Great family gathering spot! Updated and great spaces for all to be. Great communication with manager/owner. Couldn’t have been any easier.

Overall the rental was good.
But there were pillows everywhere and they weren’t clean . Some were covered with hair.
There were so many decorations on the tables and counter there was very little room to put groceries .
Also the couch smelt musty.
The rugs in the bathroom were dirty.
The toothbrush holder was dirty.
If any family members have allergies to dust etc they will be miserable.
The personal pictures over the toilet were unnecessary.
The location was very accessible and the view was outstanding.

We had great snow and therefore fantastic conditions during our spring break stay! We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers on our trip and the house fit us well for this size group. We were undecided initially about renting a vehicle, but did find we could get around easily between the CV connect and Uber. The CV connect will drop in the upper village very close to the Redpine gondola (there is no need to walk downhill to the Cabriolet people mover). If there is enough snow (which there was), you can ski back just across the street from the house. Yes, you need to ski around the building past the ski patrol to the out of bounds area. There were lots of tracks so doesn't seem to be an issue with the resort. The house was as advertised and very clean. We did have to reach the owners and they were "very" responsive. I would recommend this property to others!

Property as stated in listing. We respect that this is a family home and treated it as such. My family age 2- 63 were all very comfortable. The room designs are great for one large family or a 2 family trip. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Laundry on 1st floor easy to use. Plenty of kitchen ware and we cooked/ate every meal at the TH. Others as we did have left unused unopened cooking goods. Big bench style kitchen table was perfect. The gas grill was also a plus. As others have written I would strongly recommend downloading the “CV Connect” app. This is FREE uber. Picked us up at the front door each am and we requested drop off at Sundial which is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Red Pine Gondola with almost no wait time. Drivers are excellent and deserve to be tipped so bring some cash for that. At the end of skiing there are several options. Ski down the hill past the Orange Bubble remove equipment and walk across the street to TH. Finish skiing at Orange Bubble or Red Pine Gondola (great option if you have children in either ski school or childcare because this is the drop off pick up spot) then remove equipment and get on the Cabriolet. At the bottoms of the Cabriolet it’s a short walk to TH. This will depend on your overall fitness to walk uphill with kids/equipment in tow. Lastly, finish at Sunrise lift remove equipment walk to Pendry and have CV Connect pick you up- easiest option. TH is great. The hot tub is at Clubhouse-drive there is best. Owner responds timely

The townhouse has a great layout for a big group. The proximity to the Canyons ski resort is awesome, and it's also close to everything else in Park City.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our second time in one of the townhomes at the Red Pines. Convenient location. Nice to have a bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. (Note that bedroom off the main living area is smaller and has bright light in the morning.)
Host is very responsive.
Highly recommend!

This was a perfect home for our group of 8 (four adults/four kids). The kitchen was nicely stocked. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have had at a rental property. The CV connect was a nice option for getting on and off the slopes. It would come right to the driveway. I would definitely recommend this home!

Everyone loved the Condo, stocked with everything we needed. This is as close as you can get to Ski In & Ski Out. The free Canyon Village shuttle picks you up at the front door, and you can ski back to within a couple-minute walk. Great location close (walk or call for the shuttle) to Canyon Village shops and restaurants. You will love the shuttle service as we all used it multiple times daily at different times. Close by is the free City bus runs you over to Park City. We found it interesting to ski back from Park City to the Canyons side. As we did, previous guests left spices and dry food items. The Master BR was comfy, everyone had their Bedroom and bathroom for privacy. The clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, which are both great. Groceries can be delivered to your door from Smith's. Definitely would book again. 5 Stars!!!

They layout of the house is perfect for multiple generations. The home is well appointed… including the kitchen. Property description was accurate. Shuttle to slopes was easy and we found a way to ski across the street from the house!

We loved this location. Close to everything we needed including biking trails and cabriolet. Having 4 bathrooms for a family was so awesome. All of the beds were comfortable. We came for the 4th of July celebrations and were able to see the fireworks from the driveway. We will definitely book again.

This place was one of the cleanest properties that we have ever stayed in. Every single plate in the kitchen was even spotless. The beds were very comfortable as well. The CV Connect shuttle service to Canyons was incredibly fast and efficient. We never waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up right from our front door. It was also very convenient to ski back to the house at the end of the day. You could get almost all the way to the house, and then just pop off your skis and walk the last 30 steps or so.
My only complaint is that I received information about 4 hours before our arrival that no shampoo, conditioner, or laundry detergent would be provided. There was one bar of soap for each bathroom that you could either move back and forth between the shower and sink all week, or you had to go out and buy your own of that too. We were already in route, and we did not have any of those supplies with us. We arrived very tired after a long day of traveling and couldn’t even shower! We have never stayed in a rental that has not provided at least a small amount of laundry soap. To expect people to spend close to $1000 per night and bring their own laundry detergent was unexpected. We also had to buy some more boxes of tissues because there was only one for all three floors of the home. The home was also supplied with one ply toilet paper. These are very inexpensive items when bought in bulk and are the small touches that can really make a difference.

