The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. Sea Star was a perfect place to spend an extra long weekend with friends. The house was great and was everything it was advertised to be. The location away from the main public beaches was perfect. The property managers were very attentive and were quick to fix a small issue of a tripped breaker. My friends and I definitely hope to come back again next summer.

The Sea Star is in a great location and has a spectacular view! We drove in from the Pensacola airport and it was a very easy drive. The house has all the rooms on one floor which we appreciated - no carrying your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Being on the beach is a must for us and The Sea Star did not disappoint!

This is our second time staying at this rental property and we were so pleasantly surprised that it was recently renovated. The home was fully furnished and in a great location. The only downside was that people from across the street would try to go through the property gate to get access to the beach. Renters should probably not allow public access. Also, be sure to bring your own beach towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent.

This home was beautiful, well maintained, and a view that is second to none. The large, open living, dining, and kitchen provided a lot of space for our entire group to hangout comfortably. The back deck was a hit when taking a break from the sand and for watching the stars in the night sky. We loved everything about this home. If I had one suggestion, it would be a hook on the door to hang a make-up bag, towel, or clothes on when showering in the back left bathroom and maybe a rug just inside the door into the main living area. Those things definitely did not break the deal. This home would be one we would rent again.

My wife and I stayed here with our 11-month-old son for a week. The house was in a great location. It was the perfect distance from the crowds, but still close to all the shopping and food options. The home was completely updated and felt like a high-end private home. Everything was extremely cozy and clean. We could not have asked for anything better.

This may be the nicest house we have used in gulf shores, from the home itself to the cleanliness and overall experience. The management company was very good- everything layed out in advance and very responsive. We partially chose this house for the porch, which didn’t disappoint. Partially shaded and partially sunny, so that we could adjust during the day. Kitchen was very good for preparing meals. Close to everything, but far enough for the beach to be uncrowded.

The home was newly renovated and very nice! We really loved the Trek deck and the location is awesome. A plus-there is no beach access for people from across the street. You get to enjoy your "Personal" beach. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

My family of 8 adults all stayed comfortably at Jus Piddlin! We originally booked another house back in December but got a call two months before our trip that it was cancelled due to a pipe burst. So this was the house available during our stay. It’s a prime location! Not too busy and a perfect view! I would say the thing this VRBO is missing is details. You have to bring EVERYTHING. No sugar, coffee filters, beach towels, charcoal, etc. No rugs or personal touches which makes sense because this is a company owned and not family owned. The downstairs bathroom has a bit of a bug problem but all beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The fridge takes a long time to get cold enough to keep your items cold. We were nervous our milk and meat would go bad but after a couple days it got cold. I just think this VRBO could invest in a better fridge, rugs, better bath towels, and outdoor chairs that you can see the view when you sit outside. Overall we had a great time!

Beach Vacation
Our family two grown children, their spouses. Their children a total of 3 under the age of 7.
We had a great stay. Even though we had to contact the owners a couple of times during our stay. They were very responsive both times. Once we requested a new hose to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The one that was originally there had multiple holes in it. They brought one over in a couple of hours.
The second call was more serious as the air conditioner stopped working and a whole new unit had to be installed. The owners had a repair person there within a few hours and the new unit was installed by the end of the day.
The pictures online make the house appear slightly larger than it actually was but I think that is the case with most Vrbo sites.
We did have to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish washing soap. It was a bit of a hike to the ocean due to having to climb a sand dune to get to the beach. But all in all we had a wonderful vacation. The back deck was a favorite of the kids.

Twenty something years ago my husband and I rented this house along with the first two grandchildren. Last July my husband was in the hospital having had heart valve replacement so while I was sitting in the room with him, I found the same house to rent in May of 2022. I call the grands and they took the time to take off work. We recreated some of the past pictures with todays pics and had the best time. We cooked at the house and went out to eat at the Colbalt which was expensive and not a good selection of fish.

Anniversary Getaway
We had a very nice time staying at this property. Very clean, great location, and quiet during this time of year. We had a small issue with the door but the property manager and maintenance communicated with us promptly and got the issue resolved. This property surpassed our expectations
The Cocoa Cobana beach house was exceptionally clean and tidy upon arrival. The door keypad was extremely easy to use. The online property listing was described very accurately. The property manager was very responsive. When a smoke detector battery needed replacing, maintenance arrived shortly after I notified the property manager. All the appliances as well as the Wi-Fi functioned properly. The bed was comfortable. The A/C functioned well. We had a totally unobstructed view of the ocean and beachfront. The ocean was just a few feet from our front door and deck. The beach house and beach location were ideal and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time on the deck as well as the beach. The property surpassed our expectations, and we plan to return, hopefully to the same property.

We all enjoyed sitting on the deck at night looking at the sky and hearing the waves while we visited with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and the water and looking for sea shell. This was our second stay at Cocoa Cabana. We enjoyed it so much the first time last year, we decided to come back again for family vacation 2021. The house has been newly renovated. We enjoyed the extra full bath giving the house 3 master suites. The only downside was that there was zero storage in the newly renovated master bath. Hopefully in the off season, they can make some changes there. I had to keep everything for the bathroom on top of the dresser in the bedroom, or hanging on the back on the bathroom door. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming again next year.
