The condo was clean and stocked with some basics for cooking (no salt, storage bags/foil/saran wrap). The pictures listed were accurate and provided a great place for our family to gather. Especially loved that the condo connected with the attached unit so we could easily visit family on the other side.

Good appliances but no instructions. Ice maker disconnected. Bedrooms on three level for some privacy. Limited dry foods stocked and nothing in refrigerator.

Wedding Party House
We rented both sides of this duplex for my daughter’s wedding at Arapahoe Basin. The setup of 4/3 adjoining duplexes and the location, directly across from River Run Village in Keystone, proved ideal for the weekend’s festivities of bride and groom party gatherings and post-wedding brunch for our guests. Both sides had classic mountain decor which added to the ambiance of the occasion. It was perfect for the special weekend!

Beautiful home!
The house looked just like the pictures and was beautifully decorated. What wasn't included in the description was how well appointed the kitchen was. It had everything we need plus more! It was like being in my kitchen at home which is unusual for a rental. But it made preparing meals for the our family during the stay stress free.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the Keystone area.

This owner dose it right!
Very well put together townhome and probably the best ever! Well maintained. Well stocked with supplies. One call for maintenance and they came within a couple hours. Two recommendations for owner. 1.Keep driveway ice free. Maybe owner that shares will split cost. Tried salt u had in garage but not much help after ice is already there. 2. Make checkin at townhome with lock box. Current key location was vey icy and difficult to find and park. I don’t usually write reviews but want u to know that I appreciate u putting effort into ur rental! It shows and makes a difference for a lot of people. We stayed in a Pensacola (high dollar) house that the owner was all about money and it degraded the experience for all!

A for Space Indoor Space & C for Outdoor Space
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Keystone. It worked extremely well for our family. Since everyone was working remotely, they were able to settle into various "work" spaces in the condo. The condo is located just across the street from the trails along the river, great for biking, running, and walking, and close to the gondola, which is worth taking to the top of the mountain for a picnic. The outdoor space, as noted by other lodgers, is lacking in appeal. The small deck on the front overlooks the parking lot of a strip mall. While the lot isn't busy, we did not find the deck a relaxing or visually appealing place to hang out. The outdoor space at the back of the condo, by the hot tub, was just a cement slab with a couple of chairs. If you're someone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area and do not care about being able to enjoy outdoor spaces at your lodging, then we highly recommend this condo.

Great getaway, Perfect for families!
We had two families- 8 people in all. We had plenty of room- loved the big dining room table! The beds were all comfortable, except for the bottom bunk, but we put one of the extra "futons" on the bed and that solved the problem! We explored Keystone and Breckenridge and while not a ton was open in Keystone, it just made it that much quieter for our stay! Plenty open in Dillon and Breck though, so no problem for dining in or take out. The condo does share a parking lot with the back of a strip mall but there wasn't any noise and the building is visible from the pictures shown here. Would stay again!

Not what it appears
Pictures don’t let you know you are across the hiway from the mountains. View from our deck was the back end of a strip mall. Was OK but would not stay again

Low stress mountain retreat
Awesome COVID proof getaway! Didn’t know what the summer would look like for travel so booked this condo for what was a nice low stress, hiking filled few days. Very comfortable. Also got to see a black bear walking right down the street one night!

Great Spring Break Escape
The cabin was in a great convenient location. It was so nice to have garage access and the mud room had plenty of space for everyone’s boots and jackets. It fit our two families perfect. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed the private hot tub. Cute cabin decor!

Perfect- clean and spacious!
Could not ask for a more perfect spot for a family ski vacation. Centrally located to Copper Mt. and Keystone. Even though the Ski hills closed our last day...we had quality family time. The condo offered a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of linens and towels.
Comfy “home away from home”!
Only complaint concerned the driveway...snow packed and icy.

