The Space:
This gorgeous West Dennis home, located on Grand Cove in Bass River, is the perfect place for your next luxury vacation! Two huge wrap around decks offer spectacular water views of the cove, and with direct water access, you are just steps from being able to kayak, paddleboard, or swim in this beautiful body of water. After your adventures on the cove, walk back to our private fenced in yard, which features an in-ground pool complete with a waterfall, as well as a poolside patio.
Inside, you will find an eat-in kitchen with brand new appliances, and a large formal dining area that opens into a family room (with a large, sectional leather couch and flat screen TV) with a slider out to a large deck - perfect for summer cookouts. The top level master suite features a king size bed under a vaulted, pine planked ceiling with bright skylights, and a slider leading to another large, wrap around deck with panoramic views of the cove. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom and the other with two full beds, as well as another full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and has a queen bed, with a third full bathroom down the hall.
Downstairs is the Game Room(!) with a foosball table, couches, flat screen TV, and slider that steps out to the pool and the private yard. Other amenities include cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer in the basement, air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and linens and bath towels provided for each guest. Beautiful, comfortable & well equipped home.
Loved the wrap around decks-we spent most of our time on the lower deck which provided lots of shade & great views of the pool & Bass River.
The pool was great & lots of pool toys, tubes were provided. Excellent communication with DelMar
-they responded quickly when we had a problem with the Keurig coffee maker.
We would have liked more yard space for the kids to run around & play games such as badminton ,etc.

The house is beautiful with decks available from all floors. However there are alot of stairs and this would be difficult for elderly people.also note i felt the mattresses were very firm and not the most comfortable, but i know that is a personal preference.

Great central location, beautiful house, and great pool. We had an amazing time. Also a plug for Skipper's chowder house.

This home was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for our soccer tournament weekend on the Cape! Home came furnished with everything imaginable and everything was super clean! More than enough space for our party of 10! Property manger was super helpful with questions. Wish we could afford this rental in the summertime. My kids would love the pool!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was a great size, clean and very updated throughout. Good area of Dennis. Three full bathrooms are a huge plus and the additional outdoor shower is great. The pool is wonderful and the two wraparound decks are tremendous. We had one minor issue that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction by ownership.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of pool toys for the kids and a wonderful yard for outside play. We had a fabulous vacation and would highly recommend this property to others.

Loved the house and the amenities. The pool was great! The house was perfect. My grandkids ages 9 mos and 4 1/2 yrs did well with the room setups The kitchen was great. We did some meals. Highly recommend!!!

Great location and house to stay with kids. Tons of outdoor seating to include shaded and unshaded. Pool was great and included toys for the kids. Neighborhood was quiet. Coffee, ice cream, donuts, and pizza places all within a mile of the house.
House is very renovated and updated.

Wonderful house a short and easy drive to the West Dennis beach. Backyard pool was very well maintained and popular gathering spot for the entire family. Management service very helpful and very responsive. One of our favorite family vacations. Highly recommend this house.

The house was all everything that was pictured.
We had 7 adults and 1 toddler. Lots of fun in the pool and great space in the house. The furniture was high quality (not what we are use to for a vacation rental). The kitchen was fabulous. There were quite a few bunnies all over the place eating the clovers. So adorable!
There were a couple of draw backs. We got there and there are padlocks on the gates. We had to call for the codes to unlock them, the alarm was chirping had to call again for that. Trash pickup is only one time a week and only two small barrels to hold it. Had to call for a pick up during the week. The animals kept getting into it. The key pad battery dies and someone was suppose to com fix it on Tuesday and nobody ever showed up.
***. Last July we booked this house for July 2019 with a different agency and that reservation was canceled in March w/ out warning. It was $2k cheaper. Then we found the house again and more expensive. I mentioned that situation to the agent through email and he said that there was nothing he could do with the price. We really did have any choice but to pay the higher price due to the fact that plane tickets we already bought.
I was told that there would be a wonderful welcome basket upon arrival. There was nothing there. Just a little let down!
