This roomy home offers beautiful views of rural Kentucky and has a large deck to relax with your family. The property is located one mile from Nancy, KY at the entrance to Pulaski County Park which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach. This home is only minutes (2 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat docks as well as ski boat, pontoon, and jet ski rentals.

The home boasts over 1,250 square feet of space including 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and an eat in kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and includes a private bathroom which includes a shower. Two other bedrooms upstairs offer Queen Size Beds and share the second bathroom with shower. The Living Room includes ample seating for 8, and a 50" HD television. The third 1/2 bathroom is located off of the Living Room. The futon in the living area allows for additional sleeping space if needed. The Eat-In Kitchen seats 8, and has new stainless steel appliances includes seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. Free wireless internet service is available.

This home offers the perfect getaway for 3 couples and kids but is also very accommodating for a romantic couple's getaway. Located next door is a 6 bedroom home and a 7 Bedroom home as well. Bring your own boat or rent one at Lee's Ford Marina. Launch at Lee's Ford Marina (two miles away) or Pulaski County Park's public ramp for free, with boat and trailer parking which is 1/2 mile away from this home.

Note: Tenant will be responsible for an additional electric fee if they connect an RV/Camper to the electrical service at the vacation property. Additional electric fee will be an extra $30 per day for the length of the reservation.

This is the perfect vacation home near Lake Cumberland. The home is in a great location, well decorated, and fully equipped. Anytime I visit Lake Cumberland I will be staying at this property.

House was perfect location, close to Lees Ford and every resturant and store you can think of 10 minutes away. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen and bathrooms. Even had dish soap and laundry soap, which we brought our own.

This was our 31st Anniversary getaway and we chose to take the boat and go to Lake Cumberland! This property fit our needs perfectly and we will be back. The only thing we would recommend is that the sliding deck door needs a blind to help with privacy as there were people on the lot behind us and that was a little concerning being wide open into the living area!!

Perfect home for our family trip. We had 7 adults with us. We loved the location! So close to the marina! The house was just as advertised. Everything was very clean and plenty of towels were available. After a long day on the lake, we all cozied in in the living room for a movie.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean. Mattresses were very comfy! It had everything we needed to cook meals after the lake. It is only 2 Miles from Lees Ford marina, as stated in description, which was perfect .

We enjoyed our stay! The place was extremely clean and the location was great. The open concept living space allowed everyone to hangout together even while cooking, eating, and packing for the lake. One thing not mentioned in the description is about a mile away is Haney’s apple orchard with a delicious bakery. Wish there was a fire pit to enjoy of the evenings after laking all day otherwise the perfect home away from home.

This house was very nice and clean. It’s only a mile to Pulaski Park that has a boat ramp for free and lots of trailer parking. The first night the refrigerator was not working properly and the owner came out first thing to fix it. When we returned from our day of boating he had replace the refrigerator and everything was cold and not lost. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Nancy.

We came to Nancy for a collegiate mountain bike race. The house was lovely. New, very clean, very well stocked. One of my riders loved it so much I thought he was going to move in. The trails close by are so much fun and I’m sure the lake is fantastic although we didn’t go out on the water. Very close and perfect if you want to take advantage of the park but don’t want to camp.

We loved this house! It was one of three houses we rented for a long weekend for a family reunion. All three houses were perfect for our needs. We had four boats w/trailers which were easily stored on the property while our boats were in the slips. So convenient and close to Lee's Ford Marina. We are definitely renting the 3 houses again next year!

The house was in a great location (a straight shot to Lee’s Ford Marina, only 2 miles away) and it was nearby other rental properties so we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy for local neighbors. The house was well stocked and the open format made it comfortable for our group. The owner, property manager and local care takers were so incredibly helpful that we felt right at home. The level of customer service we experienced was beyond my expectations. The house was very clean and everything worked as expected. I will definitely rent from ECBC again!

Had nice stay here . One of our boating partners has had back surgery and could'nt go out on the boat and he was very happy to stay there all day . Very hot last week but air c. worked very well ! Nice place to rest and visit at the end of the day . Would like to stay there again if we come back to this area .

Very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and a short drive to Lee's Ford Marina. We had 6 adults and a small child, and we all fit comfortably. The owners were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

I want to say that the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were suppose to be going to South Carolina for a family wedding and a little relaxation. Hurricane Matthew decided we wouldn't be doing that. We still wanted to go somewhere that would take us in the direction of South Carolina in case things would change. We found this lovely rental, booked it and then called the owner to make sure when we arrived it would be available. He made sure that we got the information we needed to get into the rental. The morning that we arrived shortly after they brought the bedding we needed for the futon. I would recommend this place very highly. There was one thing that we needed and didn't have any was cookie sheets. Other than that we were very pleased.
