About this house rental

This brand new, gorgeous oceanfront home was made for making memories. This home boasts 4 oceanfront bedrooms, each with sliders that access one of the decks. In addition, there is a bay side bedroom which comfortably sleeps four. This home offers a spacious living and dining area, with a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen including beverage fridge, ice maker, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances; all with bay and fantastic, sunset views. Multiple deck areas to sunbathe, dolphin watch, or take in the seaside views include a sun deck, and covered deck all with ample seating and dining tables, as well a large dune deck with built-in seating on the private dune walkover. Top it all off with a Foosball table for hours of fun and an elevator for convenience. We also have boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs, as well as an outside shower and grill. A great location just south of downtown Topsail Beach, where you can spread out on the beach, wander to the point, or take a meandering walk or short drive up Ocean Blvd. to the quaint shops and restaurants in the area. Combine all of this with the electronic conveniences, which include WIFI, flat panel smart TV in every room, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, plus beds made prior to arrival with freshly laundered sheets and bath linens included as well, and you have a fantastic home away from home, with something for everyone!

Overall the stay was good but the disappointing part was that the house was not clean when we arrived - the dishwasher was filthy as we had to put bleach in it to clean it properly. I sent pictures to the property manager. And the washing machine had mold in it - needs a major cleaning. Considering the beds were not made due to Covid, I wonder what they did to prepare the house??? Due to Covid, we expected the house to much cleaner. And there was no gas in the tank for grilling so we had to go out an d buy one. The pot holders were really dirty as well. I should receive my cleaning fee back.

What a fabulous week we had!!! We were looking for the perfect relaxing getaway and this home was a slice of heaven! Absolutely beautiful home. Beautiful cozy decor and attention to detail is amazing! It truly was a wonderful vacation and we look forward to coming next year!

We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect place for our families to relax, laugh, and rejuvenate! The decor was perfect for a beach house and we felt right at home. We enjoyed fresh seafood in the well appointed kitchen. We felt so lucky to be able to enjoy the solar eclipse right from the deck. A memorable week at the beach!

Best ever!

Sunshine Daydreams has been, by far, the best beach house I've ever stayed in! All the little extras, such as a fully stocked kitchen, walk-on beach access, the checkers and foosball games, beach chairs and toys, all made this stay wonderful. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The living area and kitchen were spacious. Wonderful, amazing stay!

The home's furnishings and decor were great, the kitchen adequately stocked for our stay, and the electronic amenities met with our expectations. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable! Overall a great home with wonderful amenities! Elevator was a plus!

The Best!

We have been spending a week in Topsail every year for the last 10 years. This is the best house we have ever stayed in. Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds, very spacious rooms. There is an elevator for luggage which is a lifesaver. The furniture on both decksides is bar height which helps to spot the Dolphins. We have already booked for the same week next year and can't wait! Thank you for providing such an awesome vacation experience for your guests.

Nicest vacation property I have ever stayed in!

This was hands down the nicest property I have ever stayed in for a vacation! Myself and some friends rented Sunshine Daydreams for a bachelor party week and it was a great decision. The location is right on the beach and the house is stocked with anything you ever need for vacation including beach chairs, full kitchen utensils, books, games, and more. I would recommend this house to anyone!! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Sunshine Daydreams. It’s a beautiful house, spacious and comfortable, and nicely furnished and well equipped, for the most part, for a brand new rental. All in all, a fabulous house which we all enjoyed tremendously. Probably the nicest place we’ve ever stayed on Topsail.
