Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin for Father’s Day weekend.

This was our third time staying at this location. We had 17 people and an 20 month old. Perfect for family reunions! Loved it!

Our extended family of 13 (5 grandchildren 5 & under, plus 3 children with spouses, and us) enjoyed a wonderful skiing holiday in this spacious home. Plenty of privacy in the separate sleeping quarters spread across 3 floors, plus large common spaces (kitchen, dining, living, movie theater) for gathering all together. Easy check-in process; great communication with the hosts; house had everything we required to for 7 comfortable nights together.

Our first reaction to this property was that it was even better than the photos represented! Our experience was magical for the entire family! Wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent property. We had a ton of fun.

We certainly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountain retreat during the height of fall colors! There was plenty of space for our adult children, spouses, and 3 grandchildren. The kitchen won me over! We enjoyed making meals in the spacious area with all the amenities necessary. The hot tub and sauna kept us warm and entertained when the temperatures dipped down! Wonderful, wonderful!!

Our family of 12 traveled from England, North Carolina and Arizona to attend Homecoming at BYU. The cabin is well appointed and met all our needs. It is gorgeous inside, is in a spectacular setting and is conveniently located. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Luxury Mountain Home was perfect. We had our adult children and their children come for my wife's 60th birthday. It was prefect and fit our families needs. Nice big kitchen to cook family meals in. Plenty of room for everybody to be together as well for everybody to spread out as needed. Nice views from the peaceful back deck. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would defiantly stay again.

We loved our stay. The kids thought all the staircases were magical. Everyone had lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very very comfortable. We enjoyed a concert at the Bluebird cafe and had a great hike to Stewart Falls

So much about this home surprised us. It looks beautiful in the pictures but is even better in person. There are a variety of spaces in the house including many areas where people can gather to play games, watch movies, or sit outside and chat. There are great spaces where kids can play, and there are quite nooks for reading as well. The gourmet kitchen is remarkably well-stacked and spacious. The beds and pillows are fabulously comfy.
A surprising bonus was the proximity to Sundance, gorgeous hikes, and beautiful canyon drives.
Truly, we could not imagine a better home for our family gathering.

This was a perfect cabin for my friends and I to relax and unwind! The cabin is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and its just what we needed! Thank you for everything! We hope to make this a tradition of ours in the future!

This property was perfect for our two families with teenagers. The house is really well equipped with everything you would need and more. It’s only a mile from Sundance Resort making it really easy for a ski vacation. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us during our stay which was in the middle of the most snow Sundance has ever seen. We would highly recommend and hope to come back again!

I booked the cabin for a family weekend getaway. We stayed January 27-30th. There is something for everyone at this wonderful cabin! From the movie theater, or hot tub to gathering around the large dining room table for a family game night. Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be back!!

We stayed at this cabin January 9th - 12th, 2023 for our first big family reunion with my immediate family. If we could sum up our experience here in one word it would be "wonderful"!
-We had some issues with the booking before our trip and Stephanie was more than accommodating. She was flexible and fair. I was very grateful for her patience when we decided to shorten our trip and her promptness with a refund for the extra days. She was very easy to work with and very kind!
-We had some issues with the hot water on our first day (due to the excess of snow, not any person's fault) and she was very quick to get a plumber (who was super friendly and efficient! 5 stars to Jackson!) out ASAP and fixed the issue. No problems after that!
Pros:
-It's huge and beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone (we had 13 adults and 2 children, with some local family members coming and going)
-The kitchen was very well equipped.
-The host was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in her responses. She was reasonable and extremely helpful!
-It was very clean, and very easy to clean. Vacuums and other cleaning supplies were easy to find.
-The hot tub, sauna, and theater were a huge hit and worked very well!
-It was overall an amazing experience!
Cons:
-We had a couple of very young children with us, and while the majority of the cabin is pretty kid safe, a stair gate would have been awesome. We could have brought our own, but having one there would be a plus.
-The steam room is pretty gross. It has a musty smell. We didn't use it. The sauna is awesome though!
-The lights are really janky. lol The switches are hard to read and even harder to operate. There is a switch in the mud room and one in the master bedroom that turn every single light in the whole cabin on and off. So be careful if you have little ones taking naps! lol After a day or so we got used to them, or just didn't touch them at all.
-The hot tub has an intake that isn't covered so it'll suck your toes in! It's not too horrible, but my sister and my father cut their feet on it. It's pretty strong!
-The projector bulb seems to be pretty dim. Maybe it just needs replaced.
-There were quite a few elder beetles inside. Not enough to cause any alarm, but we just noticed them.
-The driveway was very hard to get into with all the snow, even with 4wheel drive! We did a lot of shoveling and pushing.
Overall the experience was extremely positive and any issue we had just gave us great stories.

