We loved our stay at Ann's beautiful guest house.
For this long time Brooksville summer person (me), its expansive location on the edge of blueberry barrens with a big view is unusual and uplifting. The house is unique... beautifully designed, luxurious, full of care and whimsy. The upstairs deck with comfortable furniture and a fireplace was the perfect place to read, nap or visit with a friend.
Owner Ann was delightful, welcoming and helpful during our stay. We hope to return!

This beautiful home is a perfect retreat. It is beautifully designed; excellent cook’s kitchen, two decks, luxurious bath. Blueberries to pick and eat. Nearby farm-to-table restaurants and farm stands to inspire cooking in. Our second stay, and we will return.

Wonderful wedding weekend!
My husband and I were invited to a wedding to be held on Little Deer Island, and I contacted Ann, the host, to see if this property would be convenient to that location. From the get-go, she was terrific, providing consistently prompt, helpful, humorous, insightful communications. Check in was a breeze, the house manual was thorough and well written. The house is BEAUTIFUL! It has been/is impeccably designed, decorated, appointed and maintained. I can honestly say it is one of the top 3 houses we have ever rented in all our myriad travels. We fell in love with the area and hope to get back there sometime soon-and will definitely rent this property again!

Oasis in the Maine woods
We really enjoyed our stay at this elegant contemporary cottage. The house is beautifully designed and furnished, with more than ample space for two guests, both inside and on the various patios and verandas. There are views of the woods from every vantage point, adding to the home's tranquil vibe. Ann was a great host, providing all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The home is both private and very conveniently located to all that the area has to offer.

Location, seclusion, design
This is a fantastic home. The location — privacy, wild blueberries, locally sourced produce, Maine coast — is great, but the home itself is beyond description. It is beautifully crafted and impeccably appointed. The logistics were seamless. An incredible place.
