Upon entering Unit 4A at Park Meadows, you'll be greeted by the warmth and appeal of its elegant brushed oak vinyl flooring. Not only does it lend a touch of rustic sophistication to the space, but it's also incredibly practical for easy cleanup after a day of outdoor adventures, where snow and elements are often part of the equation. The living area provides a snug haven, complete with luxurious suede sofa sleeper and 32-inch flat-screen TV, all harmoniously creating an inviting cabin-chic ambiance.

The bedroom, with Queen size bed, offers a tranquil space with its white-washed wooden plank walls and ample storage. A spacious closet, generously equipped with abundant shelving, along with a dedicated vanity area featuring drawer storage, guarantee the tidy and orderly storage of all your belongings. And the bathroom, while modest, is perfectly functional and includes a shower/tub combination. It provides everything you need to freshen up and prepare for your next mountain adventure.
Beyond your cozy unit, the Park Meadows complex offers a chalet-style lobby with an immense, open 360-degree gas fireplace. Surrounded by ample seating, this inviting space is perfect for socializing or simply unwinding. Engage in some friendly competition (whether it's billiards, ping pong or foosball) at one of the communal game tables, situated throughout this multilevel lodge. And, after a thrilling day on the slopes, soothe your tired muscles in one of the two large outdoor on-site hot tubs, where you can soak in the fresh mountain air.
Coin-operated laundry facilities, an industrial ice machine, community gas grill and outdoor picnic table are all also at your disposal throughout the Park Meadows complex. And if you've brought work on vacation, you are sure to appreciate the community office area (above the lobby) and complex-wide complimentary, high speed WiFi. My son and I came in for a 3 day weekend of skiing. This condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was very convenient to the slopes. While the kitchen was small, it easily met our needs. The hot tubs are excellent as well.
It was a bit of a challenge to find the Snowflake Lift on the first day, so I'll share what I learned. Walk out of the property and take a left on the road (up the hill). That will dead end after a few hundred yards into the Four O'clock ski run. Walk across the run and up the hill you see on your right. When you get to the walking bridge, you will see the snowflake lift (and ticket office) across the street. Also, there is a Charter Sports there which is a great place to rent equipment from. They held all of our ski gear each night which makes the walk a breeze. It took us about 5 minutes to walk it. If you rent from Charter, be sure to book in advance online. It's quite a bit cheaper that way.

Good spot for a quick weekend trip.

Just stayed overnight during Oktoberfest. Greatest location and the unit was clean. Owner provided everything we needed. But…the walls are so thin, we heard EVERYTHING our neighbors ours did. Seriously, I could hear every part of their (drunken) conversations. Same with the people upstairs, who were incredibly loud. Door slamming all night long.

They were very quick to respond to any questions we had! Nice location with a short walk to the shuttle and the village.

This was our 2nd time staying here this ski season and would love to come back again next winter! Very appreciative of the 10% off for being a returning guest! Loved the hot tubs, definitely a must after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. The only complaint I have was a few of the outlets in the living room (under table, and next to door) didn’t work. There was also no remote for the DVD player built into the TV. Other than that it was a great place! Kept up with and very family friendly

Last minute trip for spring break. We had several questions/changes to maximize our time in Breck and the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful! This unit is outdated and a few things could use some repair but overall the value was what I expected for the price and I would definitely return. Awesome location, 2 blocks to ski, 2 blocks to town. Extension cords and a few other thoughtful items were a nice touch (I always bring my own so it was a nice surprise to find adequate accommodations such as this to work around an older unit).
4.7
The listing emphasised that this property is small, and it is! But it is still plenty big enough for a couple and very week equipped. One drawback is the noise that comes through from upstairs. But after a full days skiing we were tired enough to sleep through anything!

I enjoyed the efficiency and diligence given by management

Perfect Location! Worked out perfect for only me and my son. It's pretty small but you are only there to sleep.

This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to main street, ski in right to your door!!!!Place had everything we needed. Hot tub was amazing. Overall amazing place especially for this price! Definitely recommend to stay here!

Tiny and cozy - everything had it's place. LOVED the lodge - hot tubs, pool tables, foozeball, ping pong, and more. Walkable to town. Maybe a little much with the communication - I feel like I was in three different apps for different things. But overall, a great experience!

We just needed a place to stay overnight. Property is close enough to main to walk but you feel out of the way. Nice little creek out back. Our checkin code sent by text didn’t work but host was quick to resolve issue. Would recommend!

Reviewer Comments:
I was frustrated by the lack of information on how to work the heat, the stovetop, and the fancy microwave. I was frustrated with no plug-in in the bathroom, making drying hair a trick - plugging in in the kitchen area and trying to use the bathroom mirror. I fully unable to use the hide-a-bed, since after many attempts, angle pulls, and dragging the sofa all over, I couldn't get it to pull out. The emergency light that is on all night was a bit annoying, even though I had an eye mask - since I was the one who had to sleep on the sofa - moving the two children into the bedroom rather than using the hide-a-bed. The kids were very disappointed that Disney was not an option on the t.v. The advertised hot tubs, were not available. Overall, it was very frustrating. I will say the water pressure was good as was the showerhead... which was very low on the wall. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and eating utensils . It was convenient having a first floor corner unit. It would be helpful, since there is no one to call after 5:00 and you wouldn't let me check-in before 4:00, to have instructions on how to use everything. That would have cut down on the frustration.

We stayed here in the summer and loved getting to walk along the creek just outside of the lodge and being able to walk right to downtown. We think it would be a great place in the winter too being right next to 4 o’clock. The room felt homey with the full kitchen space and we really liked the lodges common space as well.

Great Spot near Peak 8
Great space for you and a friend or two to ski at Breckenridge. Room was nice. Walking distance to a chairlift. Depending on snow conditions, you can ski all the way back to the room.

Place is affordable and has everything you need. As other have said the walls are thin but they provide ear plugs for you. The location is great and within walking distance to just about everything.

One drawback
The bed would’ve been acceptable if we’d put the mattress on the floor. Every slight movement by one was felt by the other.

Best the money can get you!
This is a nice little place definitely enough for my fiance and I and at the cheapest price you can find but also has everything you need. Extremely close to main street and all the bars, shopping and restaraunts. Highly recommend to anyone that's not looking to get killed with big resort prices but want to be in on all the action!
4.7
Quick stay
The location is close to the center of town. We stayed before ski season so to speak but we also aren’t skiers. This location has a lot to offer to skiers including spaces to store their equipment etc. I would stay here again property was clean and tidy.

Quick weekend trip
Wife and I took a quick weekend trip to the mountains, and this was a great place to stay for just that. Nothing over the top, but it's as advertised and convenient to everything from the shuttle to a short walk to Main St. Would stay there again if we traveled if it was just us two or we brought our young son (4).
