This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is water front with absolutely stunning wide water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white-sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, fish from private docks, enjoy water sports on the bay, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.
With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this town house. Our most recent updates include fresh paint, new curtains, and new high end washer and dryer.
On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.
The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.
The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. Two docks are available for guest and resident use (motor boat docking is not permitted). The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.
There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go.

We had a great weekend there. The location is perfect, the townhouse is very spacious and comfortable. Great local restaurants at walking distance. The beach is about 2-3 minutes away. We couldn’t enjoy it fully, because of the tropical storm that came during our stay. But, hopefully soon we’ll rebook again.

My family and I had fun during our stay. Overall the location was fine. A few things to consider addressing: Kitchen utensils need to be replaced. Our family cooked several meals during our stay and the utensils and pots and pans were less than adequate. The second-floor bathtub did not operate correctly. The shower and tub faucet are both activated when trying to take a shower. The second-floor toilet handle was broken and required continual adjustment to work. While the sunrise view is spectacular, it would be nice to have a shade on the windows to draw to reduce temperature and glare. Though not advertised in the listing, the easily accessible dock is in disrepair and should be remodeled. It is unsafe. For a listing that allows 10 occupants, only 6 washcloths and towels were provided. There should be a minimum of 10 at least. I would think 20 of each to be reasonable. There were no cleaning supplies accessible for miscellaneous spill cleanup (e.g., sand) we had to purchase a broom to clean. These are all minor issues that could enhance the stay, otherwise my family and I had a great time.

Nice place to stay. Needs updated...new living furniture and living room rug needs replaced

Location is great, layout and roominess good too. But the same repairs that were needed when we stayed a year ago are still undone. Kitchen cabinets broken, shower door broken, curtains falling down, furniture and pillows dirty, old and worn out, porch furniture old and worn out. Very little cookware. All of these issues are unchanged from over a year ago. It’s time to put back some of the profit into the place.
Sadly, we’ll never find out because we won’t be back.

This is the second time we have stayed in Redington. It is a beautiful, commercial free area. The beach is just across the street and down the road a few feet. Never a big crowd on the beach. The property is in a perfect location with the bay in the back, we saw dolphins all week. However, the property is not the cleanest and needs some major updates inside. The parking is very tight with only 2 cars in the garage. I tried to contact the manager on 2 different occasions with no response.

This was our 2nd time staying in these towns houses. We love that they are a short walk across the street to the beach, but on the inlet. We could fish from the dock and watch the dolphins swimming everyday.

House needs a lot of attention and TLC.

Overall a nice property but does have some short comings, all locks in the house don't work, Kitchen has very little essentals for cooking, shower certain in one of the bathrooms is terrible and lets through water all the way to outside the bathroom, Also very dirty at check in had to clean on our own. overall a nice property but needs work inside.

It was a great location
We loved our stay. Loved the area and the place was beautiful.

Could use brooms and mops
This was a very nice property but it would be helpful if you had an adult size broom, a vacuum cleaner, and a mop to help stay ahead of the sand and dirt that gets generated from beach trips. Possibly more fans upstairs or lower the thermostat setting at night, the bedrooms were very warm. Other than that it was a very good vacation home.

Great location, inaccurate listing info, unable to get ahold of property manager
We stayed at this property for 5 night. It is a beautiful location. and short walk to beach. The house was poorly maintained and dirty. Walls had smudge marks all over them, linens had blood/body fluids on them that had not been washed prior to our stay. The grill was unable to be used bc there was no gas and i tried to contact the emergency number multiple times and left messages with no response. We paid 130$ for cots and linens but the linens were not at the house and the cots also were covered in body fluids/blood and again the property owner was unable to be contacted. We ended up driving to walmart and purchasing new blow up mattresses so we did t have to sleep in filth. Would not recommend this place unless they made serious changes and were available for contact.

