Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Much more comfortable than a hotel and felt homey.

Everything was great. I do wish there were a few more channels on the TV…maybe something we could have watched a movie on. But ultimately not a huge deal. We enjoyed ourselves.

The apartment was good as usual. I bought a bulb for the refrigerator - it was burnt out when we got there. Also, FYI, the ceiling vent in the south bedroom is hanging. I think the screw is missing. ??

This was our first time using VRBO and staying at Heritage Suites and it turned out to be an outstanding experience. Suite 15 overlooks Cico park which is directly across the street. It was a 5 min walk to the dog park which made it easy for me to provide recreational time for dog, Margie. Additionally, the entire property is surrounded by pet friendly and well maintained green space which not only is great for pet owners, it gives the property an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It’s a wonderful atmosphere to just chill and relax for a few days and the green painting and classic look of the buildings blends well with the adjoining green space of the property and the park itself.
The interior of the suite was welcoming upon arrival. Especially after staying in stale smelling hotels while traveling across the country. The suite smelled nice upon entering; everything was need, clean, and organized; it felt like being home; it was a wonderful home away from home.
No words can possibly describe enough how great of a host Tara is. Her friendliness, timeliness in responding to our inquiries and commitment to assisting us during our stay is a shining example of exemplary customer service. It is for that reason when we come to Manhattan again, we will seek out the same location. Because we know what to expect and we know that every time we come here we’re going to have a great experience thanks to Tara who is a fabulous host. Thank you Tara, you’re the best!

We enjoyed our stay quiet atmosphere, ran into some dust in the home other than that it was very comfortable place to get away.

Comfortable, clean , great location. Older property but apartment was very nice. Everything you need for a home away from home when visiting Manhattan. We have stayed here several times and would do so next visit, too. Easy host communication!

Perfect location for my friend and me. We loved our stay.

Check in process was very easy. The interior of the property was almost exactly what was shown in the listing. The unit is very nice--updated, clean, comfortable beds, space to move around, equiped kitchen. The propery appears to be in an apartment complex rather than condo complex. This is fine but the exterior of the property requires some maintenance. We were worried about the property when we pulled up but once inside everything was exactly as described. The complex felt safe and was quiet. The location was convenient--close enough to campus but far enough that the property did not seem to be full of students.
We had a small maintence issue and they maintenance guy was there within an hour. We requested a late check out and did not get a response despite emailing and calling all of the contact numbers. To avoid a fine, we chose to just leave as scheduled. We were still loading the car at 11:00 when the entry code changed--resuling in us getting locked out with our last load of my purse and our computers inside the unit. We called the emergency number repeatedly but could not get a response. We ended up having neighbor climb the balcony to get us back in! (Fortunately the sliders were open!). Tara was very apologetic and was open to our suggestions for how to prevent this in the future. We really liked this property and were disappointed with this issue--fortunately the response to our difficulties was appropriate and we plan to stay here again!

This property was just like it was listed. It is easy to find and in a good location to campus, food and some shopping. It is easy to get to the other side of town as well. The apartment is well stocked with the necessities of home that you don’t want to bring with you (coffee and all that goes with it) paper products and the such. The beds are comfortable and we felt right at home relaxing and watching movies. We will definitely be back

We love staying at Heritage Suites for football weekends - easy in and out to game parking, and the kitchen has the essentials for food prep. Super clean and nicely decorated with easy access to unit.

Our apartment for 3 nights, 4 days was the perfect spot to relax away from the event we were attending. We will book it again on our next trip.
Thanks!

This was a nice, quiet place to stay while visiting our son at K-State. The location was also very convenient for visiting campus, going to a football game, etc. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Could be updated! Paint, appliances, pots and pans and more coffee cups, dangerous steps to the to the front entrance to the building.
Was a little dusty. (Allergies to dust)
Otherwise served it's purpose.

With 7 below temperatures we were worried about the little heater keeping up, but it did just fine. While it was cooler in the living area, we kept warm all night in the bedroom.

Super great communication and easy in and out. This was our first time staying at this specific apartment but not our first time at the complex or with Tara. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Manhattan. The apt was ok, but we expected a little better for the price (football weekend). We were pleased with the kitchen, and most of the unit was as-described. We have a few suggestions that would improve the unit for future guests: Outdoor lighting on the bldg numbers - we had a hard time finding the right bldg in the dark, bcuz there are many buildings that all look the same. Living room furniture was not very comfy. Tile in the tub/shower had black spots in the grout which should be cleaned or fixed.

We enjoyed this place. There were no surprises. The instructions and communication was clear. It was nice to have the ceiling fans. Everything we needed was there. Thank you!

Well appointed and nicely furnished. we didnt really cook except boiling water, but even the kitchenware seems new and nice. A.C. a bit loud and you can hear people walking etc, but normal and expected for apartments. would stay again
