Welcome! Stay at our beautiful home in the heart of beautiful, historic Crested Butte! This property was constructed in 2007 and it’s one of downtown’s finest homes. The location is in northwest quadrant of town, close to everything and located at the corner of 4th and Maroon - 1 block from Elk Avenue, the main street of Crested Butte. Enjoy a 2 minute walk to over a dozen great restaurants, free ski shuttle, Camp 4 Coffee, shopping, unlimited hiking/biking trails and much more. Your view of Crested Butte Mountain is absolutely breathtaking; you’ll not find a better location anywhere!
Our home is 3000 square feet of custom finishes! You’ll enjoy 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms complete with luxurious down comforters, linens and bedding. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with custom hand milled cabinets and vanities made of the finest hardwoods and stone. Relax in 2 spacious family rooms with comfortable custom furnishings, antique wood beams, smart televisions with current electronics. The gourmet kitchen comes furnished with locally hand-crafted black walnut cabinetry, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, granite countertops, glassware, flatware, utensils and china. If you need privacy to do a little work, head to the study where you'll find an antique desk, leather daybed, high-speed wireless internet and printer. The laundry room includes a Bosch washer and dryer, granite countertops and refrigerator. The house was situated just off of Elk Street, the main stret in town. Everything was just a 2 minute walk. It was also easy to leave the front door and go on gorgeous runs. Hiking, mountain biking and more are just a few minutes away by car. The house is large and very well-stocked. It was incredibly comfortable and I am excited to return.

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The house was even better than the pictures, in an ideal location just a block off of Elk, with a great view of the mountain and church from your front yard. The wildflowers and landscaping around the house is beautiful. Dave was helpful before arriving to the property and connected me with a rental company to help with baby/kids gear, and continued to be easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Awesome!!
This is our 5th year to stay in this beautiful home in Crested Butte! And we’ll continue to do so. Located one block off the main street this home is walkable to restaurants, bars and cute shops. Our favorite is Camp 4 Coffee located on 4th St and is a 3 minute walk. Dave and Ann are wonderful hosts and always available by text or a phone call. The walkways were shoveled daily by their wonderful property manager Christin. Overall, I can’t say enough of how much we enjoy our annual stay there. We’re not skiers but our kids who live in CO are and they love it!! Thank you Dave and Ann!!

Christmas in Crested Butte
This is a wonderful house that is very well taken care of, immaculately clean, and right in the heart of the town. Within one block, you are steps away from restaurants and shops that line Elk Ave. The convenience is outstanding! The house is small enough to experience the togetherness of family, large enough to spread out for your own privacy. AND, every room has it’s own bathroom and very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well stock with everything you need, except food:-). Lastly, I can’t say enough about the host’s, Dave and Ann. While we were there, CB experienced record snowfall(an insane amount) in one week and Dave would periodically text me to make sure we were ok. As i would say, they under promised and over delivered! They were amazing host’s. I highly recommend this house to everyone and look forward to our return.

Perfect house, perfect location
We loved this rental! Lovely accommodations … spacious rooms, cozy bedding and well-supplied kitchen. Perfectly maintained yard and gardens with outdoor furniture and fire pit for the chilly nights. Highly recommend!

Crested Butte August 2021:
This property fit our family very well. Good location. We all liked it and want to rebook first week in August of 2022.
Some suggestions: freezer in main refrigerator did not work, one sink in "Cowboy" bathroom didn't drain, coffee maker in kitchen did not work.
Lastly, the parking regulations for CB have been updated. Two of our guests got tickets. One of those received a refund. Regulations suggest that property owner get temporary parking passes for guests every week.
Overall, a great experience in a wonderful town.

Best spot for town
We had a great stay. The location was perfect and the house was perfectly clean and has plenty of room to spread out. I really appreciated the extra staples that were provided like paper towels, soap etc. The water pressure was terrific and TVs were great to watch some tennis and movies. The only thing I would suggest are fans for every bedroom. Overall we loved our stay and would come back!

