Schöner grüner Fleck, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Besonders freundliche Angestellte, eine Dame hat sich super mit unseren Kinder verstanden und war steht’s sehr freundlich und zur Stelle. Aber alles in allem waren alle dort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ebenfalls sehr schöne Locations mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Leider sind dort immer mal wieder Katzen vor Ort, die die grüne Oase ebenfalls genießen. Ein paar mehr Schritte zum Strand was mit Kinder nicht immer ganz einfach ist.

Close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good busy location with lots of eating and drinking options. A short walk from the beach.

Entrance to the property is in an alleyway and difficult to spot.

Skønt afslappende ophold på dejligt hotel tæt på stranden🙏🏼🧡

Vi vender tilbage. Fantastisk atmosfære og mega hyggeligt. Der bliver hygget om gæsterne og personalet er generelt meget imødekommende. Der er ingen pool men stranden er meget tæt på! Vores værelse var for lille syntes vi, men men… dejlig morgenmad på skøn åben terrasse på første sal. Centralt placeret i den lille bygade, og lige bagved restaurant Irish Coffee hvor vi endte med af spise aftensmad de fleste dage. Kan kun anbefale det.

Der var ubetydelige småting, men man indretter sig, og vi nød opholdet. Det var lidt i den dyre ende, syntes vi, men atmosfæren og personalet opvejede prisen😊

Фото полностью соответствуют! В номере все есть для приготовления пищи. Горячая вода, фен, тапки и даже сумка с пляжными полотенцами! Наполненный мини-бар за доп плату( мы им пользовались постоянно 😁) завтраки вкуснейшие на 2 этаже с прекрасным видом и приятной музыкой! Оооочень тихо, несмотря на то, что отель рядом с дорогой, но он во дворах и П- образного типа, тем самым создает внутри эту тишину . Номера на 1 этаже , их всего 5 шт. Ощущение приватности и спокойствия) уборка каждый день! До пляжа 3 мин. Пляж потрясающий) много кафешек с выбором европейской и местный еды. Персонал лучший!!

Best accommodation in Bangtao!

The ladies were so very friendly and welcoming. Going to miss them so much! The location is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the room was absolutely lovely. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in and the breakfast was very good!

Nearby, affordable and modern. Just outsource the airport transfer.

Effort has been made to style it more modernly and the vibe is very relaxed. Staff were very friendly and gave us a parting gift. Rooftop breakfast was a nice area and lots of food provided. Flexible with late checkout (charged).

Wi-Fi was a little confusing, many different ones and would drop out depending on if you moved around. Curtains are hung wrong and meant that you couldn’t actually have complete privacy. Bed sheets are not white and were navy blue. This is a big no-no for me as then I can’t tell if things are clean. The duvet/blanket also didn’t have a cover; this means they either wash and dry the whole duvet after every guest which doesn’t give much turnaround… or they don’t. Maybe they do and I do apologise if that is the case, but it seems unlikely and made me feel a little uneasy. Now my biggest issue: they helped arrange airport transport for us. We believe it was a friend/family member of them. This was fine with us. However, once we got in the car, we were surprised by the drivers unfamiliarity with the car. He had clearly never driven it before and didn’t know where things were, we were patient. Then when he started driving we realised something wasn’t right when he couldn’t understand that he needed to put a seatbelt on for the seatbelt alarm to stop going. He proceeded to ignore it despite me trying to gesture that he just needs to put his seatbelt on. Eventually the alarm stopped so we dropped it. Then his driving was very slow and traffic was building up behind us. He also tried to turn the fan higher but instead turned to temperature to 30 degrees making the car sweltering hot.. from the back we could see it said 30 and before I could reach and fix it he decided to shut down the air con entirely. When we got to the busier roads towards the airport he was constantly driving across two lanes. He dropped us at the international terminal when we requested domestic, once we asked him to take us there he couldn’t work out the way and literally stopped in the road trying to look at signs. We decided it was better for us to work it out ourselves and get him to drop us back at international, he clearly had no idea how to do it.

The staff were super lovely and helpful and the location is perfect for popping to the beach (which is did several times a day). The room itself is also excellent and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Included breakfast is good. Staff are super sweet and very helpful. Great location and friendly neighbourhood. Thoughtful additions such as beach towels, water and lounge/outdoor furniture.

Wifi dropped out a bit in the room although decent reception up in the dining area/outside in general.

That was an amazing experience! Very friendly and helpful stuff with customer-oriented attitude. Very close to the ocean. Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet inside area. Very nice decoration and all you need for comfortable stay: beds, kitchen with microwave, cooking pan and all dishes, water and napkins, tea and coffee.

There are no windows outside, only inside the inner little area where all other 4 rooms are also looking at.

1. The hotel is not "beach front" as specified by the listing. 2. No one was there for either check in or check out, we had to figure out how to find our room on our own. 3. Supposedly breakfast was included, but it was no where to be found.

The kindness of the staff is truly amazing

The Momento’s staff (4 lovely women) were really amazing and helpful Bedrooms are quite and relaxing 2 minutes walking to Bangtao beach Close to Catch Beach Club with an amazing fire show, at least during Songkran

If you wanna go anywhere, even to Boar Avenue (where you have most of the restaurants and bangtao life) if are too dependent of taxi or any kind of transport Breakfast was my biggest deception

A wonderful place to stay, hidden away in the bustle of Bangtao. Short walk to the beach. They served a wonderful breakfast. The staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

The only downside was that there was not swimming pool.

The hotel is just 2mins from Bangtao Beach and close to a lot of restaurants and also a 7eleven. The owner was always available for info and suggestions about where to go and what to do. The cleaning services in the room were stunning and included fresh beach towels daily.
