Winter, the renowned season for Aspen. Skiing and Snowboarding on these world-class slopes should be on everyone's bucket list, but the fun doesn't end when the chair lift stops running for the day. Many of our arts & culture institutions, famous in the summer, offer winter programming. Après ski is a must when vacationing in an alpine village, and in Aspen the culinary delights don't stop there. We have over 100 restaurants offering up everything from burgers to sushi, with expertly paired wines & hand crafted cocktails to warm you up on a cold winter's evening. Even if you don't ski, there is plenty to be enjoyed in our winter wonderland: ice skating, cross country skiing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, fly fishing, hot air ballooning and more.
Spring in Aspen is short & sweet. You can experience spring ski days in March & April, enjoying warmer temps, goggle tans, and sunny après ski. These days can often be followed by a winter storm warning and one of the best powder days of your life. A fickle time of year, but you're in Aspen, so relax, sit back & enjoy Mother Nature's show. The official ski season closes around mid-April, but if the snow is still sticking, bonus weekends will be announced. After the ski season ends, you can enjoy a quieter time in town while the crocus, daffodils and crab apple trees bloom. In a mild spring, when the roads are clear, cyclists can enjoy a car free road bike ride to the Maroon Bells or top of Independence Pass prior to the highways opening to car traffic for the summer season. Late May & early June (SECRET SEASON) are ideal for white water rafting enthusiasts, the snow has just started to melt & the rivers are ready to take you on a wild ride.
Summer, a season not to be missed in Aspen. "I came for the winter, and stayed for the summer," is a phrase you'll hear often around town. The weather is one of the highlights, during the day the temperature hovers in the 70's and 80's, and by evening the mercury will drop into the 60's. People of all ages will appreciate the lack of humidity, making Aspen one of the places you can always have a good hair day. Arts & culture enthusiasts will be just as fulfilled as the adventure junkie during summer in Aspen. The events calendar is abounding with activities for everyone, from cultural events to athletic pursuits.
Fall is one of the most spectacular times of the year in Aspen, days are filled with sunshine and autumn warmth. Valleys full of aspen trees turn yellow against a crystal clear blue sky. You really can't go wrong with a visit to Aspen in September and early October. It's always hard to predict the peak foliage in the area, as a variety of factors are at play, but typically by the 3rd week of September, you won't be disappointed.
An adventure to Aspen, Colorado isn’t complete without a visit to its main attraction. The Maroon Bells, a series of distinctively bell-shaped, wine-colored peaks towering 14,000 feet above the pristine, glacial Maroon Valley, remain the most photographed mountains in North America and offer some of the most spectacular natural views in the world. From meadows of vibrant wildflowers to airy groves of Aspen trees to summit-based alpine tundra, the Maroon Bells promise a variety of natural habitats and a diverse, vivid representation of the wild Rocky Mountain range. With six scenic hiking trails, various camping sites, and biking paths fit for all skill levels, visitors can enjoy multiple ways to access Aspen’s natural marvels and endless mountain adventure perfect for any season. Explore Aspen’s Maroon Bells, and discover how a journey through over 300 million years of jagged stone inspires travelers from around the world to defy ordinary.

This apartment is located in a great downtown Aspen location, easy walking distance to everything and super family friendly :) The community pool was a great add-on! One thing to note is that this unit is up some flights of stairs from the parking lot so good to think about with little ones/strollers :)

The property is very well maintained. The main living area is spacious and comfortable. There were floor fans in every room, which was very nice. There is a beautiful large window in the front that allows for great airflow. Just a few things to be aware of: 1. this unit is on the 2nd floor on the backside of the building so there are quite a few stairs to get to the unit 3. the laundry room is shared and on the 1st floor of the complex 4. there is no master en suite. the two bathrooms are separate. None of these negatively impacted our stay at all, but they are good just to be aware of.

Wonderful location and perfect place for a family ski week. The unit has been recently renovated and the kitchen is well stocked. Really liked the main living area hang-out zone. Hot tub is close by and there is an outdoor closet for ski storage. Laundry room was just down the stairs and was helpful for a week long trip. Walking distance to Aspen Mountain and the bus stop for the other mountains. Would definitely stay again.

We are a family of 5, and we loved our time here. Perfect location to both skiing and town. We walked everywhere. Fred was great. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing. It will be our first look anytime we come back to Aspen!

We loved our stay! It is ski in and out to Aspen and is a very very nice condo. We loved being close and having walkability to everything. The bus stop is also a short distance away for those wanting to ski other Aspen mountains. The listing does list two beds in one room but there is only one bed in each room. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Cannot emphasize how perfect the location is - a block from the gondola, near all of the best restaurants / bars. The unit was recently renovated, and it showed. We had one minor drainage issue with one of the sinks in the bathroom and the owner had someone at the condo to fix it within the hour. A+

The condo is super great for walking to nearby restaurants and stores. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has the basics so you can alternate between meals out and at “home”. The owner was super friendly and we felt totally at home. Hope to be back in the future!

Our stay was amazing in Aspen. The condo is at the base of the mountain, and within walking distance of anything in the town of Aspen itself. Check in was very straightforward and Fred was very helpful and easy to get in touch will. Would definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin!?! Perfect location, extremely clean, cozy, beautiful view of trees and a winter wonderland to top it off. We stayed over Christmas and this condo was perfect for our family. I stayed here with my family and extended family (8 ppl) for my mom’s 70th birthday. I had toddlers, teenagers, and adults in the group. Being able to walk into town for gelato, a meal, mini golf, playground visit, shopping, or to get a grocery item was so convenient. The pool was awesome to have, especially for the toddlers, but it was the perfect temp for adults to go in with them. The apartment was spacious for all of us and beds were really comfortable, even the pullout. The bathrooms were also plenty big for several ppl getting ready. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we cooked ate ate 90% of our meals in it. If I needed anything during our stay, the housekeeping crew or property manager was immediately responsive. Overall perfection!

The location is fantastic and the property owner responded within minutes to our questions regarding the WiFi and TV usage. The second bathroom is pretty dated, but the rest of the condo is nice and cozy. I would recommend this property!

Condo was very clean with all necessary things for stay. Fred was very helpful with questions. The bathrooms and kitchen were a bit outdated and unit would benefit from some upgrades. Overall though it was a great experience. Centrally located to town. Would highly recommend for no hassle, fun time in Aspen.
