About this house rental
Darling townhouse, beautifully decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing excellent views of sparkling Banks Channel from both inside your spacious living space and the two large balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, restaurants, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to easily pull it all to the beach.
We welcome weekly rentals only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 night minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

We just spent a long weekend at this property and it was an outstanding experience. The property is gorgeous and the location in Wrightsville Beach is incredibly convenient with the beach just a short walk from the house and restaurants and stores just a few blocks away.
The deck is one of the most relaxing places we have ever experienced. There is a great tree just off the deck in the back and a wonderful view of the waterway on the other end of the deck. The deck includes an awning that can be extended by clicking a switch so you can relax on the deck even when it is raining.
We had just 4 adults staying for the weekend and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. This property would easily accommodate 6 persons.
We rented this property as a place to stay for a family wedding that took place in Wrightsville Beach over the Labor Day weekend. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay with no plans other than having a relaxing vacation.
We have stayed at quite a few great VRBO properties in many different locations. This property is now at the top of our best places stayed list.

The photos online don’t give this beautiful beach home justice. It was the cleanest Vrbo rental I have ever stayed in! It felt so clean, so cozy, had everything you needed and then some! The location is a dream, you get to sit on the porch and see the intercostal waterway, and it’s just a couple steps from the beach! This place was the perfect Wrightsville rental, walking distance to everything you could need, coffee, bars, food, etc! Will certainly be renting here again!

My husband, our two toddlers, and my mom stayed at this beautiful beach house and we couldn’t be happier! It was very clean and in such a great location to everything, including stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach! Martha was so responsive and very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be booking again next year!

From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left (not that we wanted to!) everything was amazing! We have rented several VRBOs through the years and this is by far our favorite. It's spacious, very clean, and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach!! The views from the deck are amazing and the retractable awning was awesome for shade when needed. We had more than enough parking (including a garage spot) and everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach coolers. The toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soaps, etc were a nice touch as well. Martha was a delightful host and extremely responsive.
You will not regret booking your stay here.....we can't wait to schedule our next one!

We loved everything about this property from start
To finish! Martha was quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. The location was perfect…just steps from the beach access and the sound. Amazing sunsets right From the brand new deck. Inside was lovely and had absolutely everything you needed from beach towels to a well stocked kitchen. The layout was great and beds were comfy. There was also plenty of parking which is always a plus. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend at Easter and we have found our new favorite place to stay at Wrightsville Beach! Our youngest daughter is a junior at UNCW and we have stayed at many places over the last 3 years and have found our favorite! You cannot beat the location if you have 21+ children. We loved the convenience to the beach, shops, and restaurants, the view of the sound, and our kids loved the proximity to the beach bars. We also enjoyed the deck where we were comfortable soaking up the sun when the beach was too cold. The place was very clean and comfortable with large kitchen, large living room, and large TV which was important for NCAA basketball games. Small touches show they value comfort of their guests, like hand soap at every sink, beds were made when we arrived instead of just clean sheets on top of the beds, and beach towels and chairs provided. Great communication with the owner. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back. Thank you Martha!

This was the perfect location for our group for the weekend. We were in Wrightsville Beach to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event as a relay. We were able to get a few more hours of sleep and easily walk to the swim and bike start. House was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. We would definitely rebook if down that way again.

With the beach access being so close we were able to visit the beachfront multiple times a day. The place is also very nice with balconies on all levels, each with their own view.

Stayed here 4 days with 6 adults and we had a blast. The house was beyond clean, in great condition and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was amazing. From the deck we were able to watch the sunsets over the channel each night which were beautiful. It's only 20 mins from the airport, within walking distance to both the beach and channel, restaurants, coffee shops (my daughter loves trying new shoppes). Martha was a great host! I texted to find out where the beach access was and she called immediately (which its right out the door turn left and just walk about 500 ft). We will definitely be back and this time will stay a little longer. Thank you Martha for a great vacation. It's a beautiful " beach town" to enjoy

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was fantastic with the beach just a few minutes walk away as well as downtown Wrightsville with restaurants and shops. This was our 3rd time staying and the townhome delivered on all fronts once again! My wife and our three boys had a blast, we simply love the proximity to town, the ocean, and the sound side. The condo was so nice. Everything needed and more was there. Kitchen very well stocked. Garage on lower level had a ping ball table, refrigerator , outdoor living area with a shower. Great area for grilling , parking and kids to play. Short distance to sound to swim and ocean. Upstairs had a super porch with tables and a great view of banks channel . I live close by but rent when my children and grandchildren visit. This is my number one rental on the whole beach. Super great host - can’t say enough about the accomadations. A+++++++

The condo was immaculate when we arrived. It is much larger than the photos show so we had lots of space for a family of 5. The beach and inland waterway are so close. Easy walk to both and the whole area has walking accessible shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend the accommodation and the area! Martha was communicative and explained all the details well. When you have a family get together, it is multi faceted one loves to stay in and cook, while the others love to eat at a local restaurant and try the local fare. Some love the beach while others like to kayak the inter coastal waterways. This is our family.
We found this gem of a property that fit everyone’s needs both public access of both beach and inter coastal, restaurants one block with a lovely walk to restaurant, this property is the ABSOLUTE PERFE T LOCATION.
Not just location but it’s the home away from home, kitchen is set up for hosting, our family loves a seafood boil and we had everything there to make it wonderful.
It is the cleanest property we have ever rented! I did not have to do a thing upon arrival. Parking while you have 5 spaces your a street next to public. As we had family visit us for our boil nobody had any issues with parking.
They could not believe the value and I’f Martha will have us again, this is our destination home.

Everything we could have needed and more in a terrific walkable location with a beautiful sunset view. We didn't want to come home! The condo was comfortable and very clean, with plenty of space and a great set up. The outdoor shower and garage helped us keep lots of sand out of the living space. Wrightsville is one of my favorite East Coast beaches.
For our stay, we could not have asked for better. The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect - a very quick walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and surf shops.
The property itself is well outfitted and very clean. The shaded deck was a great spot to chill after a long day at the beach.
For the surfers, the beach access is right between C-Street and the Crystal Pier.
We will certainly be back.

We just returned from a family beach vacation with our two teenage sons and a friend. The rental had everything we needed and more. The location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping can’t be beat. The boys enjoyed playing ping pong and we enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck overlooking Banks Channel. Martha was the best hostess. We hope to be back soon.

Great property!
We just returned from our family beach trip and this place was even better than we expected. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops…..just a quick walk. We had great meals every night within walking distance. It was so comfortable and we really enjoyed the spacious layout on the main level and the deck. The morning coffee and sunset views don’t get much better! It was very tidy and clean, there were plenty of beach towels and toys and even an extra fridge downstairs in the garage which made it so nice to keep things cold and store extra ice for the coolers. Highly recommend this place, we miss it already!

Best stay for our graduation celebration!
This property is perfect. Location and cleanliness are top notch. It is not fancy but it was everything we needed for our wonderful week-end in Wrightsville. It is stocked with the basics which was really helpful when cooking. The awning over the deck was a bonus and I would highly recommend this duplex. Even though it is a duplex, there is plenty of parking and privacy as it faces the beautiful sound. We never even saw the other tenants. Thank you for sharing your amazing home.
