Kein Hotel, kein Zimmer in der Form

Es war einen Betrug. Ich habe weder Schlüssel noch ein Zimmer bekommen. Ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung. Die Polizei wissen bescheid.

It was easy to enter

It was easy to enter. The main door key is written on the main door, everyone can enter. There were still people in our room at checkin an the cleaning was still not done. No communication with host possible via booking or Whatsapp/phone, not only while checkin, days before I asked something and nevee got a response. Tried couple times the day before and no answer. There were cockroaches in the stairs and it smelled bad. General cleanness of the apartment was ok. Shower holder was broken.

Central Ravensburg The room is nice and locks. Handy place and not so expensive, for a night or 2.

Kitchen was left dirty by the other man there. Dirty pots and pans (the only 3 there) food left outside all night, this isn't the owner's fault but there should be more pots and pans. There are 3 rooms in the apartment. There was a mattress in the bathtub and I had to remove it before I could shower. Maybe the owner should be stricter on the people who stay a longer time. They share with others. I talked about that with the owner via messages and he/she wasn't friendly at all.

The rooms in Ravensburg are adequate for an overnight stay. Plain and simple with no frills despite the kitchen and utilities rooms. The room with small double bed and wardrobe, small table and chairs is just large enough for two travellers. The room appears to be part of shared accommodation designed for students or similar. There is a utility room, so useful for washing clothes for those on a longer tour. The kitchen appeared to be fully equipped but was small and no extras, so you need to have all your ingredients with you (i.e. salt, pepper, oil, tea or coffee etc) and I did not see a pleasant place to sit. OK to order a pizza or warm something up. Walls are typically thin and a certain amount of noise from neighbours has to be accepted. Check-in very smooth and uncomplicated. The host sends full details of codes (also in English). Location is good, only 10-15 minute walk into town (go out of building, turn right and just keep walking. AND Ravensburg is a really lively inviting city to stay.

Nothing fancy but all we needed.

The place is clean and calm, though we were there on new year's eve.

The spring matress is quite hard. We slept well but a over matress is in my opinion needed, at least for those who aren't use to sleep on uncomfortable surfaces.
