The view, the room, and the staff
The food was ok
4.7
La ubicación, la atención, las áreas comunes, la organización de los paseos
Que el baño no tenga mampara la ducha. La rigidez de los horarios del restaurante.

- very very very nice and helpful staff! They helped me alot also with some personal issues.
- great food
- really nice room and view
- very nice pool (they clean it every morning)
- the trips were nice
The restaurant service is a bit slow, it's better to order your food with some time in advance. Otherwise, very good everything.

The hotel is a great entry point to seeing the Amazon Jungle while still having all the luxuries and internet, the staff like Mikael were super helpful in arranging tours and helping with whatever it is you need and arranging that.
The hotel is perfect and there is nothing I would change
4.7
Great setting, convenient to get to in 30 mins from airport, yet feels right in the forest, next to the river, so ideal for boat trips. Lovely pool. Good food with jungle fruits on the menu.
Minimalist concrete decor might not be everyone’s style.

*Fantastic staff, will look after you at all times and give you great recommendations
*Modern rooms with AC
*Activities partner is great - cacao tour in particular highly recommended
*Food at the restaurant is good, but the location of the hotel means you are slightly limited and can only dine there

Lovely lovely staff. Thank you for everything! Service was impeccable and always with a smile.

A stunning hotel a short boat ride away from the centre. Staff were eager to help and food was delicious. I had the vegan ceviche for dinner which was delicious. The sunset by the river was very special.

it’s a beautifuuuuul place to stay and relax. the staff are very pleasant
if you want to stay in the hotel and relax it is the perfect place.
however, if you want to eat in a restaurant in the center of puerto Maldonado or drink something in a bar/club.. it is more complicated. you will need a taxi (15min in car) and if it is raining you will pay more because of the road is dirt and the hotel is less accessible.
!! (this does not include the discovery trips as the guides pick you up by boat from the hotel)

The hotel was perfectly located in the rainforest next to the main river, was very clean, the food of the restaurant was delicious and everyone who works there was super friendly. The room was big enough with a fan.
I think they should use sustainable products for the amenities and they should change the bed sheets including the covers from the pillows every 3 days. We stayed one week and due to the heat of course we sweated during the night and after two days the sheets were smelling bad, so we needed to ask them for changing, which they did it except the pillow covers.

- The tours from somos selva were absolutely great
- Luis and Claudia who worked for Hotel Enai were lovely
- The views from the hotel were amazing
- The rooms were decorated nicely
- The food was delicious and well presented
- There were no solar panels or evidence of the hotel really committing to be as eco-friendly as other competitors in the area which left me feeling uncomfortable after my stay.
- There were drones around constantly from fellow guests which is terrible for the local wildlife. A responsible hotel would have had a policy around this.

amazing boutique hotel, 15 mins from the city, with beautiful river view, super friendly stuff and good food.
all good

Amazing staff, wonderful setting!! AC is only available on the top/penthouse floor, so prepare for heat! Richard & Claudia made our stay absolutely exceptional. Very tailored service. The rooms are clean and comfy. The food is wonderful and great big portions. Ecotours available directly through the hotel, private or bigger tour groups. Richard is truly the best!!
Location is not near any stores, if you want food/drink outside of the restaurant hours it could be annoying. We did not want anything beyond what the hotel offered though. Be prepared for a ~40min wait on food, and lots of mosquitos. If you're ready for those then you will have an amazing stay.

The rooms and bedroom in particular were lovely, comfy beds and lots of space. The balcony area was also a nice addition for more of a private/chilled area. The pool area was lovely and the food in restaurant was great. Welcoming and friendly staff were there to help whenever you needed and with the location right on the river the views were wonderful. The staff also helped coordinate excursions for our free day which was great!

- Staff were very friendly
- Food in the hotel was amazing
- The views from the rooms and pool area of the rainforest are incredible
- Being the newest hotel within the rainforest ensured it could be as modern as possible. The WiFi was good and there were no powercuts like we heard some other hotels in the area have
- In my opinion, this was probably the best hotel you could pick within the rainforest
Lots of bugs but it's the rainforest so not much you can do about that. The hotel is actually very good at managing the insects with light management around the hotel.

Service, from owner Belén’s attention to receptionist Jenny’s efficiency to bartender and waiter Richard’s charm and expertise. Best pisco sour ever!
Nothing; it was perfect!

The food was very delicious and the staff was very friendly ! We saw great wildlife all around the property . Thanks for a lovely stay!

the property was beautiful and right off the river.
there was nothing I didn’t like

I had an supherb stay at Hotel Enai. :)
The hotel is located in the beautiful and lush jungle just outside of Puerto Maldonado but easily to reach by a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport.
It combines the character of a jungle lodge with modern architecture and has all the comforts like air conditioning in the upper rooms, wifi, mosquito nets on all windows of the room and a beautiful pool area.
The room was spacious, modern, very clean, well equipped and nicely styled. The view to the river is beautiful. The room's facilities are all modern and well maintained.
The pool and the surrounding facilities like the sunbeds facing the river front were very nice, modern and well maintained.
I could watch cute little monkeys eat from a Papaya tree near the pool. And there was a white Kaiman chilling on the river shore everyday. It was fascinating to see wildlife so close to the hotel.
The waiters at the hotel restaurant and the night watch man were incredibly friendly and attentive.
Also the hotel owners are very kind and attentive towards their guests needs. When I felt ill, the hotel owners gave me painkillers free of charge. On the day of my departure I still didn't feel well, so they gave me another room where I could rest until the afternoon until I was heading to the airport to catch my flight home.
Overall it was my nicest hotel stay in my whole 3-week Peru experience. I wish I could have stayed longer.
The hotel management and their employees are very kind and lovely people who make sure that their guests enjoy their stay to the fullest.
As a single female traveller I felt very safe and kindly looked after by all staff members.
Thank you for this wonderful time at your premises and for the best end to my Peru trip.
I hope I can come back one day.

The staff went above and beyond for me, they're outstanding. The hotel is near town, making transport easy, but feels remote and private.

EVERYTHING! From the location, rooms, food at restaurant and hotel service, staff and excursions - everything was excellent. Highly recommend the place! Wish we could have stayed longer :)
