The condo was perfect in all ways, all kitchen supplies that were needed, grill for cooking on your own private balcony, comfy beds and an electric fireplace. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable and the location was so close to bike rental and ice cream and the distillery. Would recommend. Loved our stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo in Canmore. It was clean, well furnished and stocked with many items not usually included. The views from the balcony and living room are fabulous. We received a nice bottle of wine to welcome us when we arrived. The location is perfect for travels to Banff and Lake Louise. The downtown area is adorable with great restaurants and shops and within walking distance. The underground parking was wonderful! We enjoyed the hot tub several of the days we were there. So thankful we chose to stay in Canmore. We hiked, biked and enjoyed every moment. Thank you Brent and Terrie. .

The condo was just perfect for me and my mother. We had our own separate spaces. Lovely place. Cooked in two nights. Loved the convenience to Main Street restaurants and shopping. And a lovely walk along the river.

We loved our stay at Serenity & Splendor. The complex was beautiful and so were the views. Everywhere in the town of Canmore is walkable and the condo was right in the heart of the town. The condo did not disappoint. It was exactly as pictured with so many amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Banff area.

The location in Canmore is perfect and the property is very nice overall. Communication with the property owner is super easy … we had one little issue and the owner addressed it right away.
The only reason I did not award 5 stars is the “supplies” that guests are responsible for. The listing says that the owners give you enough to get started for things like tin foil, sandwich baggies, etc. The description also says that they ask guests to replace anything they have fully used. It is clear the owners rely on the previous guests to take care of this as there was no tin foil or sandwich baggies upon our arrival. And also included in “supplies” is toilet paper. This is the first VRBO property throughout Canada, the US and elsewhere we have ever stayed at that requires guests to supply their own TP. When we arrived, there was one partially used roll in each bathroom and that was it.

Condo was great. In a great location. It had everything we needed. The "Parks Pass" to get into the National Parks was a very nice perk. Our only complaint was not being able to adjust the thermostat. It should at least be programed to drop down at night, so you can sleep better. It was very warm when in bed. The heat stayed constant during the night. But overall, the place was great, and very easy to get into.

Place was nice enough and Canmore is beautiful, BUT be aware that you are signing up for a unit that has a book of do’s and don’ts over 20 pages long. Some of the info is helpful instructions of how to work things, many are don’t do this, don’t do that.
The book starts out like this: “ Unfortunately, due to theft of major items from the condo, there will be a complete inventory done by our cleaning staff before you check in and this inventory will again be done when you checkout Any missing items will be reported to your booking site and the cost will be charged to your credit card. It is sad that we have to to implement this process due the actions of others.”
Also note that if you are planning on washing clothes you will likely need to use the commercial units down the hall. Even though the unit is advertised as having a washer and dryer we found out after checking in that they are “high efficiency“ units and they require you to run them 2 or 3 times to get a load done. If it’s a large load, forget it. My complaint about this is that it not something you are told until you are checking in, which is too late if you are counting on doing laundry as we were.
Also note that we got one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person for a week. You get more for an overnight stay at a hotel. Also one extra roll of toilet paper for a week stay. Don’t love to have to buy toilet paper on vacation.

Location couldnt b better. Walking distance to everything Canmore offers. Pubs, restaurants, small meat & grocery market. TIP: go to Bridgette right down the road for a fantastic dinner on patio looking out @ mountains @ water feature.

Beds & linens the most comfortable I've slept in for a VRBO. Hot tub has beautiful view also. Need to reserve times but that worked fine & able to enjoy with just yourself. Complex & those around all in the mountain "feel" archeticure.
ONLY negative was garage parking spot very small & narrow.

This is a beautiful property! The beds were super cozy! Lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, the park pass is a WONDERFUL amenity, as well as the bear spray.
If you like to adjust the AC, you will not be able to do that here (it is set at 20C, it was at 26 the first day and evening)we were pretty hot the first night. A small fan is provided for each room but we really needed one for each of us. There are a lot of rules to follow but I get it. The hot tub is on a reservation system.

We had a 3 day getaway with some family and it was the perfect location. Close to everything - we were able to walk to everything. No need to use our vehicle. The parkade had a ton of space. We have a long pickup truck and because of the double stall, we easily fit. Totally recommend these hosts. Everything went very smoothly!

This is a perfect condo for a holiday for two couples. Check in process was easy, it was very clean and both bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. The views are wonderful and the location cannot be beat for Canmore. The only addition to make it even better would be some additional towels. The new stores and restaurants in Spring Creek are lovely and a short walk away.

The unit is very well maintained, super clean, and extremely well stocked with lots of kitchen items like a colander, serving spoons, even things like food wrap. The underground parking is super handy as you have to leave your ski gear in the car, and being underground means its nice and warm next morning. I really enjoyed the view of the three sisters from the balcony as well.

Love! Love! Love Canmore and your place! It is beautiful! The location in Canmore is perfect! Your directions were very good (when followed). The suite is gorgeous! Very luxurious! And we had everything we needed and a little more. We were a little rushed to be out by 1030 and not sure if we could have been out at 1100 (as indicated in the documentation inside the suite). All in all I would highly recommend this place.

This property is a gem. The condo is spacious and has upscale furnishings, comfortable beds, quality linens, is very clean and a well taken care of property. Beautiful views of the mountains from the windows and balcony. The location is walking distance to town and there are nature walking trails along creeks on the premises. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with nice appliances. Terri and Brent were very responsive in communications and accommodating with our requests. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again.

The rental was great. Cheaper than any hotel in banff, and a room that's 20x better. Room was very spacious, views are great, and canmore area was fantastic. No issues with the place.
