We are located in West Yellowstone, Gallatin County, Montana. Our townhouse is just 7 blocks from the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park, 2 blocks from snowmobiling trails, and 5 blocks from the Rendezvous Cross-Country Ski Trails. This well maintained & spacious townhouse awaits your family or group.

Situated on a quiet residential street, just outside the town center, you are within walking distance to the restaurants, shops and activities that West Yellowstone has to offer. The off-street parking is ideal for snowmobiles or boats.

Our townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 ½ baths and laundry area. With over 1500 sq. ft. you’ll find plenty of room for your family vacation, reunion or guys getaway.

Our property is Licensed by the Town of West Yellowstone and Annually Licensed & Inspected by State of Montana Department of Health & Human Services.

Main Level:
Kitchen: Our eat-in kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal to start your day, and offers plenty of natural light. With ample counter space, and all the conveniences of home, satisfying your groups hunger will be a piece of cake.

Living Room: At the end of the day you’ll enjoy relaxing in the living room. Watch the snow fall as you sit by the fire on those chilly nights, or grab a snack and catch a ballgame on the 42” television.

The sliding glass doors off the living room offer a view of the common area. The kids can play, while you relax on the deck and observe blue skies and spectacular sunsets. Throw a few steaks on the outdoor grill, grab a seat at the picnic table, and enjoy a great meal.

Half Bath: The convenient half bath is great for guest and quick wash ups.

Upper Level:
Master Bedroom: The master suite welcomes you into its warm and relaxing décor with a king size bed and attractive bedding. An abundance of closet and drawer space will provide guests with more than enough room to tuck away their belongings. A 27” television, iron, iron board, hair dryer and scale round out the amenities that can be found in the master bedroom.

The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open to the upstairs balcony, where you can welcome the day with a cup of coffee and morning paper.

Second Bedroom: The feeling of home continues into the second bedroom. A queen size bed with eye catching bedding beckons a comfortable nights rest. The large window brings the outdoors in and offers a view of the mountains. As with the master bedroom, you will find plenty of closet and drawer space for all your belongings.

Master Bathroom: A full bath on the upper level has a tub/shower combination, and is decorated in a playful mallard duck motif. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided, additional linens can be found in the hall closet.

Lower Level:
Bedroom: Charming is the only way to described this lower level bedroom, with 2 full size beds and dresser. The matching bedding in warm earth tones, with moose print, lends to the feeling of being in a rustic retreat. All bedrooms come furnished with their own television, and each room has its own thermostat for optimum comfort.

Laundry Room: The laundry area with full size washer and dryer will make quick work of getting clothes clean. With like new appliances in a clean and bright alcove, this is one chore you won’t mind.

Bathroom: No need to take a number. A full bath with walk-in shower can be found on the lower level for the convenience and privacy of those guests sleeping on the lower level. Again, all linens are provided.

Beautiful home in the perfect location. My family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed our 3 nights in this rental. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out after hours together cramped in the car.

The property was just as described, check in was a breeze as you get to pick your own code for the door. Kitchen had everything you would ever need, including a crockpot. Close to anything you might need/want, groceries, restaurants or shopping, but far enough away from the crowds that you can relax after a long day in the park without having to deal with more people. There isn't AC but there are plenty of fans to move air around and it wasn't needed when we were there in the middle of July. Would definitely stay here again if we return.

Check in was super easy. Place was clean. Decor and overall aesthetic was pretty dated. I would easily give it a 5 out of 5 but there was no air conditioning. It may have said that on the listing and I honestly didn’t think to ask as I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have AC. The fan in the living room worked but, shook like crazy when you turned on so had to take one from the bedrooms to make the middle living room are somewhat cool. Most nights it did cool down but honestly didn’t affect the inside temp. The windows/doors were opened and the sprinklers woke us 3 out of the 5 nights at 3AM. I found it hard to sleep anyways as it was at least 75 or higher in the house. Pretty miserable to sleep in that temp. The oven didn’t work until the last night. Owner was quick to respond but, we had purposely bought food to bake and couldn’t so we had some food loss and food in general was super expensive. We figured it would be that’s why we rented a place to cook and eat at home as much as possible. Yellowstone didn’t disappoint.

