About this house rental
Rental Registry no 22-1590
All local hotel / motel taxes are paid from rental rate (if applicable)
Beautiful, uncluttered, airy, modern, four bedroom house with four and a half bath sitting on a park-like acre of open lawn and flower gardens. Large heated pool surrounded by tall trees that give complete privacy. (Please note that the pool opens on 25th April and closes mid-October and there's an additional charge for using the pool heater. See below for pricing.).
There's a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a dining table that seats 10. The sunlight-filled great room is an open space with a gas fireplace, and glass sliding doors that lead onto the deck and spacious pool area. The deck has a dining table and chairs seating 8, a Weber gas grill, 4 sun-loungers, outdoor sofa and 3 large umbrellas for shade. The pool is large with a 3ft shallow end and 10ft deep end. There are 2 outdoor showers.
The 4 bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets and TVs. The generous master suite leads directly onto the deck and has a gas fireplace and a bathroom with a bidet, double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and a sofa-bed, the third bedroom has a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen sized sofa-bed so the house sleeps 10 people in all. There's also a games room with a ping-pong table, darts and pool table.
There's a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a lawn with a hammock and shade. For the kids there's a badminton set, soccer nets, croquet. All of this, and just a 15 minute walk to Cedar Point park with calm, warm waters great for young kids to swim in and there's a play area for kids as well as a basketball court and volleyball court. You can take my paddle board from the house and explore the bay coast. Or discover the Hamptons and the beautiful local communities of East Hampton, Sag Harbor or Montauk, only 12 minutes away by car.
Please note that the pool opens on 25th April and there is an additional charge for using the pool heater. $250 for the first night and then $50 for each night thereafter. You can decide whether you want the pool heater nearer the arrival day and the balance can be paid by Venmo on Zelle. In the summer months it's unlikely that you'll need the heater. In the winter I ask guests staying longer than 28 days to cover the cost of utilities long - gas, electric, oil, internet - and taking the trash to the local recycling facility.
The house is located in the countryside. It's in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton which is a heavily wooded area. There is wildlife out here - deer, wild turkey, voles, field mice, spiders, moths, ticks, ants. There is a cattle grid over the entrance to prevent deer coming into the garden. The lawn is sprayed for ticks throughout the year and I have a monthly pest control service contract that sprays the exterior of the house regularly to deter insects coming into the house and bait traps are set for rodents. Every precaution is made to minimize wildlife coming into the house but there is never a 100 per cent guarantee. To prevent wildlife entering please shut exterior doors and use the screens in the windows and please check children and pets for ticks during your stay.

I had a wonderful and relaxing birthday retreat with some close friends and family at Abigail’s home. She has great communication and the check in process was smooth. The house was very clean and well equipped with any and everything I might need! I would love to stay here again in the future.

Deceptively large house in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Walking distance to a beautiful private beach where you can spend hours just enjoying the water; or stay put and take advantage of a large fenced in yard where the kids and dog could roam. Grandparents, parents and kids all found plenty to enjoy in the house thanks to the game room, bikes and lawn games. A great stay.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful time at this lovely and very clean house. The pool was also clean and surrounded by large trees which made it feel quite secluded. We never saw or heard the neighbors. The description is accurate but still
our expectations were exceeded. Abigail was a great host and responded to our every question almost immediately. We hope to return! Thank you, Abigail!

Perfect family home
Beautiful family oriented home with comfortable spacious accomodations. Grounds are well manicured. The game room is perfect for families, we really enjoyed the games. The house is a bit far from Montauk and ocean beaches. The community bay beach is about a 25 minute walk. The kids utilized the bikes and got there in 5! We visited in winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the outstanding pool and deck, but they are amazing. Abigail is readily available and responsive to all communication. Overall, we had a great time.

