Cocoonr offers this flat for rent in Rennes, located in the city centre of Brittany's capital, a stone's throw from the SNCF train station, in a beautiful 1930s co-owned building. The flat offers a panoramic view of Rennes. Here, the charm of parquet flooring blends with contemporary, meticulous decoration. Located on the 7ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 45 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

Tea Time "If you want to stay in a modern city, very close to a state of the art train station (which is a two minute walk away) this is the place for you. Extremely safe, loads of shops, cafes and even a nice pub across the road. This apartment is for you. There’s a lift up to the apartment which is very handy. All in all, I’ll be back to Rennes. This apartment made the stay so memorable - only 90 minutes to Paris on the TGV …and it goes from the super convenient train station 200 metres away."

I’m 58. There was zero damage and we left the apartment clean. No refund after 14 days. Property is fine -/ it is on the 7th floor and the lift only goes to 6. So be aware. Thee rest of the stay was excellent.

Tea Time The flat is very nice, well equipped, well located and clean. However, I must point out two problems that occurred during my stay: the lift was broken (and the flat is on the 7th floor) and also the toilet flush is a bit slow.

Tea Time The flat is located very close to the Train Station (5-7 min walk) and not far away from the City Center on foot (20 min walking distance), which makes the location ideal for travelers. The check-in was really easy as well as the check-out. Agency Staff was very kind and responsive. I would recommend this place for visitors in the city ?? The only negative point was the toilet as it is a Vacuum Toilet, which was not very easy to understand at the beginning and it did not work that well. Otherwise, the flat is nice and was very clean.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Rennes. The apartment was well-sized, clean, and well-furnished, and was located just a block from Rennes's newest bus depot and train station. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Fabulous location to walk everywhere

Fabulous location to walk everywhere

We were met at the door for the key handover which was great. This apartment is well located very close to the railway station and within walking district of the old city of Rennes. We had a car as we were travelling around Brittany & Normandy so parking for free was a little tricky but we managed for our entire stay. The only draw back was the flight of steps from the lift which only went to the 6th floor up to the attic apartment. We would stay again
