The overall stay was ok but a little disappointing for the amount we paid. Directions were a little confusing but we found it. The biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of it. The showers were dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere, bugs in the bed, and so dusty. The BBQ grill nearly blew up in our face. The last people who used it out charcoal in it and as we were lighting it the charcoal caught fire and blew up in our face. So maybe just make sure it’s cleaned out. Super scary! Thank you for having.us.

Our first couples trip and it went so well. This house accommodated all 10 of us adults. We didn't have to leave the house not once, it had all that we needed. We had a small issue with the grill, but the host took care of it in a timely manner. Overall great house and perfect location, wpuld definitely stay again!

This was my first cabin trip and was pretty impressed with cabin…..
The separate area for Game room downstairs not connected to the house was interesting but I liked it a lot . The only issue was cleaning the grill
Those haven’t been cleaned months.
One of the placers that you put the meat on melted not sure how that happened I don’t jnow

Love the scenery house a bit dated, down stairs doors broken as well as microwave. Loved feeding the Racoon and playing in the river. Neighbors are a bit close but all in all it was a good get away

This property is beautiful, located about 35 minutes from Hochatown. If you are looking for a peaceful trip not dealing with traffic or road noise, then this is the place to be. Sitting on the back deck listening to the river flow is so calming. More than enough to do without ever leaving the home.

My wife and I only stayed two nights. Had family emergency and had to leave on Sunday. The rest of our kids stayed until Tuesday. Unfortunately had a problem with ants in the kitchen.

We really had a great time. The cabin was nice, clean and spacious. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The only problem we had a wifi which the next day, the owners came through with the correct password and ID. The cabin had a Christmas tree already up and with lights on so that made it very easy for us because we brought our tree with us. We decorated which made it feel just like home. I would definitely rent again. Thanks again

It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 1 infant. The space was clean and well stocked. It was secluded and allowed us to really enjoy our private family time.

Great facilities but need maintenance. Mold in downstairs shower, upstairs back bedroom had two plugins that did not work. Dishwasher is not mounted in cabinet(just sits there loose). No teaspoons at all in silverware. Oven and stovetop were dirty.

The location was amazing, but the internet was sketchy at best. Although we were on a mini vacation we still need to have internet access to tighten up some work loose ends. The host said he would reach out the next day, and did not nor return my calls. The fans downstairs did not work. The water did not get hot.the gas stove downstairs would not work. There was no Iron, no ironing board. One room upstairs didn’t even have a TV. And for the amount of money we spent I would have expected all these things to have been in order. The host even told a client Oh you can’t do without the internet for 1 day?? No we paid for it so that’s what’s expected. One star ⭐️ because of the location and that’s it.

There were 10 of us staying a long weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday. What a wonderful place I chose. We had such a blast. Unlike lots of other cabins all couples had their on bedroom with queen and king size beds, instead of packing bunk beds in the rooms. We will definitely be back. The river running behind the house was also a nice, peaceful touch.

Beautiful house n setting. Loved the man cave with pool table , darts, ping pong table. House had a great flow to it.
The house is in a very “remote” location n internet is limited. The Outdoor grill looks like it had never been cleaned since purchased. Only had “one” mixing/serving bowl in the whole house. House manager gave the wrong directions to the house!! Got lost n he had to ping the house location to us! Had a great time once we found it.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and beautiful cabin near Broken Bow. It had everything that we needed and plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. The only negative thing that I can say is that we had difficulty finding the cabin. The address did not come up on our GPS and some of the landmarks from the instructions were covered up by tree limbs. Overall great stay!!

We had four couples stay at this cute cabin on the river.... literally the river is in the backyard, and it is so beautiful. Location is farther away from the activities in town, but that is what we were looking for. The front door allows you to enter on the top floor of the cabin, to get to the downstairs you must go outside and walk down the stairs on the back side of the house. This was not a problem for a bunch of adults, but probably wouldn't be my choice with small children. There was a super cute raccoon that came and visited each night. The only downside we had was that plastic was taped all over the floor of the downstairs area, it didn't affect the use of the home, just wasn't visually pleasing and something we weren't expecting for the price. We had a great time playing pool and hanging out in the hot tub and really enjoyed our time away from reality.

We had a wonderful stay for my husbands 40th birthday with friends. There was a group of ten of us. Location is wonderful and the house is very pretty! We had issues with the main tv in the living room. It would never work (we spoke to Dustin and he said someone would be out Saturday but no one showed up to fix it.) Not a huge deal but we were wanting to watch OU softball and we’re not able to. The listing is for five bedrooms all the beds were so comfy but the house is not connected. Meaning there are no indoor staircase that takes you down to the lower part of the home which was kind of odd. You have to walk outside and use an outdoor staircase to reach the game room and other two bedrooms. Last thing is for a home that sleeps ten if it were mine I would increase seating! Living room doesn’t sit ten nor does the downstairs! Two large sectionals or something would be great. We overall had the best time and loved the location. Thanks for having us!

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Very nicely decorated. GPS will not get you there due to some road closers, but the written directions were a big help. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time once we finally got to the cabin. It was very isolated and off the beaten path.

It was really dirty and somebody came out to fix the TV and he couldn’t fix it. Direct Tv came out to fix the TV and he couldn’t fix it so we never had TV the entire time we were there the only TV that worked was the one downstairs and it was really dirty down there, the cleaning crew did not do a good job. There was no lie in the shower at all the whole time we were there we showered in the dark. My family and I had a great time but I probably would not recommend this cabin just for the simple fact it doesn’t seem well-maintained. Also, the master bedroom door would not shut so the kids kept pushing it open. Somebody came to fix it but didn’t have the right screw and said they’d be back the next day, but we never saw them. Some of the bathtubs wouldn’t have cold water so we had to stick a towel in there. There was a lot of rules for the fact that it wasn’t clean before we got there anyways. I’ve stayed in broken Bow well over a dozen times and this is probably my first bad review. There was still a lot of hair in the shower. In the drains I mean honestly the place was just dirty.

We had such a great time. So much so, we did not hit the state park like we normally do. It’s right on a river, very relaxing. Will stay again.

Overall stay was ok. Didn’t realize the house had a top and bottom concept. You had to walk outside, go to either side of the house and climb one of the stairs to get to the top floor or just go straight up the hill to the front door. The backyard with the river was the best part. The downstairs plumbing was an issue esp the toilet. The property manager did come out and was able to fix the shower drain but not the toilet. He said someone was going to come out and look at it but they never showed up. I kept following up with the property manager to see if someone was coming but he never responded which was a little unprofessional and disappointing. People having to walk from the downstairs to use the upstairs bathroom was a little frustrating.

Very nice cabin. It is a little difficult to find. There were no washrags in the cabin or dishwasher liquid. But it did have nice views. The wifi did not work at all. Noone answered our messages.

Perfect place to relax and unwind.
I’ve stayed at this property twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times. Very clean and has nice amenities. Super quiet and secluded from town. We will definitely be back to make more wonderful memories and unplug from the business of everyday life.