Spring Break Ski Trip
We had a great time in Park City during Spring Break this year(March 19-26). I wish that it had snowed during our visit, but the slopes were perfect for our needs and wants. The condo is very accommodating and is beautifully decorated. We had all of our meals at the condo and had plenty of room for all 8 adults. From reading previous reviews, it sounded like previous renters would leave condiments and necessities ( dish washing soap, spices, trash bags, etc.); however, this was not the case for us. No worries though, because it was not expected. Just wanted to let future renters know to buy or bring their own stuff. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking elaborate meals. We had one issue with the oven and I immediately notified the owner, who was receptive to my concerns.
Outside of the kitchen space, it might be a little "tight" if you have more than 8 adults. The bedroom with the bunk beds is extremely small. It would be perfect for small children, but it is not big enough for more than two small adults. The two master suites are lovely and very spacious. My 81 year old mother and 21 year old daughter stayed in the room with the queen and single bed. It was plenty of space for them. It was very nice to have four bathrooms.
The location of the condo is perfect. You can walk up the hill to the Canyons Village or down the hill to the Cabriolet lift to get to the Canyons Village. Also, it was SUPER convenient to have the "CV Connect" app for the bus, which picked up at the condo and delivered you to the Canyons Village. The city bus is easy to navigate into town if you decide to venture out.
I would definitely stay in this condo again. Happy Travels!!

Ski Vacation
Great vacation home for the 8 of us. The CV Connect shuttle was a convenient way to get to the main village and lifts. Free Park City bus system is east to use. The pool and hot tub at the community clubhouse were actively used. Would certainly stay again.

Great place
Great place and so close the Canyons resort! We had 6 people and the place had enough room for everyone. Since I cook, the kitchen was spacious! There was plenty of room to cook and have everyone at the kitchen table. I really liked the 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The CV connect shuttle is awesome!

Perfect for a large, age diverse family
We had an extended family of 10 people aged 3-80 and there was so much for all of us to do in the Canyons/Park City. The bus system was amazing and we easily got around. Especially the local Canyons van system that enabled the grandparents to limit their walking, but, still get out of the house. The kids and adults LOVED the pool and hot tub area available with the townhouse. House was great and well equipped. Fabulous to have the connected bathroom to all the bedrooms for privacy. Slight issue with hot water heater, but, once we quickly figured out to only run one shower at a time, all was great. Overall just a fabulous experience and would definitly stay here again.

Great place to stay
This is the second time we have stayed in this property. Very nice place and well-stocked. It has nice and comfortable beds and room for 10 people and still plenty of space. We normally come in August so we were a little disappointed they had drained the pools/hot tubs already, but overall a great place to stay.

Fun location!
So fun being so close to Canyons and Kimball Junction, yet still so close to downtown Park City.

Great location
Such a nice location, very convenient to free public transportation, electric bike rental, and plenty of walking trails. Also relaxed at the pools. Very close to many restaurants as well. Glad we decided to stay at this condo which offered every bedroom its own bath. Nicely furnished.

June rental.
Excellent experience. Our family of 8 was very comfortable in the townhouse. The location was perfect for our events.
Our few comments are that the A/C didn’t work. Also, there was no pass to use the clubhouse, which is required for entry, and the lights in the upstairs bedroom went on and off throughout the night.
All said, would stay there again.

Perfect for families, great location!
We had a great experience. The house is very tastefully decorated. There’s a shuttle that takes you to the main gondola or you can take a short walk down to the cabriolet. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again :)

Winter vacation in Park City!
This place was a great place to stay! There was a group of 8 of us, 2 families of 4 and we found it perfect to spread out and we each had our own space. It was very clean and i can be very particular about this! The decor and updates make it feel very warm and cozy after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed the benefit of the shuttle that came within minutes of request and the hottub/heated pool at the clubhouse. I would definitely stay at this property again - clean, updated, convenient, has all amenities! Also, the beds were probably the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in away from home!

Red Pine Townhome at Canyons Village Park City
Red Pine Townhome #17 is completed remodeled and very well decorated. As someone who is very particular where I stay, Red Pine Townhome # 17 exceeded my expectation. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms with premium towels. The townhome is conveniently located at the Canyons at Park City near the cabriolet. Even though we did not ski the Canyons, the location was excellent for us to ski the other resorts. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway home base
We really enjoyed our time in Park City! This condo was centrally located to everything our group wanted to do — skiing, sleigh rides, snow mobiling and dog sledding. It was very easy to access and was outfitted with everything we could possibly need!

Great stay!
Very nice and clean property. Close to everything. The manager was great to let us reschedule our stay when we had a family emergency and was great to work with. We could've used a pancake griddle but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

Great Location and very well kept townhouse.
We enjoyed many card games in the kitchen and cooked a lot of meals. It was great and had what we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much. Wish there was A/C in the basement. It was hot weather and didn’t cool down a lot in the downstairs rooms.
