Covered Parking is free! and condo is one mile to Downtown, 25 minute walk or $10 Uber/Lyft will get you to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Music City Convention Centre, Germantown, Farmers Market, Centennial Park and so much more!!! Perfect for couples, families, gals or guys weekend or if you are in Nashville for business.
Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots!
This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville.
This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more.

The week we stayed was very hot! The condo was well air conditioned and easy to watch the Olympics on YouTube TV as much as we wanted! Not the fault of the condo, but there a lot of construction happening. There are many ear plugs provided, but still, you're walking around a construction zone at the time of this writing. Being from New York State, the lack of any recycling facilities for aluminum cans and cardboard was disappointing. We walked a lot, even in the heat and enjoyed Germantown and Broadway. This was a great place to rest and reset.

Great stay for a quick 36 hours in town! 10 minute walk to Broadway and five minutes to many other great spots off-Broadway. Host provided great instructions in and out and sent a brief visitor guide. As I had to do some work, WiFi was great and appreciated YouTube TV to catch up on news. Saved for future visits back in town.

Great location for walking to Brooklyn Bowl to see concerts and get food in the area. Check in was super easy and host was communicative providing all details beforehand. The bed was not that comfortable too soft and bouncy so did not sleep well at all. Pillows were very flat glad I brought my own. Plus people were noisy around 4am walking by and the bedroom is near the walkway. Couch is pretty sunken in when trying to sit in it. Feel like the pricing was mainly for location not for comfort.

Great little condo. Communication with owner was great, check in was painless. Close to all things downtown. Lovely view of the river. A few things outside of anyones control were a pain, tons of construction going on everywhere causing alot of closed roads and one lane roads. There is some amazing food to be had, check out Biscuit Love (in particular bonuts and the shrimp & grits) and Edleys BBQ (best bbq we found). Broadway and Painters Alley is a fun experience. Nudies Honkeytonk was great and had a live rock band which was excellent. You don't necessarily need a car, but we liked being able to drive to the outskirts of the Ville to find new places to eat. Will be back!

The suite more than met our needs. The view from our balcony was great; we loved the 20-minute walk to Broadway, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Some amenities were not provided- extra dish towels and sheets, and sugar for the coffee that was provided. There did not appear to be air conditioning, so we wouldn’t choose this suite during summer. Overall, our experience was very positive, and much better than staying in a hotel with sealed windows and no outdoor space.

An older condo with a view of the Cumberland River. It was an easy walk to Germantown or to Broadway. We were somewhat uncomfortable walking beside the River as it was not well lit at night. Harry was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in Nashville. Harry made all communication very easy and the condo was just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the pool was a great option to have in the heat of July. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The condo was great. Check in and out was easy. Communication was timely and very helpful. The condo was walking distance to broadway and Germantown. So many options! We were even able to see the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony!

The apartment had everything we needed and the bed is supper conformable with the best sheets so smooth. We were very close to Broadway which was sweet. The river view is relaxing. We will be back.

A nice little place in a huge condo building on the Cumberland River. I only had a couple of issues - the area rug didn’t get vacuumed and the neighboring unit had a loud air handler. Otherwise all was fine. The overall price was higher than expected but the prices in Nashville are ridiculous. Great communication with Harry
