Jaw dropping Gulf of Mexico views greet you the moment you step into the condo! The open floor plan and wrap-a-round balcony provide an unobstructed view throughout the living area. The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating and tables for outdoor dining while you are experiencing the breathtaking views. A fun beachy decor provides a relaxing, happy atmosphere to the unit. The kitchen and baths have been recently updated. The kitchen is nicely equipped for all cooking needs. The living room is furnished with a comfy custom Italian leather sleeper sofa sectional and a leather reclining chair! Add the Smart Internet TV with an abundance of channels and this amazing property provides the perfect vacation!

The primary bedroom suite offers unobstructed gulfs view from king size pillowtop bed. There is direct access to the wrap-around balcony through large sliding doors. There is a large closet, TV and private bath. The second bedroom is a very spacious room with a large closet and furnished with two queen size beds and Smart TV. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bath. This bath is also accessible from the living area. A very unique feature of this condo is the second bedroom has a separate, front facing furnished private balcony with expansive views of the lagoon and marina district!

LOCATION -LOCATION -LOCATION! Located on the quiet, eastern end of Thomas Drive in PCB where you will be just minutes away from the marina district, including two of PCB's finest restaurants- Captain Anderson's and Grand Marlin. You are also steps away from the famous Schooners- the "last local beach club" which sits directly on the gulf with casual open-air dining and entertainment. Beckoning your inner explorer, the attractions of St Andrew's State Park and Shell Island are also accessed from the east end of PCB. All boating attractions in PCB, deep sea fishing, rentals and excursions are located nearby. In general, the major shopping options ( Publix, and Winn-Dixie, etc.) at this end of the PCB are significantly less crowded than their counterparts further west.

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Free high-speed internet is provided. Tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts are all available on the building's outdoor sport decks. Overlooking the beach on the gulf side of the building, there is a large family pool (heated during cooler months), kiddie pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the pool there is a tiki bar serving drinks and snacks (open seasonally). The pool deck itself is furnished with loungers and tables for guest use. For your enjoyment, there is a nicely appointed fitness room on the second floor.

Please note: This condo is thoroughly cleaned after each guest stay with anti-bacterial cleaning products that kill 99.9% of germs.

I've stayed at this specific property 4 or 5 time and at Dave Green properties 6 times. I think that speaks for the condo and owner better than anything I could say. Beautiful condo and great owner.

The pictures are deceiving, it doesn't show that you can look right into your neighbors condo from inside the condo and vice versa . There are no window coverings in the living room for privacy at night. You can hear the upstairs neighbors. The king size bed is literally 3 feet off the ground. Some utensils were still dirty and put in with all the clean ones. Dont plan on cooking, there were only frying pans, no pizza or baking dishes. Not enough parking, if you dont get there early in the day you have to park across the street. It is not reserved parking or covered. Covered parking is for residents only, nor guest. The sofa sleeper is a joke, it is literally a 3" mattress with no sheets for it. My daughter just slept on the couch. The balcony has good views but you will have the neighbors looking at you through their windows. The front balcony is offset back so you can not see all the way down the beach, just what is in front of you. There was construction going on right next door, the balcony was loud with hammering and air tools constantly going off all day. The ad also does not tell you they want you to do 80% of the cleaning, but you are still charged a full price cleaning fee. There are glass walls in the LR and master bedroom if you have little ones who like to touch you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. It felt really small and we had 6 of us. It is definitely not 1400 sf of room.

Absolutely beautiful! The condo had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The close walk to the pool and beach was such a plus. We had the use of beach chairs so no need to drag so much to the beach. Wonderful peaceful vacation

This property had gorgeous views and a very spacious balcony. The beach was pristine and guests and property owners at Watercrest were very nice. The beach chairs were convenient for our beach days. This was one of the best rentals we have used thus far.

The property has a wonderful view of the ocean. I thought both bedrooms had a view of the ocean but only the master. There were a few minor issues that needed repair but gave them to the lessor who was helpful and appreciated the feedback. It was great to have free beach chair service.

Clean and comfy condo on beach. Love that both bedrooms had en suite bathroom. Very active/loud construction site (2/24 - 3/20/24) right next door. Sunset view is blocked by other balconys. Good view of sunrise. Nice building overall.

11th floor end unit gave spectacular view of the beach and eastward. Roomy, comfortable (would have liked a rocking chair and a lounge chair for deck naps😎), quiet, great internet and TV selection. Convenient location great kitchen with all the comforts of home.

Everything about this property was perfect for us. With the multi sided balconies, we could always find either sunshine or shade and had a view of both sunrises and sunsets. The beds & living room furniture were all very comfortable and the balcony furniture perfect for coffee & breakfast as well as reading & wine sunsets. Everything was as described and well maintained and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay at this property again and give it a positive recommendation.

Great views of everything with the wrap around deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck until we realized our "neighbors" had a great view into our Condo. I think some curtains would make the Unit perfect. The Unit was very spacious, and close to everything.

We were very impressed with the property...extra large balcony, plenty of seating, gorgeous view, plenty of room indoors, comfortable beds, plenty of closet space, master bath a lil small but adequate, kitchen and dining had all we needed...keurig didn't work very well, I think it just needed descaled...no issues with elevator and parking was fine. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was clean, very short walk to the beach, supplied beach loungers nice. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels. It would be nice if there were somewhere to hang your shower towels and wet swimsuits. Also bring indoor shoes to keep your feet clean. But overall we had a very good stay and very impressed with the property... would definitely stay here again.💜

My family and I had the most amazing time here! Everything you need is close by! We loved the easy walk to the beach then taking a dip in the pool before we headed back to our beautiful room! The pictures don’t do this place justice! We WILL be coming back! Dave, the property owner, is AMAZING and so so kind! Everything was what I expected and more! We didn’t wanna leave and I pondered asking Dave how much he wanted for the property! Lol! If you get the chance to stay here…DO IT!!

We let the owner know there were a few things that need replaced in the kitchen, but it wasn’t anything that affected our stay enough to make a big deal about it. We loved the decor and the view! We especially liked being on the end with no high rise next door. We would stay here again for sure!

We had an excellent weeklong stay here. This area of PCB feels more laid back than further up the beach nearer to the center of things, but this area doesn't feel far from the action. Easy to get in and out of, easy available parking and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of four. Simple, effective kitchen and lots of living room space for everybody. Thanks for the great stay!

We were taken with the gorgeous view of the beach from the living room and gigantic deck, and the condo itself was clean, updated, and spacious. The condo was stocked with virtually everything we needed (we did need to bring extra toilet paper for the five of us). The complex is overall quiet, and is in a great location with a Publix nearby and beautiful St. Andrews State Park only a few minutes down the road. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth, and we loved the complimentary chairs and umbrella that we were able to use at the beach, too. If we come back to PCB, we'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!
