The property is spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located. Guests loved the hot tub, grill, fire pit, and ample indoor space. Great for families and group trips.

The location was perfect. Ten minutes to Bretton Woods or Cannon and close enough to the Lincoln/Woodstock area. The house itself was a little dated, but otherwise no complaints. It is big enough for 4 adults and 5 kids to stay comfortably.

Some friends and I stayed here to hit the slopes. We went to loon and Brenton Woods, which are both close by had a great time. The hot tub was awesome after a day on the mountain.

The house is very large and had everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating.

Great place to stay. Convenient to all the things we wanted to do

Very rustic rental. Only one working TV and two air conditioners for the entire house. Bedrooms were uncomfortably hot. Thankfully we spent most of the day out of the house. Picture of rental are very deceiving.

Second time staying here and it is very nice and perfect for ski trips! House gets very quiet at night and creaks a bit so kind of spooky. Hot tub is great although one of our guests may have gotten hottub rash so the chlorine levels might need to be checked.

This was the perfect house for a big group trip to bretton woods. Has all you need: Skiing is only 10 minutes drive away. A grill and a hot tub right outside. Ample parking out front. House was pretty well stocked with towels, blankets, dish/laundry detergent. Coffee is BYO. It does get cold at night (we came in Feb) so bring some extra warm blankets if you get cold easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was easy to access, super clean when we got there. Had plenty of beds and an equipped kitchen
Grill, fire pit, and hot tub were all highlights for us! With plenty of space to hang out inside too

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is older with lots of character. Well equipped and 10 minutes from Bretton Woods. Kids loved the hot tub.

Mountains getaway
Really cute and to be honest better than I was expecting. Clean house, comfy beds. Spent a lot of time hanging in the hot tub as we were just there to run the Mt Washington race. Coffee pot didn't work, only thing I would have changed.

Great Location
Great time. Great location. Very dated home but kept up well enough for a place to crash near Bretton Woods

I did not enjoyed the stay
The property is very old and the heating system is not suitable to warm the whole house, the cold was unbearable in the second floor up to the point that I had to cut my stay short.
Also there is a ceiling fan in the stairs leading to the second floor that was really dirty, it was awful...
The kitchen, although spacious is not in the best conditions and some drawers/cabinets are not in proper working order.
There is a house rule that ask you to wash and dry the towels, it is really something inconvenient since you have to vacate the property by 10:00 AM, so you may have no time to shower and then wash and dry the towels, you have to leave a full load of towels in the dryer, otherwise you will be charge 25$, but you pay a cleaning fee...

Not nice
This property might be a fine place to stay if you're going to be skiing 14 hours a day and eating all your meals in restaurants, but we were looking for a nice place to spend a weekend away from home, hanging out with friends and cooking our own meals, and this was not it. From the yard-sale-reject kitchenware to the single ply toilet paper, it felt like the hosts were only concerned with wringing every possible penny of profit from their property, and not at all concerned with our comfort. The jacuzzi was nice, the appliances were new and clean, there was a TV in every room, but anything that doesn't show up in the pictures was not nice. A particularly stunning example is this: there were two coffee makers, but no coffee, and coffee filters that fit a different third coffee maker that was not present, almost certainly left there by a guest who happened to have some coffee filters in their car that they didn't want anymore. Never in a thousand years would I assume that I would have to provide my own coffee (and certainly not filters for someone else's coffee machine) when paying for hospitality. There were multiple threats of fees like $50 per hour of late checkout after 10 AM and not doing the laundry which were quite stressful. This felt more like staying with family that hates you than a place we were paying for. Not recommended.

Great weekend getaway
We visited for the weekend and had a great time. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a short drive to santas village and Bethlehem during the day and we had nice weather to enjoy the yard and firepit at night

Nice house - noisy location
Location was not ideal due to being at the intersection where we heard 18 wheeler breaking as early as 6am

Pros and cons
My friends and I stayed after a camping trip up Mt. Washington. Loved the location, the bedrooms, the fact we can bring dogs and the jacuzzi. However some areas that can be improved: downstairs shower never got hot. There was no extra toilet paper or garbage bags. The dishes all had to be rewashed and the cabinet where the pots are stored smelled like a dead mouse was there (pots were next to mice traps too). There was also very little communication with the owners. The neighbors had to let us know about bears at night and not to leave our garbage outside when full. The owners unfortunately never got back to us with what to do when we leave (where to put garbage, linens, etc). Pros and cons but overall we did enjoy our stay.

Everything was as described . If you are thinking about staying here I 100% would recommend it. Easy access to the highway. Gas and great food up the street at yaya's market and deli . Not to far from littleton main street kids loved the candy store in town. Great stay no issues what so ever.

