About this apartment rental

Stunning panoramic views of the Caloosahatchee River, and golf course from this spacious 7th Floor condo. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo is freshly redone, with all new furnishings, and sleeps 8. Large open floor plan with wonderful lanai overlooking the waterway. Master bedroom has king sized bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds, and 3rd bedroom has two single beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Large great room with generous seating and new HDTV 65 inch TV with Blu Ray DVD state of the art electronics.
Sports membership to luxury gym, river front pool, gourmet dining, and spa included with transfer fee. Enjoy the waterfront wonderland Gulf Harbour has to offer, including 186 slip marina, Championship 18 hole golf course, 8 lighted clay tennis courts, waterfront clubhouse pool, bar and restaurant.

Overall fabulous; however, photos misleading. Things we could do there: swim, barbecue on ground level, jacuzzi and biking. No tennis, workout room, fitness classes, golf, eating on site unless I paid over 1,000 more.

Wonderful stay at Gulf Harbour
I would highly recommend staying at Gulf Harbour and in Kelly's beautiful condo. Kelly was very responsive to all inquiries and made the entire process easy. The condo is light, bright and clean with stunning sunset views every night from the lanai. I would also recommend taking advantage of the available sports membership as we enjoyed all of the amenities of Gulf Harbour including tennis, gold and Waterside restaurant overlooking the harbor.

Perfect!
Perfect! Fabulous location, Fabulous view and Fabulous condo. The owners addressed all questions prior to renting and checked on us during our stay .....even provided a "welcome" basket. The flat screen TV was so enjoyed by my husband and I so enjoyed the lovely kitchen supplies/ware. Use of the fitness center was an added treat. Thank you so much.
