Foarte bine

Liniște, curat, peluza cu iarba, parcare sigură

Locația e la marginea Bucureștiului, la limita cu orașul Otopeni, deci daca aveți activități prin București e destul de mers.

Дуже гарна підтримка з боку адміністраціі. Закрили усі питання навіть о 21-й годині. Розташування це як плюс, так и мінус. Буквально на в'їзді в Бухарест. Поблизу жодного супермаркету. Треба їхати. Поблизу тільки MOL. Велика власна територія ( як для будинку у місті ).

Разташуваня трохи віддалене від цивілізації

Superb

Very happy with Iarca Cottage, exceeded my expectations in every way! The only downside was the dogs barking but with the windows closed that wasn’t a problem especially for us who love dogs. Big thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Exceptional

Spacious stylish cottage - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room. Very well equiped, comfortable matresses, the heating was adjustested at the right temperature. The location is perfect: close to Bucharest Therme and not too far from the city center. The most we liked it is in a quite place with a private nice yard with a parking slot. We felt there like at home and definitelly would stay there during our next visit to Bucharest.

Amazing cozy house in the north Bucharest. With close access to Baneasa Shopping city.

A lot of yard space. Private parking and very cozy interior. The house has everything you need for a stay in Bucharest. The host was very friendly and understanding to all of our needs. There is a large dining area and a gazeebo. Whenever I travel to Bucharest again this location is at the top of my list. I was travelling with family for a medical intervention at Enayati Medical city which is just 10 minutes away.

Small fixable items like the kitchen sink faucet was a bit loose. The upstairs toilet would get stuck sometimes and the water keeps flowing.

Unique, tranquil and cosy

I loved everything in the house, it was nice to live in a historical building that feels like home with everything you need. Decorations everywhere add a homey touch, the dogs are loving although loud and the location is nice for a tranquil retreat. The hosts are welcoming and warm too, I asked for laundry detergent and they happily bought free of charge.

The location is tricky to get to if you don’t know the area, from the main road you have to turn right (that’s if you come from Otopeni Airport)on a small alley, so many houses have the same number which can be confusing, and DAB security which is nearby are watchful and rude, I wanted to take pics for directions and I was threatened. Cab drivers aren’t easy to get, because of where the location is. The home is lovely for what it is but • Better cleaning could be done (the shower upstairs had hair in the drain) • The fridge looked dirty and had some remaining things in it • Near the washing machine it was dusty Probably the guest could do the cleaning to feel like at home and they probably could ask the host for cleaning appliances (but the guest would probably not want to bother) Other improvements: • Thicker duvets to be bought or for the guest to have the option to turn the heating on (without having to message the host) • Bathroom doors could benefit from a clothes hanger • Softer towels to be provided • Welcome gifts like biscuits, tea or coffee?

The house was clean and very comfortable and the host was nice and helpful.

Using waze we got to the wrong location, only google maps works for it. Also, we weren't allowed to have parties (we understood that because of the pandemics), but we weren't allowed to bring other people on the property either, even if it was no party.

Excellent choice close to the airport

I loved the place as it was nicely decorated, very clean and with a lot of personality. There was little pieces of decor that took you back in time and discover a different Romania. The property has also a lot of tech features that makes it safe and easy to use. The owners are great, friendly and happy to accommodate your wishes. Communication with them is great! I can’t express enough how much I loved it there, unfortunately our stay was short but I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet outside the city centre.

The road to the location is a country road with a lot of holes which can be difficult to drive especially in the rain so be prepared. Unfortunately this is not something that the owners can fix or in their control.

WOW! Spectactuar place in Bucuresti, doesn't get any better!

Wow! Spectacular cottage, an absolute gem! Impeccably clean, charming, with incredible attention to detail. The hosts were very gracious, responsive, and professional. Excellent sized kitchen. Lovely decor, it truly feels like you're at home. The location's superb, essentially the peace/tranquility of the countryside, with the convenience of being in the city. Quick access to the aeroport, and there's a 783 express bus stand directly out front (runs non-stop). Truly one of the best places I've stayed at in Romania. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you!