We all had a good time. Be sure to get a 4 wheel drive with good tires. The road up to the cabin is sketch with any snow or ice.

Every attention to details they care and it shows… book it I can assure you it will meet your expectations and then some! Already referring friends and family. I love to cook appreciated custom kitchen equipped with everything including food warming drawers, gas range, dual dishwashers. All the bells and whistles sauna, steam room, hot tub and home theater to seat a gang with comfy recliners and a host of movie choices along with popcorn popper! Ample room to gather yet plenty of areas for some quiet time. If traveling to Provo, Orem or Sundance look no further this is the place to book. Stephanie was wonderful and quick to respond never made us feel as though we were bothering her. We will be back Stephanie thank you!

Wowza! This house is amazing! From the first floor to the fourth, everything was clean, organized, beautiful and they had everything we needed as far as pans and dishes go.
The mattresses in this place are all top notch. Everyone commented on how comfy they slept. The theater is beautiful and they have a whole spa downstairs! If you have a large group, you should absolutely consider this property. You won't be disappointed!

This cabin is a perfect place for gathering with family. Each member had their own bedroom and with 5 full bathrooms they each had their own bathroom with one sharing. I was concerned about my 3 toddler grandchildren enjoying it and they loved it!!! They had a fun play house and plenty of room to play in the main gathering room. The things most important to me cleanliness, to sleep comfortably, a large couch and family room to gather, a table big enough to fit everyone, and a jacuzzi. It was a bonus to have a movie room to enjoy flicks. The lighting system was really cool once you learn how to use it. Everything is well labeled. Beautiful scenery!!! And places to enjoy and walk to as well!!

The home is very maintained and appointed. Six of us recently stayed for an extended weekend of outdoor activity nearby. The location is perfect in Sundance near hiking and biking trails. The house was perfect, for 6 people it was a bit large for us but we were all comfortable with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The various decks made for perfect our door remote working and the well appointed kitchen helped to make perfect dinners.

We had a small family reunion. 17 of us altogether. There were great accommodations, views, and a get away in the trees. The little kids called it the castle. Loved it!!!

Great cabin at Sundance!
This cabin had absolutely everything we needed! Lots of space so everyone could be together or have some alone time. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. The theater room was a favorite as was the hot tub and steam room. Everyone asked if we could come to this “exact same cabin again”!

Family Ski Trip
Our family came from CA, SC and Lehi, Utah to enjoy Sundance Mountain resort for sone skiing. The cabin was large, located on a beautiful mountain road, and very well stocked. Stephanie always responded to my inquiries quickly as I planned and prepared. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything one might need to make meals away from home. Thank you so much Stephanie!

