms. We have mitigated this with double glazing in the small bedroom and triple glazing in the master bedroom. You soon become accustomed to the hustle and bustle of London life.
The photos do show the flat slightly brighter than reality..
William is my site manager and neighbour and he helps with the day to day running. He is very open and is ready and willing to answer your questions during your stay. If you need help with something during your stay please ask him or myself.

The location was 1 block from Earls Court Underground (we used the District and Piccadilly line) The property could use some tlc. The property host was friendly and helpful as was the cleaning lady. I would stay again and recommend it

William met us there upon our arrival and showed us around and let us know of nearby grocery and restaurants William was also available to answer any questions. This property was easy to get to from the airport and to attractions using the underground. It was nice having a living space where we could sit after sightseeing all day and talk and enjoy each others company

This was a cozy, clean and safe spot for our family of 7. Easy to access the tube which made travel to anywhere in London a breeze. William the property manager was very responsive and helpful with great dinner and ice cream recommendations.

Family site seeing trip to London, lovely property in a very convenient location. William was there to greet and and show us round the flat and gave advice for good restaurants, there is also M&S and Tesco Express within walking distance overall perfect location.
4.4
Lovely property in a very convenient location—not too loud or busy at all, but not too far away from London’s offerings.

Alex was quick to respond to any questions
. Amazing location, 20-30 minutes on the tube to all the best attractions.
4.4
The property was spacious and perfectly fit the needs of my family. The kids room was cozy with a view of the outside. The check-in was simple and the location was a short 1-block walk to the subway station with many restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. The area seemed safe and I didn’t feel nervous walking around after sunset.
Some time seems to have passed from when the pictures were taken, but the rental was clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was a huge convenience as well.
4.4
It worked out nicely for us. There were 2 couples and one slept in separate beds.
4.4
Nice place - close to the underground and stores/food
Close to London only a few minuts
Clean and enough space for our family
Only thing “wrong” is that there Can be noise from the Street but nothing a couple of earplugs can’t help with.
Alex is Nice and Wiliam gives good advice for good restaurants

Excellent location, right across the street from the “tube”. William was a great property manager and answered all our questions about London and provided excellent recommendations for local eateries!!

We loved our stay at this property. My son and I were able to walk to his beloved ‘Blues’ stadium to catch a once in a lifetime match. The location of the train was really nice as we also had theater tickets. And William was simply the best!

I was so looking forward to my 5 nite stay in the UK. I went on line to book a VROB and found this one in Earls Court neighborhood. I had stayed in this area before and found it convenient.
When I arrived at the flat I saw that the stairs leading down to the entrance were treacherous. When I entered I saw that the pictures that were depicted on line did not resemble the ones in the rental. It looked as if all the furniture was very second Han, the couch was so low to the ground that it was difficult to get up. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, the bed I slept on was not a full size bed more like a army cot. I slept here because it was the farthest on from the very busy street that was very noisy all the time, this was not mentioned in the booking .
Also it appeared to be directly under the flight path of the planes landing at Gatwick Airport.
The shower floor was lumpy and had mold and rust very hard to stand in. There were a few mismatched towels provided but they ewewold. Two bottles of hand soap was provided in the bathrooms but no bar soap or any you could use to take a shower with and no wash cloths were provided. I could go on I just hope that someone else does not have to experience this.
We went on to Leon in France and stayed in a beautiful hotel for about the same price that I paid for thr flat in London.
Hotels for me from now on.

We loved it!

Great location, next to the underground station, close to grocery shops and in a nice neighbourhood.
Easy contact with owner before and during the stay.
The house could be better cleaned and needs some renovations. (Humidity in the master suite and bad isolation in the single room.

Very nice little flat across the street from Earl's Court on the District, Circle and Picadilly lines, very convenient. The flat is comfortable, nice size and bright. The street noise usually dies down at night so sleep wasn't an issue. The stairs going into the flat were a little steeper than I thought, but manageable. Would stay again!
4.4
Easy location for sightseeing in London! Communication with the host was easy and William was helpful in getting us settled into the flat. We used the underground station across the street to easily and quickly get around London during our brief visit.
4.4
We enjoyed this flat immensely and would stay again in a minute. There were seven of us who were nicely accommodated in the three sleeping areas. All of the amenities were good (minus a haridryer) but the back garden was especially great, being a total respite after a busy day of sightseeing.
William, who checked us in is a lovely man who was most helpful and friendly. This flat is a Find in the heart of the big city. Being on the Piccadilly Tube Line, with the station mere yards away, we had easy access to and from Heathrow, which is also a big Plus.
4.4
Really appreciated the location, communication and ease of access to transit. Tube station a block away. Flat worked perfectly for family of 5--with teens. Photos are a bit better than actual but nothing that would make me hesitate to book again. Recommend for those seeking solid accommodations, convenient (out of downtown) location and fair pricing.

