The accommodations were great! Unfortunately, we only had a day to explore the Campbell River area but we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the Villa after our day out. We would have stayed longer if we could!

A modern appartment with access to the beach. Grear for us to be able to use the kayaks and have a fire on the beach.
The weather was very warm so we didn't use the hot tub, but a great option if less sunny.
Great location for trails and waterfalls. Short drive to a Walmart to stock up. BBQ on the deck, and fire on the beach to enjoy the views made for a prefect evening.

Our place was beautifully designed and crafted, clearly a lot of thought went into the details. We enjoyed where it was situated, just north of the town busy-ness, with great views out over the channel. And the beach, what a gem! We had nice weather over Canada Day and we could sit out there to read and relax while our youngest played in the sand. I also appreciated that I could watch the Copa America on a nice monitor via the house service (not always so simple when traveling abroad). Really, all the amenities were first rate.

We stayed for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and hot tub. We were able to enjoy the sun and the view from the patio every day of our stay as the weather was gorgeous. We made short day trips to different trails, sights and waterfalls in the area. It was comforting to return to the apartment each day, enjoy the sun, either on the patio or in the living room which had large windows for good view as well. The kithchen had all the things we needed, it was very well equipped. We found the bed

The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this VRBO. The kitchen amenities were so fully inclusive that we usually ate supper meals here rather than dine out. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. This is a great destination spot for people, like us, wanting to get to know the Campbell River area.

We loved everything about our stay in this modern, spacious, quality home with its beautiful high ceilings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, sunny deck, and private beach. Full privacy from the owner's property and great design with the high placement of the windows in the living room allowing you to view the ocean without seeing the house below.
Having access to a private beach was a special bonus. I have some mobility issues and there were a couple of spots where it was a bit challenging (but doable). I think the owners must have spotted me using an umbrella as a makeshift walking stick. The next morning a piece of driftwood that made a perfect walking stick was placed by the door. Very thoughtful, thank you so much.
If looking for an authentic old-school retro diner experience for breakfast we highly recommend the Ideal Cafe. Don't judge by the look of the outside, it's a gem.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Spotlessly clean, nice and new, comfortable couches, great deck and bbq and kitchen appliances. Bed is comfy with high end bedding. Love the view (although you have to be taller to see out the high window) and we enjoyed the private beach, although the sunshine window is limited at this time of year. The hot tub is a great bonus - used it lots! Best of all, the villa was probably the quietest place we've ever stayed at! No traffic, people, or animal noises whatsoever. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had such a great time. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed and the bathroom was beautiful with so many towels and everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome and super relaxing. Bed is incredibly comfortable too, we had a very good rest. So convenient to have laundry right there for after the hot tub. The views were great and the wine bottle provided was very appreciated. Thanks so much for a relaxing getaway!

The nicest property owners we've met. The place was beautifully designed and decorated, quiet and peaceful. The beach was a pleasant place to sit for a good water view and whale watching; having kayaks available was a real bonus.

The villa had a well equipped kitchen. The modern build and beach decor was really nice. The deck was spacious. We didn’t use the bbq but we cleaned it(rust). The pictures and description of the property were deceiving; gave the impression of a yard and beach front which not the case. I was aware of a trail to the beach that wasn’t too bad as long as you were cautious. There were 2 other families on the beach which was fine, not sure where they were staying. The amenities said it was kid friendly with a high chair and play pen. There was no play pen and there is a flight of stairs that we had to block the off while our granddaughter visited.
We booked through VRBO which was easy, but they have an average rate per night which is was way off for high season, not the property owners fault as the same thing with the previous property we stayed at.

Fabulous place for a couple on a romantic getaway. We were four people and found it a bit small for us, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location close to town, nearby trails and attractions although you really only need the private beach on property. You could spend all your time there! Hosts are super attentive and responsive, unit is very clean and very well stocked.

The unit is beautiful new construction, sparkling clean, smells great, stocked with towels, has comfy furniture and gorgeous views. Hot tub was wonderful. Owners were very warm, responsive & welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Just fyi: The unit is built behind the owner’s home, so you have to walk down the side of their property to get to the water, so you aren’t directly on the water and views are obstructed (I kinda expected that we might not be directly on the water with the price). My only suggestion for improvement would be railings down the whole walkway to the water…there are some, but the grass was slick and steep, which made us a bit nervous with our kids. I definitely recommend the delicious breakfast at the near by Dolphins resort and make a res for dinner. We had a great spring break trip and would definitely stay again!

This place is wonderful. It is very new and high end. Everything you could want is there -- so thoughtful. The bedroom bed is comfy, the kitchen is terrific. There is a view out to the ocean and a great deck with BBQ. Parking is right next to the unit. Contact with the owners was excellent. Really perfect for a couple, and extremely quiet. It is about 10 minutes outside town so you'll need a car, but we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. One of our favourites ever.

Beautiful beach weekend
Spacious living area and kitchen. Absolutely stunning scenery at the beach and always something to watch for with the sea planes and tugboats passing by. A very relaxing weekend spent here. The weather was absolutely perfect for us to enjoy the beach and in the afternoon it even had a shaded area which was great.

Great Villa
The villa was perfect. Plenty of space and well designed, built by Tony which was even more awesome! Great area, saw seals and bald eagles at the beach. Went only many awesome hikes as well. Home is just as described and pictured, easy check in/out and great communication. Would stay here again.
