Beautifully decorated and spacious room. Magnificent view over Kamapal city. Most comfortable bed and linen I had in Uganda! Highly recommended.
Bit far from restaurants etc, but perfect for relaxing at the property
4.3
Wonderful and safe house in an exceptional quiet setting with beautiful views over the lake Victoria. We stayed here twice. Very comfortable, airy and spacious room. The ladies taking care of the guesthouse are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we also had some of their other cooked meals which were very tasty as well. This house is away from the maddening humdrum of Kampala, but still easily accessible by uber. Get picked up by the hotel driver from Entebbe airport. No problems with mosquitoes. Very highly recommended.

We loved the lovely garden and pool area, and the house has many thoughtful touches. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the breakfasts on the patio each morning. While the dinner items on the menu were not amazing, they agreed to make us delicious local food upon request. Thanks to Hedric, Elvis and the team for making our stay so nice!
The only main complaint is the loud guard dog who likes to bark in the middle of the night. Also, be aware that the “sleeper sofa” in the description is not permitted to be used for sleeping, so if you need it (as we did) you’ll be charged extra for an inflatable bed.

Quiet, Relaxing, Peaceful

I liked the room. The view of Lake Victoria was great from the balcony.
The staff is solid but Hendrick is the Star of the B&B.
Trying to get there. Directions are horrible. There is only one good road.
Always use Lukuli Road (only).
4.3
The ambience and the freshly prepared breakfast
It seemed that communication to the property about our booking was delayed and as such there a bit of an ackward reception at the start. Once it was resolved, the stay was enjoyable
4.3
The staff, grounds and room are excellent.
It is a bit far from everything!
4.3
Being in a quite place of Kampala gave me peace of mind. Breakfast was superb.
4.3
Clean, quiet, cosy place with beautiful garden, we loved it!
The staff was helpful and very friendly, particularly Elvis.
The small room was quite very small with not enough natural light coming through.
4.3
The room was exactly as shown in the advert - absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. Staff were very friendly and welcoming
4.3
Healthy, freshly made breakfast.
Staff always available to assist you at any time.
10 minutes drive to the Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort
Good cleanliness of the rooms.
Three nights to change towels and sheets is too long, as a suggestion maybe 2 nights.
The curtain in the bathroom should be changed, it is not looking good. Or replace the curtain with a glass door because it lets the water escape to the floor.
Full-length mirror in the bedroom.

Comfortable room with good breakfast in the morning & complementary wifi. Good location if you're planning to travel to the airport the next day as the freeway to Entebbe is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff were friendly & knowing it was our honeymoon, they sprinkled flowers over the bed which was a nice touch.
Location was difficult to reach from Kampala - with traffic, it's roughly 45mins - 1hr. If you don't approach from the North, the hill is so steep that our cab couldn't make it up the road to the gate, so we walked the last 500m with our bags. The accomodation is actually a house stay so there were several other guests in the house rooms, and while there was a lounge etc, I wouldn't really have relaxed there, it didn't really have that vibe. While the accomodation was low cost & seemed like good value, if you're planning to be in Kampala sight-seeing, by the time you add the cost of transport to/from the city, we might as well have just stayed in the city. Neighbourhood seems safe although in our uber on the way back, about 800m from the house we had someone throw a car tyre at the uber, thankfully it didn't hit or block the car & were able to drive on without stopping. Hotel has private security at the gate though, so as far as the accomodation goes, it felt safe when you were there. Also, the shower was luke-warm, which my wife didn't love.

The attentive staff, the beautiful gardens and very good breakfasts (with many different breakfast choices). A 9.5 rating - I would definitely go back!
A little challenging to get to.
4.3
The accommodation was excellent. The bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the views from the balcony went on forever
Very noisy during the day in the surrounding area and at night with dogs barking very close by continually. One staff member kept walking into my room even although I had not answered it. After the 5th time I kept my door locked.
4.3
Great place- lovely view,, amazing and helpful staff and safe environment.
Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Kampala.

Everything at the property seems to be meticulously selected and well thought of. One of the best sceneries and the paintings I had seen in Africa. The owners definitely have a great sense of art. The staff was courteous and helpful in assisting with directions. James was responsive whenever the assistance was sought.
The location is in interiors. No nearby hotel/restaurants. Hard times if you are vegetarian. I have to depend on the online food delivery app.

Nice breakfast, good location, helpful staff

People, service, location and more, everything was simply amazing. A casa mia was the best starting point for our honeymoon in Uganda. I cannot express how peaceful and relaxing this place is. We both loved it so much.
4.3
Ewange met or exceeded my expectations in every way. The owners were charming and helpful. Breakfast was great. The grounds were well maintained and the view of the valley was beautiful.

Nice facilities! Beautiful view of Kampala

the room is very cleaning and you can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.
4.3
Breakfast was AMAZING and the views of the city outside is outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful.
Getting to the location was the hardest thing and carrying my luggage up the steep hill on the entrance felt a bit dangerous. No one wants to break an ankle on the entrance of a location.
4.3
The property is beautiful, with great views from the balconies, tasteful decor and very comfortable beds. Elena, James and Redempta made me feel at home! I would love to return and will recommend to friends. A few details: Wifi was excellent. The hot water was always available and plentiful. I ordered delivery for dinner from a nearby restaurant recommended by the staff, and it arrived promptly.

such an amazing property— it’s gorgeous!
it’s a bit hard to explain to Uber drivers where to come to pick you up. however the staff there is very helpful in making sure you are taken care of

The entrance infront of the gate was risky