Perfect Getaway!
Abigail's home was exactly what were looking for and exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (almost too much room as we sometimes had to force our kids to spend time with us :). Pool was amazing - large, sunny and just perfect. We spent hours and hours swimming. We made many trips to East Hampton and Sag Harbor and Montauk is also just about 25 minutes away. Abigail provides tons of information on the house and the area including restaurant suggestions, beach suggestions, etc. In addition, she is incredibly responsive and made check in and check out seamless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Perfect vacation home
Great home, perfectly appointed for our family. Between the heated pool and indoor activities (ping pong, pool table, board games, Netflix) we didn’t need to leave the property. Abigail was immediately responsive when f we had questions. Looking forward to staying here again.!

Excellent property and Host
The property was located in a woody area of East Hampton and a short car ride to Rte 114 which is a main throughway in the Hamptons. Our host, Abigail was amazing, quickly responding to all questions. The indoor space was perfect for my family. Abigail has a top of the line sound system. The pool was the highlight for all 7 of us. So nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The basement area had a wonderful pool table, ping pong table dart board and a lot of fun toys, games and activities with beach chairs. Really, we could have stayed all summer!

Private, family friendly East Hampton comfort
We were lucky enough to secure this property for a few days' stay in the Spring. The King room and the Queen room are well-appointed for privacy, being at opposite ends of the house. The beds and sofas were so, so comfortable. It's rare that a vacation rental home would have comfortable beds AND sofas, so I want to make sure to call this out! We slept so well there. The house was wonderfully clean as well. There were only 3 of us, but this property would comfortably sleep so many more! The lower level of the house is the same footprint as the main level - doubling your space! The yard and pool were wonderfully maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet and respectful. There are nature preserves around the property as well. This place is primed for a relaxing time. It would be wonderful for families as well. We felt right at home easily and there's really no beating that!

Great family getaway
Perfect location near Cedar Point Park, the Grace estate and Northwest harbor. The back of the house, where the nice pool is, is surrounded by large trees, making it very private and serene. The layout of the house is great for groups or family members. A big plus is that each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, providing extra privacy. Abigail is a fantastic host, always responding immediately to any questions we had. All in all, this was a great experience!

East Hampton retreat review
We had a great time! The pool is awesome & you can see it from all the rooms in the house which was important to me as a mom with a 9 year old. The owner was fantastic with communication & helpfulness. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway, this is perfect!

Beautiful in winter
My small group, including my dog, stayed here in February at bargain rates, and enjoyed luxury we could never have afforded in the summer. It turned out to be a great house for a winter rental. The light through the many windows on cold, sunny days was lovely, and the two gas fireplaces--including one in the master bedroom--were perfect for the evenings. Highly recommended for an off-season treat!

Comfortable, clean and fun
We enjoyed this property location and wooded setting. It is equally close to Sag Harbor and East Hampton so there are good options for shopping and restaurants. The house is about 1.5 miles to the ocean/public beach, which makes for a good walk/run exercise destination. The home was fun and comfortable, the pool is an added benefit, and Abigail's restaurant recommendations were spot on. A nice family get away spot!

Wonderful vacation home
We stayed here as a group of 7 adults (3 couples and 1 single) in early May. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable; the master bedroom was luxurious. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the dining table in it was more than large enough for us. The pool area and yard were very peaceful & pleasant. The location is great. Cedar Point County Park next door is within walking distance; a hike along the beach to the light house at the west end of the Point is highly recommended. Montauk Point, Sag Harbor, and many parks and beaches are within 45 min driving distance. We couldn’t take advantage of the pool and nearby private beach because of the weather, but they would be great pluses in mid-summer, when public beaches are crowded. Cost was as expected in this “high-rent” area. Our host Abigail was helpful, gracious, and flexible with her house rules.

Perfect!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Abigail's home very much! Abigail was kind and prompt with communication and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed! Private and sunny, I now love the Northwest Harbor! This has been, by far my favorite home rental. With all bedrooms having en suites, my family was comfortable and had our own privacy. Thank you Abigail!
