Stunning room, amazing food and very welcoming polite staff

I loved dinner in the fire pit restaurant and breakfast was good in the Korean cow girl restaurant. The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, the best part of our stay. Beds were so comfortable!!

I enjoyed everything however I would say, the spa is a let down for how amazing the rooms are. I feel as if the cave should invest more in the spa side of the hotel, upgrade the spa and offer treatments

Overpriced and underwhelming experience, would not return, nor recommend.

Modern Decor, nice grounds and clean/ comfy rooms. Good restaurant choice/ availability and Food extremely high quality. Helpful Reception on arrival.

Pool Facilities not as described online, underwhelming and much smaller than expected. Only 4 loungers available poolside and with no maximum occupancy, many guests having to share loungers or not being able to sit poolside at all. Heated pool/ therapy pool was not 33-36 degrees, much colder. 12-person jacuzzi has signs noting it was maximum of 4-people only. Generally untidy & unclean, used plasters found next to windows, empty plastic cups laying around the pool area, not cleared away. Tables beside loungers sticky with spilt drinks. Firepit Restaurant table booking was not ready on arrival, seated downstairs in Korean Cowgirl Lounge for 20-minutes waiting for table to come free. Once seated, extremely slow service, had to ask when dishes would be served and had to ask to pay once received the bill. Poor quality and overpriced drinks.

Nothing bad to say, I think a better choice in music would make a big difference, heard a lot of old pop, some modern rnb and modern country would go well as a lot of 20-30 year olds stay

Great!

Our stay was amazing ! The beds were so comfy and we had an excellent sleep, pool area was really spacious and we ordered drinks to the pool while we were sat, we also ordered room service which came really quickly and overall staff and facilities were really nice.

Bathroom was slightly small considering the price point but had all amenities. Coffee machine wasn’t working so we had to order coffee which came at a price , also there was only 4 loungers around the pool so we didn’t have one to ourselves.

Every last detail was thought about! Everything was so clean and all the staff were so friendly. We loved the added touch of pool side service in the spa!

i loved that you could spend your £150 pounds deposit while in the cave hotel and whatever you don’t spend you get back. also reception are always quick at answering the phone for example if you wanted food or inquires. the pool opening & closing times were amazing. staff was so lovely. overall i would recommend the cave hotel to all friends and family. as there wasn’t a single thing that disappointed me whilst i stayed.

i booked the fire pit resturant & im a very picky eater. but i managed to find 2 things on the menu that i liked. overall it’s a lovely recent.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Breakfast was best I’d ever had, got room service at no extra fee. Polite staff and pool was great, could even order drinks to pool.

I booked a junior suite, the condition of the room were poor. Room 217, stained and damaged carpet. Water stains on the wall, repair completed on the was poor. Dead insects on the ceiling, overall standards of the room were very poor!!

lovely and defo recommend for couples

everything was amazing

The only bad comment I have to say was thatwe waited ages for a drinks menu in the cow girl restaurant, when we did eventually order our food it took a very long time and they bought my main dish and took another 5-10 minutes to get my partners main out so I was basically finished by this time… we were given a free cocktail each for this but it was still a little disappointing.

Nice quiet and comfy night but cleanliness needs to be improved.

Got to be up there with the comfiest of beds I’ve ever laid on. Very quiet and good facilities. Perfect for couples.

Stains on the carpet and the walls, not really want you expect for a room with this price.

Spa was too small, not enough seats or places to hang your towel. no water available in spa area and none was brought after asking twice. IPad to order drinks on was broken.
