Close to everything(but quieter)-- great rates!
Cozy fire, snow-covered evergreen trees & gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. (In the winter, that is. Summer sunsets can be enjoyed with nice breezes on the back deck overlooking the western mountain range, or at the community fire pit on the back lawn.)

Holds lots of fun memories for us—with lots of room for you to add your own!

—Summit Condos has an outdoor fire pit, and gentle slopes between buildings where the little ones can sled. Close to ski school, terrain-based learning center, and MAGIC CARPET 'lift' for your mini-skiers.
—It's a short walk to the Village center and slopes (though with a steep stairway), or the shuttle runs from the front of our building to everything, including Silver Creek (tubing hill and night skiing).
Also close to Split Rock pools & hot tubs (additional fee).

It accommodates a large group and having a washer dryer was great.

We loved being able to walk to the ski village. Great snow on President’s Day weekend. Linda made getting in easy. Don’t forget to download her directions on your phone in advance. Cell phone reception is limited when you get out there. We would definitely stay again.

One of our daughters, my wife and I spent three days and nights skiing at the Silver Creek ski area of Snowshoe, WV. The goal was to introduce one of our son-in-laws to downhill skiing and to help two of our eight grandchildren improve their skiing skills. We were blessed to have great snow conditions all three days. Hopefully, we can do this again next ski season!

Quick response from owner, are currently doing some updates which will be wonderful ! So close to The Village , the steps were a bit of a bogger to get up to the village but we needed the exercise !

Our family of 6 adults slept comfortable in this condo. The kitchen was well equipped silverware, pots, pans, dishes and cutting boards. Master bedroom bed could be larger it’s a small queen, but slept fine. Definitely recommend taking shuttle to and from village as the stairs are brutal. Host/owner was very helpful sent us all information prior to our trip. I’d recommend the condo to others, just prepare for shuttle/stairs.

We enjoyed the property and the deer off the deck. The walk to the slopes wasn't what we imagined, but the shuttle was easy to use. Communication with owners was OUTSTANDING!

The condo was as described. It was perfect for a family ski trip and reasonably priced. The location is convenient to the village but as many others have said, the stairs to get there are treacherous. We were there midweek and caught the shuttle which always seemed to be coming through. This will remain on our list of options for Snowshoe next go around

Great place for families
This property was a perfect fit for our 2 families with 5 kids from 9-14. The price was great and we were very comfortable. Linda went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provided great instructions ahead of our visit. Access to the slopes and village was easy by the shuttle or a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Rental
Our condo was perfect for two families, each with two teens. The bunk room is tight, but that OK. We made use of the couch in the living room as well. Kitchen is great and fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Would definitely go back.

Perfect location
Two families of four stayed. Size was perfect, wildlife off the back porch was so cool to watch. The shuttle service made the whole trip!!! The dryer takes a really long time to dry and the hot water ran out a couple of times, but those are the only two less than perfect things to say. Kitchen was well stocked. Fire place was so nice and we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Cozy Summit Condo - Close Walk to Resort Village
A group of 8 of us enjoyed the condo and two days of skiing at Snowshoe! Very easy walk to Resort Village (up a flight of stairs) and incredibly convenient and reliable shuttle to get to restaurants, village, and ski slopes. Ground floor unit (down a flight of stairs from parking) with plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped for cooking and a great set of board & card games to play as well! Well priced for a low-budget option near all of Snowshoe's amenities.

This was a great property- nice view of the deer and sunsets and relatively easy to get to slopes. Nice and quiet. Well supplied and owner very nice and helpful. It was also cozy in the cold weather.

Great place Decor and kitchen was better than others in the Summit. Only 3 issues shower is extremely hot, Toilet in small bath rocks and Couch though stylish was not comfortable. Chess table was a big plus as is the table with leaves. Great stay. Nice and warm when it was 0 degrees out

Pleasantly surprised by the additional updates from the pictures posted. You can tell the owners are slowly, but surely improving the property.
Summit condos are a great option for large families or two smaller families.

Good Value
Summit is the least expensive property on the mountain. So don't expect deluxe accommodations, but it is adequate. The kitchen and living area is a good size and well equipped. BRs 2 & 3 are very tiny. When we were there, the hot water was in limited supply, but the hot water heater was scheduled to be replaced. Linda was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Great stay @Snowshoe. We visit once a month and enjoyed our stay in your condo. Plenty of room and very well stocked kitchen (we always cook when we are there). TONS of deer out the kitchen window feeding.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. A shuttle picked us up to take us to the village. It is just a short walk as well if you want, but with 7 kids, the shuttle was much more convenient. The property was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with what we need for cooking dinner each night. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Snowshoe spring skiing
This was my first season coming to snowshoe and my third time I stayed at Linda’s property with 9 other friends. Everything was perfect from location to spring skiing conditions. There’s plenty of room for 10 people and it is a short walk to the slopes. You could wait for the shuttle if you’d like as well. The back porch was fantastic if you are a fanatic of astronomy. I was able to see Mars with the naked eye one night and you could also see the stars flickering. Sunsets were beautiful as well. This trip was wonderful and very smooth because of the assistance Linda provided and her property was very welcoming to me and my group of friends. Will definitely return next season!

Perfect location and cozy inside
This was the perfect place for a friend's reunion! It was just enough space and had a good living room for playing games and having meals all together. There were more than enough linens and towels, which was a plus. It was also the perfect location so we didn't have to worry about driving to the slopes each day. Communication with Linda & Bob was very easy and they were quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend
We enjoyed our stay even though it rained while skiing. The steps to the slopes are a lot but the shuttle comes by to take you to them if you wait for a little bit. Although the bunk room is small, Our grown/adult kids slept in the bunk beds. The den area with a fire was a great area to enjoy good family time with games and tv/movies.
