NOW with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths! Dog-friendly home approximately 1/2 a block from the ocean, with lots of updates! As of May 2020: Brand new kitchen, 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, and new flooring through most of home. Having a beach access point conveniently located across the street, this home is sure to please. Both you and your dog will love enjoying the Charleston sun from the comfort of the sundeck with a retractable in awning and the large fenced in yard. Additional features of this property include a three car garage, no carpeting, gas grill, and Wi-Fi.

Distance to and paved public beach access was great! Very clean with updated amenities and plenty of room for everyone. All the available family games were a nice surprise! Was disappointed that the partial view shown in the Island Realty listing was now blocked by neighboring foliage - that view was a big factor in decision to rent this location. Would definitely recommend this property for families - kid and pet friendly!

Under a 5 minute walk to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas in the garage.The only slight gripe was slow WIFI, but given that we were on vacation it wasn't an issue at all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first dog friendly cottage rental and it was spotless. It had a large fenced in yard for the dog and access from the yard to a fenced in area within the 3 car garage where pets could get inside if needed. The location was a really short walk to the beach access. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and was easy to keep up. We hope to return soon.

Big, fenced in yard; gated front porch.Walk out the front door down to the corner and two houses to the right and you are at the path to the (very nice) beach. Very quick response from management company in response to my call about a problem with the garage keypad. The decor could most definitely use updating; the interior felt a little like grandma's house.

I really liked the kitchen and that it was very well equipped.Only item I would change is that the gate be designed to not let little dogs out. Ours got out several times during the stay. Everything you need is here you is close to the beach with great areas to walk. There was new construction on both sides which knew in advance and should be ending soon. The only real complaint was the couches are a little worn.

Reviewer Comments: Lives large and great interior layout right across the street from beach access The remodeled kitchen is wonderfully stocked and very good for cooking meals for 8. 3 car garage was great for securing a small boat and an extra car but heads up the drive is a challenge and there was construction on each side of the home - luckily inactive the week we were there but with pandemic supply chain issues neither are expected to be finished before next year.
