Good value - but forget breakfast

If Hotel full, not enough parking in court yard, plenty outside but not as save. Quiet, no noise from gas station and only minimal from road. Large room. Guest laundry.

Not a prime location, just behind a gas station. Breakfast was very limited, no bread, no toast, no bagels, very disappointing; just flakes, yogurt and some sweet stuff.

Good hotel but bad breakfast

Updated rooms, clean, and good value

Breakfast, only thing to really eat is a waffle. Only one waffle maker which you have to fight over. Has about 8 chairs for a whole hotel. So it gets crowded and people get rude and pushy. I wouldn’t even eat there if I stayed again.

Will not return.

The beds were comfortable and was pretty clean.

The blankets had stains and the parking lot was infested with ants that got all over the outside and inside of our car. We told the office about the ants and they did nothing. Acted indifferent about it. My credit card was charged before we even got to the property and then once we checked in two more times!! She immediately reversed the 2nd charge but argued with me about the 3rd charge basically saying it didn’t exist even though I showed her on my statement. It took me contacting my credit card company to have it removed as a duplicate charge.

Extreme change from 2022 to 2023

I liked the location, the breakfast and the lady that ran the morning shift.

The owner, that ran the mid shift, lies and is very unfriendly. Doesn't adhere to Wyndam brand standards or brand rules.

It used to be substantially better!

Fairly spacious room and large bathroom. Very comfortable mattresses. Larger than usual refrigerator High quality AC

Ants in the room Refrigerator door shelf's all broken, except one, therefore the space of the inside of the door could not be utilized. Sink clogged Electric cooking range at maximum power took almost 45 minutes to bring the water to boil Parked cars at the very right and very left of the parking get blocked by larger vehicles, creating dangerous situation. Hotel staff is not responsive to customers reports regarding things that must be corrected.

When we come back to Freeport unfortunately, we won’t stay at Days Inn again.

Not crowded and a lot of food places around

I was expecting a room that looked like the pictures online. We stayed in room 115 and it wasn’t exactly nice. The TV has limited channels and not the best picture to watch. The shower isn’t full sized, it’s very small and very little water pressure. We left early and didn’t finish our stay. We had went fishing and wanted to come back and clean up so we could go out to dinner but we couldn’t wash the sunscreen off and just felt nasty. Maybe the other rooms are better.

The water was hot but I didn't know if I would have rims on my car when it came out.

It was clean

The prices for completely different online versus check-in. Upon arrival there were two large dogs loose when I asked the receptionist what I could do she said nothing. When I asked to change rooms or hotels she said I would still be charged. Not to mention the fact that this hotel is located in the middle of a very sketchy area. We saw three drug deals go down behind the building while eating lunch from our car.

The water pressure was never good at all. I felt like the staff at the front desk didn’t want to help with getting my reservation changed when the three days I went and asked about the email they were sent.

it was very clean and remodeled. cleaning service did great everyday

there was a stain on the sheet and comforter… but you could tell it had been washed and we weren’t worried about it. the water pressure wasn’t very good, but not the motels fault.

Decent place to stay with a reasonable price with a nice location.

We liked that there was a big fridge and updated microwave. We also liked the restroom pertaining to the sink, vanity, toilet, & shower. Parking availability. AC worked. Free working wifi. Housekeepers we’re very nice and provides plenty of towels.

Bed sheets and pillow cases were stained, along with remains of marijuana, probably not cleaned well enough. & No we don’t smoke at all. Desk, chairs, and dressers had rust. Silverfish bugs in the shower drains, spiders in bed, and black beetles in the restroom. Toenail clippings in all of the drawers upon arrival. To the people that stayed prior to our stay in Room 112, thats very nasty and weird, literally there’s like 3 trashcans in the room…

It was good!

Our stay was comfortable; the only issue was we requested a King and she gave us a 2 queen. We didn’t realize it until we unpacked😀 so we decided to stay in the 2 queen room.

Assign the requested room that was booked online.

Requested extra pillows before visit and did not get extra pillows. Husband went to office to get more and the man working refused to give us extra pillows. 2 adults, 3 kids in 1 room, we needed more pillows. The room only has 1 gallon size trash can, a bigger one would be better.