Lovely home with all the amenities we needed and more, a plus being everyone had their own space if needed. Great backyard for outdoor games and enjoying each other's company on the patio! Everyone loved it, 10/10 would return!

Ski trip
We chose home for proximity to bretton woods. Home was great for skiers wanting to boot up in the mud room and then heading over to mountain. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Overall we had a great experience and hosts were always very responsive.

Perfect day
I arrived with my girlfriend and left with my fiancé! We got engaged on the mountain and came home to a lovely home where we made dinner and enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. We will always remember this weekend and the place we stayed!

Weekend getaway for a hike
Great area for hiking. Wanted to go to my Washington for dinner because the location was perfect for it, unfortunately due to covid, they weren’t taking outside reservations. House was just what we were looking for though. Would make a great location for skiing in the winter.

Perfect for our needs
A comfortable dog and kid friendly rental nicely located for the variety of trailheads the whites has to offer. The property is great for kids to run around, and the house has lots of nice spots to hang out in. I’m so grateful for owners that allow pets.
A few notes - the hot tub thermostat reads about 15 degrees colder than actual temp (Dont turn it up without physically testing!), and the master bedrooms only interior connection is through the only first floor bathroom. Totally workable with exterior exits but could be a bit of an annoyance in cold weather if you aren’t very very comfortable with your travel companions :)

August Stay
The house itself was very nice and well maintained. Overall it was everything as advertised.
The neighbor on the other hand has a rooster that would walk all over the yard. It would make noises at 2 to 3 In the morning. I would make sure to let any family that rents from you with smaller child know this as it could be dangerous. Also on two occasions we saw the neighbors hide behind trees and take photos of us. These are the couple on the corner of your road. Very weird and disturbing for sure.
Anyway, thanks again.

Great house and wonderful area
A group of friends and I stayed in this house for four nights over the summer and had a wonderful time. The check in process was entirely hands-off which we all appreciated greatly with the Coronavirus situation happening. The house is in a great location: mountains all around and plenty of trails to hike. Patrick was helpful to our needs and was usually quick to respond.

Spacious and cozy home
We really enjoyed our stay. The home has everything we needed for a summer get away. We loved the back yard grill and jacuzzi. Our hosts were helpful . Answered all of our questions as we prepared for our stay. This is a great place for families! We hope to be back next year!

Good location, good value
My family stayed at the property for 4th of July weekend. It is conveniently located near many scenic and hiking spots as well as the Mt. Washington resort areas. The property itself had everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings are a little worn and the house could have been a bit cleaner, but even so it is a good value for a family vacation.

Great hiking home base
Check in was easy. Plenty of space to accommodate 4 adults and hiking gear. Grill, patio and hot tub an added bonus.

GREAT getaway for Bretton Woods!
We stayed at the house for 6 nights while doing a ski vacation at Bretton Woods. It is a 10 min drive on the dot! Fantastic location. The house was very clean, and the owners responded very quickly to any question we had. The place was roomy, and with three kids, they each had their own bedroom. We stayed in the one downstairs, but if parents wanted to be closer to the kids, there's also a queen bedroom which I suspect was the original master bedroom, upstairs next to the other two bedrooms. The kids didn't use the backyard much because after a day of skiing everyone was ready to just be inside, but it's huge, if that's a factor. Nice porch too, which again, we did not use. The pictures are pretty accurate. The entry area is colder, and we used it basically as storage for all the ski stuff - essentially as a ski mud room. I'm sure it's more useful as a room in the summer. Overall, a great way to go skiing at Bretton woods, and be very nearby at a fraction of the cost of staying at the resort, with more space!

Cozy farmhouse
My family enjoyed our weekend at this cozy New England farmhouse. Check in was easy & it is convenient to Bretton Woods skiing. The management is very responsive, should an issue arise. I recommend bringing additional towels if you plan to use the hot tub.

Great Property and Great Hosts!
The house was very clean, very comfortable, and very well equipped. The yard, with its fire pit, hot tub, and grill, was excellent for a family weekend away. The are is extremely remote with all restaurants and fun locations at least 25 minutes away, so this home lends itself best for a stay-cation type of trip.

Comfortable, great access to summer fun
We’re a family of 5. Kids ages 5, 8, 10. Great layout. Parents in the huge master downstairs. 3 smaller bedrooms upstairs. They had their bathroom. We had ours. The hot tub felt great after our hiking day. We were right between Santa’s village (15 minutes) and the cog railway (10 minutes). I ordered something I forgot from amazon. Turns out amazon doesn’t deliver there so my husband drove 8 minutes to a post office to get it for me.
Kitchen has everything needed. Yard is huge. Kids had plenty of space to run around. We ate dinner outside once. Table is better for 4 people. But we managed 5.