Near Perfection
A nearly perfect spot for our adult siblings retreat, even with some minor quirks. Truly, our songs were of praise all weekend long.
Note that you'll be getting into a pretty intense Wild West aesthetic & govern your expectations accordingly.
One serious vacation rental difficulty is finding space for a group of adults who all wish to sleep in king beds, and prefer private bathroom space. This place certainly exceeded hopes in that regard, with four king bedrooms, plus two additional rooms with queens, and four full private bathrooms. A bounty of towels for all, and plenty of hand soap at the numerous sinks, though it seems unlikely that those paying $900/night will be pleased by Pantene shampoo. I recommend the property managers level up there. Beds were comfortable as can be, though a couple seem to be nearing the end of their reasonable lifetimes for a high-end rental. I would suggest property management use unscented dryer sheets, as some in our party were uncomfortable breathing "spring meadow" via their pillows all night long. Lovely soft sheets, and attractive bedding otherwise.
The great room was inviting, with an exceptionally comfortable & elegant red leather sectional situated perfectly for gathering around the awe-inspiring rock fireplace, with ready access to a nice foresty deck, with another wonderful fireplace. There were issues with proper chimney draft, but building a larger fire solved the problem. However, the wood supplied was wholly insufficient for our three nights, so plan to haul in your own.
Kitchen & dining area: Anything you could reasonably expect, really, and more than enough comfortable & elegant seating for our group. We were pleased by the warming ovens and generous refrigerator space. There's also a chest freezer in the garage, and at least two additional mini-fridges. We loved cooking for each other and wanted for nothing.
The lighting system was ludicrously complex and we struggled all weekend. It became a point of humor, though, and it would not prevent me from renting again.
The spa area was sublime. We enjoyed the heck out of the dry and wet saunas. Though the hottub itself was a delight, the cover was unwieldy and had no place to go when removed.
Communication with management was speedy and useful, without exception.
Finally, I can't possibly offer enough joyful hollering about the home theater. It was so delightful I feel like I want to keep the details to myself. Just go check it out yourself.

Sleeps Six Couples, Not 20 People
For starters, this is a very nice house. Spacious, great setting, the Sundance area and resort are absolutely beautiful, and easy access to many great hikes and other activities. Utah is a top 5 state for me and the location couldn't be better for filling a week with things to do.
Each year we rent a large house for an extended family vacation and we've stayed in some amazing houses in Sedona, Alaska, Montana and Mexico (www.casacarole.com). This house does not compare as well for a couple reasons:
1. The "sleeps 20" portion of the listing is simply not true. There are six bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed, so it sleeps 12 people, but only in the form of 6 couples. We were a group of nine - two families with two college/high school age kids each and a grandma - and we couldn't fit without asking grown kids to share a queen bed. Ultimately the owner provided an air mattress as a condition of booking, but that was still a tough option for one of the kids when you're paying $1000/night. The "sleeps 20" statement comes from the availability of 8 sleeping bags and floor mats. Much like I can't put a tent and a sleeping bag in the backyard of my 4-bedroom house and call it a 5-bedroom, a sleeping bag does not count as accommodations in a house of this type and cost.
2. The value for the price comes up short. The summer rate for this house should be cheaper than the winter rate as several amenities (hot tub, sauna, steam room) are wonderful for a winter vacation, but unusable on 80-90 degree summer days.
3. The sound system in the movie theater was not calibrated properly, so we watched only one movie because you couldn't hear dialogue out of the center speaker without turning the overall volume up to ear-splitting levels. The owner is very specific about renters not touching any dials or wiring in the theater, so we couldn't use the theater from then on.
4. There were other small things that left a sour taste like the fact that the owners don't provide wine glasses of any kind. For $8000/week, a $100 purchase of a wine glass set should be a no-brainer, but the owner said they're not drinkers, so they don't provide them - so we drank wine out of plastic fountain soda cups. (Nothing wrong with wine out of a Solo cup! :)
I imagine this is a wonderful house in the winter with days spent skiing Sundance and evenings in the hot tub & theater, but the value isn't there in the summer and the bedding description should be more accurate.

Perfect mountain retreat!
We chose this property as a family reunion spot. Although we grew up in Utah, coming back to reunite in this mountain retreat was so great! Plenty of space for our family of 16 for our 4-day stay and all ages loved the hot tub, movie room and spacious gathering room! The Sundance location gave us a retreat from our normal Utah spots and away from the hustle and bustle of the Valley. We enjoyed the ski lift ride to the top of Sundance for pristine mountain-top views plus had local fun on electrice bikes on the Provo trail and floated the Provo river for a calm ride through the canyon. It's a perfect spot!

Fabulous Mountain Home
This beautiful mountain home is nestled between various trees and you can smell the pines from any of the three decks. We so enjoyed playing games in the loft, watching movies and munching popcorn in the movie room. Overall, fantastic stay! We will definitely be back!