Wonderful stay!
This is our third year in a row to stay in David and Ann’s beautiful home located in the heart of downtown Crested Butte. We love this place! Our children live in Colorado and we meet every year for family time. Location is amazing! Short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is great when you have several family members staying. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including a Ninja ( my daughter loves to make smoothies). There’s plenty of parking for us. You just need to move your car everyday for snow plowing, depending on the day of the week. We had three cars there without any problems. Thank you Dave and Ann for renting us your beautiful home again! We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful, well equipped, so close to town, comfy, fabulous kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. This home and the beautiful town of Crested Butte made for a wonderful vacation for us and our friends.

Wonderful
Wonderful house in prime location of CB. One block off of main street (Elk Ave) with amazing views of Crested Butte from the front yard.
House itself is very comfortable with plenty of room for big groups. We had four adults with 5 kids under the age of 8, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy.
Furnishings and finish is top notch. Overall, you'd be hard pressed to find a better home in CB

Perfection!
We loved everything about this property - location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and INCREDIBLE gardens! I sat on the front porch rocking chair each morning with my coffee, watching the sun rise behind Mt Crested Butte, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We did have an appliance issue, but David responded quickly and communicated well. We will be back!

In Town in Crested Butte
We always stay up on the mountain in CB but, this time we experienced the connivence of being in town. Hiking, biking, restaurants, and so many friendly people right outside your door! We loved it! The owners were so responsive and hospitable. The home is a true five star. There is nothing that anyone one would need that is not there. Highly recommend this beautifully appointed home for memories in Crested Butte.

Awesome home and location!
This is our second year to stay at this beautiful home and we've booked it for next year! Great location with restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. All bedrooms have en suite baths so that makes it nice for our group of 3 couples. Thank you Dave and Anne for allowing us to rent your amazing home each January!!

The location of this property is superb. Dave and Anne are incredibly gracious and communicative hosts. The layout of the house was very relaxing for our group of eight. The proximity to town made our stay very relaxing and easy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had every convenience and the radiant floor heat was divine. Thanks again for having us !

This home has great furnishings and spaces for everyone with 2 separate living room areas and the locations is prefect next to Elk street and with parking for 4 cars in the private driveway very had to find in CB we will be booking this property again next year

Great Ski Week in CB
We were extremely happy with our stay in CB. We have rented many nice homes in Telluride and other mountain resorts, but this one really checks off all of the boxes. Each bedroom with a queen bed and its own well appointed bathroom. High end kitchen which opens into a great room with fireplace and TV. Perfect gathering place for cocktails and conversation after a day of skiing. The layout of the home provides lots of privacy for family or couples traveling together.
House is located a block from Elk Ave with its restaurants, bars and shops. Also only a 3 block walk to catch the free bus to the mountain (five minute ride--do yourself a favor and stay in town). Park your car on arrival and never use it again until you leave.
The owner, Dave, made sure that everything was perfect. He was immediately accessible by phone and text.
We enjoyed a snowy week in February, but I am sure that this place would be just as good anytime of the year. Highly recommended!

AWESOME property and location!!
Our family of 6 stayed here in January and we never felt we were crowding each other. The home is very spacious! We've stayed in many VRBO homes before and this one,hands down, was the best. The location is nice for walking to shops and restaurants. There's a bus pick up nearby that will transfer you to the lifts on Mt. Crested Butte or it's a 5 minute drive. We liked staying in town close to great restaurants and bars. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice linens and all en suite bathrooms for every room. The kitchen is stocked well. The owners are very nice and reachable for any problems (we had none but Dave did call to check to make sure we made it to the home ok). That's a nice touch from the owner! The only concern is there's only parking for one car but Dave told me that he was putting in another parking spot before next winter. We loved this place so much that we booked again for next January. Thank you Dave and Ann for allowing us to rent your beautiful home again next January! We're excited to return!!

Perfect home & location!
