This pristine and contemporary chalet is perched on Schroon Lake's western shoreline, offering its own dock, a rounded-pebble beach, and a spacious interior with room for everyone. Enter from the side door into the main level, which offers a kitchen with gleaming countertops and beautiful hickory cabinets. There's a spacious great room and dining area with hand-hewn chairs. You'll also find hardwood floors and stunning views.
The master bedroom upstairs is located just off the balcony catwalk, and the lowest level has a rec room with books, videos, and board games. There's also a laundry area on the lower level. Large patio doors lead out to a landscaped grassy area with a slate patio and hammock, with a set of stairs leading down to the private dock and shoreline with amazing views of the lake and the mountaintops. It's also just a mile to quaint Schroon Lake Village, with a public dock, pretty beach, and shops to explore. Reserve this tastefully decorated year-round home for your next unforgettable vacation!

As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Schroon Lake Landfill/Transfer Station. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The deck was perfect for outdoor dining with easy access to the grill and again the View!
Very bright and cheery home with fabulous sunrises right out the window. Outdoor fire pit was in a great location not far from house and plenty of firewood kept dry with a cover. We had a peaceful relaxing week with plenty of activities to enjoy on the lake ( kayaks at the house) as well as nearby. Vacasa was quick to respond to all of our questions! Looking forward to a future stay!
