Die Lage und die Ausstattung
Keine geräuschreduzierende Fenster, dies kann für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf schwierig sein.

Good location. TV with Netflix
The bed on the first floor is not comfortable. The bathroom is very cold. There are no hooks at the 1st floor room to hang jackets.

Michela was very responsive and promptly answered questions and helped with organizing our transport.
The space was adequate for our family of 2 adults and 2 tween age children. It was nice that the children had their space downstairs and we could relax upstairs. The apartment was clean and had most necessities as advertised. We appreciated the laundry machine/clothes drying rack as one child was sick. The location is good for sightseeing (but Vatican, Colosseum and train station were 25 minutes walk…we took taxis) and very close to Travestere and its restaurants. Good for seeing New Year’s Eve fireworks.
This is an older apartment in an older building. While clean and adequately equipped as advertised, it isn’t a luxury apartment. It is quite basic. The sofa bed has seen better days and was old, creaky and not very clean. The bathroom door doesn’t shut properly, which leaves little privacy and can only be accessed by crossing the room upstairs. The bathroom itself was old and while clean, the shower was narrow and hard to get in and out of. The kitchen is tiny and can’t really be used to cook. I wish there had been a microwave. My biggest complaint was how noisy this apartment is. It is right by a major street and well into the night there are ambulances, people on the bridge playing music, and there was a weird, loud, “canon-like” firing noise from the bridge two to three times every night! We were on the bridge once when it went off and it was very scary! While the location was good for sightseeing, we did take taxis to the Vatican, Colosseum and train station because it was too much to walk there, do sightseeing and walk back. The metro is not close and we didn’t want to bother with the buses. Given the price we paid, I found it expensive for what it offered.

The location was great, the rooms were an excellent size, the AC worked brilliantly. Great decor.
The only thing was that the sofa bed was a little squeaky.

The apartment is very well located. Close to the lots of restaurants, shops and markets. It is nicely decorated!
Our apartment was on the second floor. We had a lot of stars to take our luggage up! It is smaller than we expected. The kitchen is super small and it is located under the stairs that goes up to the second floor. There is only one bathroom and it is located on the second floor, so everybody needs to pass by the upstairs bedroom to use the bathroom. The shower is small and I do not recommend this apartment if you are traveling with small children.

amazing location, very clean
for us was not a problem but at night can be very noise, near the bridge that takes you to Trastevere

Super service, super location and Michela was very helpful. The apartment is located right in the city centre close to the Ponte Sisto, but it proved a very quiet location. We could and did visit all the things we wanted to do and see on foot. Very convenient. Very close to restaurants, trattoria, bars and the highlights of Rome!
We enjoyed the little kitchen and especially the oven, because sometimes we wanted to have a simple meal in the appartment and toasted bread in the morning.
We can highly recommend this accommodation.
Not much to be honest.

Top location, stylish and big apartment. Superb host, very responsive and professional. Coffee machine, Kitchen all was there. Windows and view to the Tiber River.
only thing is that some hangers in the bathroom were not well fixed. Some noise from the night life but no issues since we had a super location.

Simone was very helpful and responsive. We found some minor issues like a burned out light on the stove and he immediately fixed it. We also mentioned hanging our clothes to dry and he immediately bought clothes pins for us.
Everything was in good shape. Closing bathroom door was a little difficult.

Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment.
No dryer available for laundry.
8.3
Location is good. Everything is near to the house.
There is no lift at property and also there were stairs inside the house which were small and uncomfortable. And the property is near the happening street so you will hear the music through out the night.