I would recommend this property to others. It is pretty much across the street from the Earl’s Court tube station. Short walk to some shops and restaurants. The property owner and property manager were great! We’re giving this 4-stars overall because it just wasn’t quite as nice as the VRBO property we stayed at in Paris the weekend before this (that we rated 5-stars), but it was a good property.

Microwave did not works, iron not reliable and needs replacing. Location was excellent.

We had an EPIC trip and we’re extremely grateful to Alex and his wonderful Property Manager William. The home is very comfortable, has an awesome location (next to a Tube stop), and we loved the outdoor patio. Highly recommended and would love to return!
4.4
Very convenient with easy access to tube (station can be seen from front gate)…flat was clean/spacious for our group of 5…check-in was easy…restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, Roman Catholic Church and historic Brompton Cemetery in easy walking distance…stairs from street to flat door a bit steep/narrow, but handrail in place….overall, a very pleasant/safe property….
4.4
We loved our stay. The place was very clean and welcoming and additional outside space was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Having the tube station literally down the road, was very convenient for traveling around the city. Communication with both the owner and the manager was great.
4.4
Stayed here with my groomsmen before my wedding. Easy check in, cracking location just a 4/5 min walk from Earls Court station. Plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
4.4
Great location and neighbor was helpful in checking us in. Apartment could use some sprucing up and would have been nice to have hand soaps and toiletries available.
4.4
Bit of an older place. Great response and communication with the host and manager. Appreciated being able to drop bags at the beginning/end of trip. Basement level place so just beware if you have big or a lot of suitcases or anyone who may have a bit of issues with stairs as they are narrow to get to the place. Wasn’t too difficult, but just something to be aware of. Very basic place, but really it is about the location!!! Tube just beyond the place and a small grocery store at the beginning of the street. Some restaurants nearby which was easy as well. Furniture is very basic to include at least 2 of the beds which may have been more like longer term cots. We had a short stay so it worked fine for us. But, again, the key thing about this place is the location. It did it’s purpose for what we needed!
Some people commented about lighting but we found it totally fine. It’s a basement level place so you go down stairs to get it but lighting was never an issue, nor did it feel dark or caved in. It is on a Main Street so you will hear noise from the master bedroom, but during the evening it isn’t as bad unless an ambulance goes by, but that’s part of what you get with the location being in a busy area/by the tube.
4.4
The location was very convenient. The courtyard was a nice place to get out of the flat and sit, but it was very cluttered with no lighting or umbrella as depicted in the listing photos. In fact, the photos were not indicative of the state of the property at all. There was a bit of a safety concern, as the bunk bed was not attached to the wall, was very unstable, and was ‘secured’ with plastic zip ties. The kettle, dishes and pots need replacing and the shower head in the en-suite bathroom was green with mold. As a general note, almost everything needed updating or replacement. The expectation created by the photos on the listing was definitely not met. It was convenient to the tube and adequate to stay in, but only just adequate.
4.4
Great location to access London!
Very cozy and convenient basement flat. Perfect for a small family needing a kitchen and separate sleeping areas but wanting to be close to the tube stop to access London. The top bunk bed was not serviceable while we were there as the bed has not been rebuilt correctly after a long term renter. Apartment looked older than the posted photos. But otherwise, was very functional and convenient for our needs during our three day trip.

Pictures are a good representation of the flat. This is a bottom level flat - below street level. The back steps climb up to a private outside area. The master bedroom gets some street noise - if you are sensitive to it. The bonus room does get warm, and also gets road noise. Comes with all the dishes you will need to eat in if you want. Only about 100 yds to the tube stop. Check in was easy and the owner was as flexible as he could be with it. Thanks!!!

Great spot to explore London from
Fantastic location. Fantastic communication and check in. Great location for exploring London with my wife plus our adult sons. Plenty of comfortable space, good coffee and a few restaurants nearby and easy to get anywhere bu hopping on the Underground.

Awesome location, poor quality
The location of this unit is amazing. You are just a few steps from the entrance to Earl's Court. The street is relatively busy, but the unit is remarkably quiet in every room.
The size of the unit is more than what we expected.
The quality of the unit however was pretty disappointing. The towels were little more than old rags, the beds were all missing the top sheets. The floors were dirty and there was a lot of mold/mildew in the bathrooms and kitchens.
It appears the pictures in the ad were somewhat doctored to make the unit look better. If i were to rerent it i would ask for better pictures and proof that they were current,

This lower-level home is right off the street and has a very nice backyard garden area. If there were neighbors, we did not hear them. It’s bright, cozy, and comfortable with a lot of space. We had three couples and a single in our party and that made things tight when everyone wanted their own room (we didn’t use the sofa), but we managed just fine. I found Alex and his property manager William to be very easy to reach and accommodating. I liked the proximity to public transportation and the neighborhood stores.

Great location just a short walk from Earls Court underground station, flat is located on a busy road but didn’t hear much traffic noise at night. Beautiful neighborhood, 30 minute walk through lovely Kensington to Hyde Park. Apartment has necessary amenities, back patio/garden was nice but weather was too crummy to enjoy it.