This condo was the perfect size and location for our family of five. Its location made it easy to access the Yellowstone National Park and the West Yellowstone restaurants and shops. Everything was extremely clean, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Checking in and out was a breeze. We definitely recommend this property to anyone vacationing in Yellowstone!

After staying here for a week, we agree with all the positive reviews of this townhouse. There was plenty of space and privacy for our family of five adults. The house is well equipped and is conveniently located very near to the entrance of Yellowstone as well as the restaurants and stores in town. It is in a quiet area that was nice for morning walks. The host checked in with us twice during our stay and said to call him if we had any questions or problems during the stay. We had no problems. They even have a book with information about the restaurants. In a town full of places to stay, this VRBO is outstanding.

This was such a nice place to stay during our vacation! The host was so kind to call us on our way and let us know about road closures. Luckily we got the phone call just in time to take the appropriate exit! Everything was clean and in working order. The location was great! A nice, quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to town! 5 stars!

Perfect condo for our family of 5, including 3 young adult children. Quiet area of West Yellowstone, wooded area, away from traffic. Clean condo with all the amenities we needed, including ample dishes, cookware and appliances. Property owner checked in with us a couple of times to be sure all was good, and rectified a leaking shower head immediately. Only a few blocks from the West entrance, and we could walk to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! The location could not be any better. Owner was in communication a couple of times during our stay. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect! We were 3 single ladies traveling together so we all had our own space to spread out and no one needed ear plugs! Would highly recommend!

The property was within a couple of miles to the entrance of Yellowstone. Plus, the town had multiple choices to restaurants within walking distance from the property. The townhouse had everything we needed. It was easy to find and it was in a quiet neighborhood.

The unit is very clean, which was very important to us. However, the cleaning fee was 66% more than other places we stayed during our Yellowstone trip, and they wanted us to do more cleaning work such as take out the trash, wipe down counters and appliances and take towels to the washer. The owner must have had some bad experience in the past because there were extreme fees if we didn't comply with the rules. We did, so it wasn't a problem for us, but it just didn't give you a great feeling. The owner checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were all set, which we were. The kitchen table was good that it sat 6 people, but it is oversized for the kitchen so it's hard to move around. The basement bedroom was done very well. I was a bit nervous about it, but it did not smell and it was not damp. It was neat and clean and although the bathroom shower is quite small, it was great to have it down there. Overall, it was a bit dated, but having it clean was the important thing for us, so we would rent there again.

Ron’s property is in the ideal location for a visit to Yellowstone. A mile to the park entrance and an easy walk of a few blocks to all that West Yellowstone has to offer. Great property for our family of 5. Ron was a great host and communicated proactively before and during our visit - even reaching out to warn us that a bear had been spotted in the neighborhood. Will book this property agai. Should we choose to return to Yellowstone.

We had difficulty finding the unit. The way the address was shown on the email from VRBO was confusing. The unit was comfortable for short stay and generally well equipped though we’ve never stayed in a rental unit where bath soap wasn’t provided. We reported that the lamp in the downstairs bedroom shattered and we were immediately charged for it’s replacement.

We had an excellent time staying in this townhome in West Yellowstone. It had incredible access to the park and was walkable to the downtown West Yellowstone area, as well as many restaurants. The home is on a quiet street at the edge of town, and was perfect for our group of four. Would have easily slept more people as we didn’t even use the basement that had two additional beds. Ron was an incredible host and was fast to reply any time I reached out.

Great location close to west entrance, plenty of room for a family. Owner was kind enough to let us in at an early check in time. Owner is very communicative. Does require signing of separate leasing document, communicates via email/cell rather than VRBO. I did reach out to discuss that his check out list is lengthy for the amount they charge for their cleaning fee, as well as items in the home not being clean upon our arrival. Would recommend location of this property.

The owner of this condo, Ron, was very attentive and was in communication with us regarding the status of the park, even having zoom meetings with renters to apprise them of the park status. Once we arrived, he checked in to to see how things were going and to make sure we were comfortable! The condo itself was perfect—very clean, furnished nicely—very comfortable beds, and perfect location in the quaint, but bustling town of West Yellowstone. Make sure to grab a burger in town at TR Burgers and consider yourself lucky if you get Mr. Alexis for a server, because he was great—both times we ate there!