Great house for families!
The house is fantastic! Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The balconies overlooking the bay are amazing! We were out there daily sipping our coffee and watching the birds and occasional dolphin. The inside of the house is clean with plenty of room for the party of 10 that we had. The updated/clean interior was nice. The large washer and dryer was a must have! The only thing I was a little frustrated with was the roll away cot situation. We asked for twice for additional bedding for the cots and never got a response.

Nice Place, Needs Updates
This somewhat worn place is perfect for those who can overlook a little wear-and-tear. The property is meticulously maintained, but there are cracked tiles and throw rugs/furniture that is not pristine. For a family that has a pooch, it is nice because you don't feel like you'll roughen anything up.
The quick walk to the beach was perfect and we probably will stay across from beach access again some day, as the walk did us good.
The property manager were in to fix a shower handle that was broken when we arrived and were informed of the wifi/router issue after the power outage. Both were handled and we appreciated it. Of course, it would be nice to not have to deal with a broken shower handle when you first arrive, but oh well. It got fixed.
My main complaint is that the bed in the kitchen area was too soft (causes a body to roll slighting to center) and noisy when others stay up to watch movies, open the fridge, and run the faucet. I probably overlooked that the bed was in the kitchen in a little nook area.
We had a great time, alas, so we really are blessed to have been able to stay for Spring Break.

Great location…..
This house was everything we could have wanted. The dock was great for fishing and just sitting. We saw dolphins every day out back. The beach is right across the street. Had to contact the owner quick response and very helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a visit to north Redington

We loved the property. It was perfect. There was plenty of space for our large family. We were walking distace to the beach and the the best part was the bay where most evenings we saw dolphins and even some sting rays and manatees. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. There were plenty of things to do and places to eat within a short distance. We will definitely be back if we are vacationing in the area again.

The house was great! Directly across from beach access and backed up to the gulf.
House greatly equipped! Only negative was the thermostat constantly resetting to 75. Overall a great trip! Would definite do again.

Wonderful, relaxing stay
It was a wonderful place to stay for our large group - 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The split layered condo meant that, if needed, people could quietly retreat to their rooms to work/rest. We'll come back again.

Beautiful Family Vacation Spot
Perfect vacation, everything was perfect. We saw 4 manatee by the boat next door one night and dolphins everyday off the balcony. My husband and kids enjoyed fishing on deck daily. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach that we went to daily, also we woke up early and walked every morning. Second time staying here and can't wait to come back.

This unit was beautiful and met all our expectations for a longer stay. Enjoyed getting to know the fish shop owners next door and kayaking with the dolphins in the intercoastal. Thanks for your hospitality and sharing your home.

Perfect location to avoid Beach crowds but still enjoy the beach.
Absolutely gorgeous views of the bay/inlet area for sunrise and gulf sunset views from the 3rd level. We loved the wild seabirds, pelicans, and cranes, and saw a few dolphin playing as we watched from our deck. Appreciate the fishing poles left downstairs so we could throw a few lines in for fun.

Love the view
This spacious space is perfect for a small or large group. The balcony looks out at the bay. Love the view. Just across the street is the Gulf when we wanted a sand fix. We will be back

The place is very convenient for families if 6 or more. Water view from the back Balcony is breathtaking. The place was clean when we checked in.A few downsides to the Townhouse:The mattresses were Horrible... they would sink in the middle. My entire family if 6 had severe backaches...The comforters were old and ragged. Pillows were small and old..There were no shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hair dryer etc. so, please carry all of these things with you when you travel. We called the property manager Ryan and he was very very helpful in responding to us.Whole house has tiles, which is good in summers but it gets very cold in winter. Overall, it was a great experience.. wish we could sleep better..

Great place to stay
I brought my family to the property for a one week stay. It was a short walk to the beach and the dock out back was great for fishing. It was also not much of a drive for us to travel to Universal Studios for a couple of days. The home was clean and in a decent area. All in all we had a great stay.