Great place . Excellent hot tub !
This was a very nice property. It was perfectly clean with a well equipped kitchen . The 2 car garage made it so convenient to load and unload our gear. . We did walk back from the slopes one time and decided it was too far for those of us in ski boots . Those in our group that were snow boarders didn’t mind the walk . It was a wonderful place for our family to gather in the evenings and play games and relax in the hot tub . Thanks so much for sharing your mountain home with us .

Awesome property, especially if needing space! Very well appointed!
Loved the property! The location has it's positive side, with having a spacious view out the back without any direct homes blocking your view. The downside is, you will not be able to walk to the lifts. Definitely one of my favorite spots we have stayed at in Keystone.

Fit our needs
This property fit our needs nicely. We needed 4 bedrooms and room for 4 cars.
We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting out on the deck.
The only negative: it would have been nice to have more than 1 fan for the bedrooms

Clean, centrally located but not scenic.
Accommodations suited our family.

Nice place for a larger group, decent location
Having a garage was nice, too. Came with spices, coffee filters, etc. that was appreciated so we didn’t have to buy 300 filters or salt/pepper for a few meals. Walk to the slopes was ~300 yards, but doable. Inexpensive rental place right in front, and discounts were provided.

Good value for the money!
Overall this property is a great value. Couple small complaints, but it's worth listing all the good points first as there are many more of those. Nice, open family room/kitchen area which is excellent for large groups (we had 9) hanging out. Big table which we used a lot for dinners and breakfasts and game-playing. Garage is large enough for vehicles and ski & board equipment, and driveway is wide too, plenty of space for SUVs or vans. The private hot tub was KEY! So nice to relax and look at the stars at night and it felt great after a long day on the snow. Hot tub functioned well and was easy to use. Lots of extra towels provided in top floor closet and basement bathroom, and soap/conditioner/lotion provided in every bathroom. Heated floors in two of the three bathrooms is nice- much appreciated. No issues with hot water either, there was plenty. House is in an excellent location: walk to slopes at Keystone (beware the Peru lift closes at 4, if you go for night skiing after that time you'll need to take the shuttle up to the Gondola/main base area). Full grocery store 10 mins. away on Route 6, small grocery for basic items is about a block away, if that. Same with a pizza place, pub-type restaurant and a Subway, all super-close. If you don't want to lug your gear to slopes, take the Red line shuttle, brings you right to main base area at Keystone, which is a very nice village area with all-pedestrian layout. Lots of stores and eateries! Location is prime for trying multiple resorts: we did both A-Basin (incredible views) and Loveland (incredible wind) and enjoyed them both a lot! Even Breck is only about 25 minutes away, although the pass getting there is no joke as far as roads go. Only concerns with the house were relatively small- it seems no one's beds were comfortable except the king in the loft and the double in the bunk-bed room. Heating is inconsistent: stays freezing in the main room in order to not roast the bedrooms (especially basement as the vents blast the beds). The inconveniences were not significant though, and there are enough really good elements to this rental that it's definitely worth the money. Great trip!!

Everything was Perfect!
The townhome had everything you could need. Plenty of room for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was such a plus for everyone. The location is easy to get to the slopes, get skiis and pick up groceries. It was also very quiet, never heard any noise. The hot tub was a huge success after a day of skiing. There is plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc for cooking. There were extra towels and blankets in case you need the pull out bed, which we didn't. Having the garage was also very nice. We will definitely be back.

Great! Quick response and accommodating to a newby like me
I can’t say say enough, this was our first time to keystone. I had so many questions and they covered everything; from what supplies were in the home and offering to repay for things we needed to acquire for a thanksgiving meal ie electric knife etc. to discounted ski adventures. We were on our way out and they called and told us the roads were closed do to a snow storm and extended our stay. When we got home my son realized he left his snow boarding jacket and they had it shipped to us the next day. The townhome was beautiful with a great location and accommodated 7 adults 3 children and one little pup. The hot tub was a huge hit!!
I recommend this with 5 stars
