Property was okay

Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, attractive property.
It was great having four bathrooms. More towels and washcloths would be nice along with towel racks in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Quicker response times to my texts and earlier delivery of access code from the owner would be nice.

PROS: Good proximity to TAMU campus, bars, restaurants. Well equipped. For the most part clean. Good price. Sleeps at least 8, could fit a few more.
CONS: All but 1 of the beds were terrible. Needs new mattresses badly. Several "details" needs several wall repairs and paint, some light bulbs replaced (front door entry blinked badly, family room way too bright no dimmer, can lights in kitchen way too dark. Batteries out on TV remote. Couch was old and heavily used...not very comfortable.
BIGGEST CON: Parking. Instructions only read "Parking is available in front of building." That is it. When we came home on one evening, all immediate parking spaces were full in front of our unit. I parked in the SAME LOT to the left of unit 109. No reserved signs. No assigned parking reference or painted numbers. Only sign read "Residents Only. Others will be towed". Woke up the next morning with a written note on windshield saying I was parking in someone's spot and a tow truck hauling my vehicle. I had nasty argument with driver who really did not care that I was legitimately there. Had to pay him $50 cash to drop my vehicle. I should have called the police as I was a legitimate resident (at least for the weekend). But let it go. Owner needs better parking instructions. I found out later that there IS NO ASSIGNED PARKING but that the spots on at the left entry drive were owned by someone else. I should not have been towed as signs sucked and i paid my "rent" to be there.

It met my expectations on location, cleaniness, and communicating with owner.

This property had the 4 bedrooms we needed and was super close to the campus.
Only feedback I have is that I had to reach out a couple times in order to get the code and when I messaged about being out of laundry detergent and unable to start washing machine, I was messaged back to contact the person who cleans the property instead of the owner passing on that information.
But we really did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Pleased
Was satisfied with our stay. The only thing is that I had to take a lot of pics of already damaged or broken items in the house. Over all great location great price. We will stay here again.

A decent place with a bathroom for every bedroom
The house worked good for us for the most part. Two base level bedrooms, so my elderly mom did not have to do stairs. A bathroom for every bedroom. The main issues I had was living room is pretty small for so many adults to visit and the furnishings are cheap and flimsy. The pans in the kitchen are terrible. No toaster available to use. The coffee pot was quirky and I still don't know what it's leaking problem was. I was glad for stained concrete floors in the kitchen. No clean up utensils available to use as in a broom or mop. The beds creak, bangs and generally make noise with every turn. The pillows are terrible at least in our room they were. The rug is badly stained. Overall though, the price was right and we were happy with our stay.

Game Day Condo
We stay at this property for game day. It was very clean, well stocked and not too far from campus. Would recommend!

Yes, 4 REAL bathrooms
This property was great! I was able to bring my track athletes to the State Meet and everyone could sleep comfortably and have their own bathroom privacy without having to rush because someone else needed to get ready next. It's an overlooked convenience; having 4 full bathrooms, that a hotel could never provide!
It is very conveniently located on the border of Bryan and College Station, just a few blocks from campus.

I loved our stay it was perfect for our family
It was way better than staying at a hotel. The comfort of home and more. It was spacious and convenient. The TV was a little inconvenient but tolerable and wish there could be a refund of cleaning deposit for being cleaned after your stay.
