Kids can stream their favorites in the bunk room, enjoy boardgames, and mom's will love the fully stocked kitchen and gas grill! → 2 minute drive to fast food restaurants, Titus bakery, Bub's burgers, Jimmy John's, gas stations, and much more!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Enjoyed walking access to Monon Trail, convenient to Grand Park, restaurants and shopping-very centrally located. Susie was so easy to work with and I will definitely be visiting more of her properties in the future!

This house was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for the weekend to attend a funeral. It was 7 of us total. My mother uses a walker and cannot climb steps well. This one level home with no front entry steps was perfect. It had plenty of updated touches, clean, and all the basic kitchen items we needed. The host, Susie, was very quick to respond to any questions and helpful when dealing with our special accommodations regarding my mother. The location was close to the church and all kind of eateries and shopping if needed. Always a plus when you can get to Walmart to pick up last minute items within a few minutes drive. And although we were in town for a celebration of life it was also only about 45 minutes away from the 2 Chicks District shop (HGTV fan). Would stay here again if I am in the area visiting family.

We can’t wait to come back. Susie is a tremendous host. She communicated everything to us perfectly, was always super helpful, and answered questions throughout our stay. The house is great: perfect location for everything you could want, super clean, and wonderfully appointed. Highly recommended as a great play to stay!

Both the house and neighborhood are attractive and comfortable with sidewalks and a park. The kitchen is well stocked and the deck grill enjoyed. All information was clear and thorough and the owner was immediately responsive. Plenty of dining/ entertainment options nearby and extremely convenient to Grand Park. Would comfortably accommodate 8.

Wonderful spot for Grand Park tournament! Lots of good restaurants with close by grocery store. House was very clean with updated appliances. Lots of cooking utensils. Nice quality towels so I need to bring your own. Provided paper products and trash bags as well. Great communication with owner. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

We traveled to Westfield for a Lacrosse Tournament. This was the perfect location - within 6 minutes of parking at the Grand Park Sports Complex. Additionally, a new Meijer grocery store is only 3 minutes - just outside the neighborhood. As frequent VRBO(ers) we appreciated Suzie's responsiveness and the lack of "clutter". All to often a place may have a lot of "extra stuff". Suzie provides exactly what is required. A couple of notes - if you are a cord cutter and use Apple TV, Roku, etc - bring your device. The Smart TV only supports NetFlix - which is totally fine. But if you require YouTube TV or other - you'll need the device. Only recommendation for Suzie would be to have more dish towels/rags available. Other than those to very minor items - the place was perfect.

Great basic home, nothing fancy, but comfortable and gives you all the basics you need for a weekend event at Grand Park. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Thanks for a comfortable weekend!

We rented the house for the weekend because my daughter was getting married and it was much more cost effective for our family to stay together in a house than to all rent hotel rooms It was a bit of a drive to the wedding venue, but overall we were very happy to have the house to relax in rather than a hotel room!

We loved that the property was so close to Grand Park. We also enjoyed the community pool which is within walking distance.
The property was fully stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, bars age bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets....and many other things.
The owner is amazingly responsive and very helpful.

Everything went real smooth, from booking to checking out. Suzie was great and very prompt when responding. The house was very clean, which to me is key! Thank you Susie for sharing your home with us!

This home was perfect for our 5 day baseball tournament at Grand Park. It was minutes from the ball park and restaurants. Teenage boys loved the Xbox and bunk room. We loved the yard, grill & washer/dryer. Host was great. Will book again in future.
