It is a beautiful house and well equipped. It's right on the beach. The biggest draw back we saw is that it is definitely not handicap accessible. There are a lot of stairs which older people need to know. The A/C in the 2d floor master was less than optimal. That room tended to get warm. The mattress in that room could use an upgrade.

What a beautiful location and property. The house was clean, well equipped and with gorgeous views. We would absolutely stay again!

We rented for our family vacation. The views were incredible and the house layout was spacious, perfect for our family and could accommodate large or multiple families. The bunk rooms for the kids with video games was a huge hit! We had the most enjoyable week. Similar to other rentals, plan to bring everything you need to stock the kitchen and rent beach equipment. There were some fun sand and pool toys left behind from other renters. Overall, fantastic rental house, highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Spacious house that fit our family wonderfully! Beautiful views!! Nice to be so close to the beach with a pool and hot tub with views. A lot of great touches that we have not found in other houses we have rented in Sea Pines. Highly recommend!

Perfect
Excellent location. Fully stocked kitchen with restaurant-grade appliances. Pool with some shade. Gorgeous beach. Serene bedrooms. And I smoked my Dad on Golden Tee (located in bunk room). Classic rock on Sonos was fun for everyone while we cooked and chatted.

We were there for a family reunion and it was perfect. The living/sitting areas are spacious as are the bedrooms. We loved the open feeling of the home and the ocean views are great. We loved being in bed (in the upstairs master) and watching the sun come up. The kitchen was well equipped and open to the dining and living rooms. The beach was flat and the sand There were lots of beach chairs and sand toys in the storage boxes going down to the beach. That was a surprise added bonus. The location is great. We could bicycle to all of the attractions in Sea Pines.

Beautiful home!
Beautiful home with amazing ocean views! Our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, but also enjoyed being together in the large kitchen and living room. The kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances you would need. There were a lot of pool/beach toys for use as well. Quiet location. The teens enjoyed the bunk room and gaming area.

Great Home and Location
The home and view are spectacular. But...it is showing its wear from renting. A big miss for us...no Keurig!!! Drip coffee for many different vacationers was a hassle. The management company is great!

Perfect house in perfect location
I have been coming to Hilton Head for 42 years. This house was the best house I have ever stayed in and in an incredible location. We have already decided we will be staying here for future trips to the island.

Idyllic Setting for Family Fun
We love being on the water and hosting our mini-family reunion at this spectacular ocean front home was the perfect choice. The well appointed house is so comfortable with plenty of room, a variety of sitting vignettes, great views (the Dolphins came by daily to say Hello) and an awesome kitchen as well as an open concept living area for gathering made our stay stellar. The home is exactly as you see it online. Beautifully decorated, good use of technology for WiFi, TV and sound systems plus a chef’s dream kitchen. Working thru the property manager we rented bikes for beach cruising, got recommendations for fishing charters inside our Sea Pines Plantation neighborhood, booked surfing lessons and we even hired a great local chefs to cook for us! I will miss waking up to those views but I will forever remember the great memories we created in this highly recommended vacation property.

Great Escape
Sea Pines and Hilton Head are already an idyllic spot for a beach get-away, but this house just added exponentially to the experience.
We were a group of couples, family, and friends. This house suited us perfectly AND it truly delivered everything we needed. It was designed to be a HOME - we LOVED the kitchen and cooked absolutely every day (and I think every meal).
The design gave us each plenty of space and privacy when we wanted down-time and the views were fantastic if you just wanted to sit and enjoy the open vistas of the Atlantic (and dolphin pods).
The house is offers a TV / game room area on the ground floor and a great outdoor patio area with grill, TV, and lounge chairs overlooking the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, we didnt' get to enjoy those but would definitely do so on a return trip.
The upstairs, main floor is beautifully decorated, but not fussy. A big open floor plan with fantastic ocean views created a space we all enjoyed.
Sea Pines is designed for walking and biking and within a few blocks, you can walk to Coast, a beachfront restaurant and a bit of shopping. Or venture further to Harbour Town Marina for more shops and restaurants.
Grocery stores are a few miles away so easy to stock up on any supplies that you need. The house includes a selection of spices but was limited in cleaning supplies, so you might need to supplement depending on your length of stay and how much cooking (and clean-up) you intend to do.
We loved it here and are talking about making it an annual event. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did if you choose to book here.

Great house, limited support through holiday weekend.
House was great, asked for pool heat to be turned on Friday, it ended up being turned on Sunday. Clean house, outdoor furniture and spaces need to be cleaned, out door tv does not work. Good kitchen, bring tin foil and storage containers.
