The breathtaking views from the hotel
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The room boasted a fresh and modern renovation
The bathroom layout proved to be quite problematic, as each time I took a shower, not only the entire bathroom but also the hallway ended up flooded with water.
The all-inclusive dining experience was a bit of a letdown. Most of the food was bland and unappetizing
The nearest beach ,Ligaria Beach, was a considerable 600 meters away, involving a descent down a road. The return journey under the scorching sun could be exhausting. Moreover, the entrance to the sea was filled with slippery stones and an abrupt drop, making it unsuitable for families with children

Beautiful view of the beach from our bedroom. The staff is really friendly and helpful for everything you need. We came with our little baby and they give us the perfect bedroom for the 3 of us and a little bed was installed. BIG BIG THANK YOU TO IRENE for her kindness and the way she treat us. She is a real sunshine who definitely knows the meaning of hospitality! We will comeback for sure :)

Good location. Good view from the room. Cleaning of the room is good.
Terrible taste of water. Food is ok, but every day is the same food. No free WiFi in the room.

The view was amazing, I was supposed to have a room with garden view and I got an incredible sea view instead, the room was big enough. I really liked the coctail selection as a part of all inclusive in the evening. The food was really tasty as well.
The staff wasn’t that friendly. My room was cleaned only ONCE during the 6 nights stay - I really don’t get it in a hotel like this. The plates and glasses were dirty sometimes.

Our stay at Panorama was great. We got a room upgrade as we were on a honeymoon. View was amazing. Good food and plenty of choices for everyone. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially lovely Irene. Hotel has a large parking. Pools were not too crowded. Will stay again.

The location is amazing, we got a nice room with sea view, very spacious and a balcony. We had all included and the variety of the menu and drinks was fantastic, everything tasty and fresh. The hotel offers a free bus to go Agia Pelagia beach which is a plus.
Since the moment we arrived, Irene at the reception made us feel at home with a warm welcome and she was always willing to help us with everything we needed. A special thanks to her!.
Additionally, during the evening, in the terrace there was a nice atmosphere with games, music and even dancing. The DJ made us happy by playing music from our country.

Accomodating staff, great view, clean room.
Beach path was sloped and it was rough coming back, food was varied but a bit lackluster when it came to mains.

The variety of the food was very good. I do feel however this led to some dishes being unsuccessful. I would have preferred less choice and more quality. The hotel should have served more authentic Cretan dishes. Overall very good.
As above.

Breakfast was brilliant.
The view was superb - and they are defo not exaggerating about the panorama.
The free bus to the village several times a day is an added bonus.
Staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful
And the cleanliness is second to none!
Pool lifeguard always on duty when pool open
Beach bar.
The veggie options at lunch and dinner were not great -and should be better labelled (unexpected meat meat in a lot of things).
Pools were advertised as freshwater - but ARE chlorinated.

Good variety of vegetarian food, and meat options for my partner. Lovely pool area and spacious rooms. Beautiful panoramic views and close to the beach. All staff were very friendly and free shuttle bus available that goes down to the village.
Drink options could be better ie. No fresh juices included in all inclusive, also coffees were only available in the morning as machines were then turned off in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing.

Amazing! Irene and Georgios made our stay a joy! The Maisonette came with a pool that gave my three kids and I a lot of privacy. Our vacation was made very special thanks to the exceptional staff, very good and diverse food, clean facilities, and most importantly, a safe environment. Many thanks from the three musketeers A, V, and L ❤️
