With parking at a premium in this ideal location, we offer 3 off street parking spaces (one in the garage and two behind the garage). Once you arrive, all you need to do is just park your car(s) and enjoy the benefits that the city has to offer… you will not need your car until you are ready to leave. Located within close walking distance to all the BEST that Ocean City has to offer, you can easily walk to the Boardwalk, Music Pier, Beach, Downtown, Miniature Golf, Restaurants, Amusements, Entertainment, Playgrounds, Arcades, Basketball/Tennis Courts, Water Slide, just to name a few, whenever the mood suits you and your family even if it’s just for dessert after dinner.

With 2800 square feet of living space, it’s the ideal home for family vacations and get-togethers.

This one of a kind property has no steps on the main level of the interior of the home making it perfect for small children and the elderly who want to come and relax down at the shore. Coupled with a large front porch where everyone can enjoy the scenes of the city and the ocean breezes we also offer a spacious deck off the master bedroom where you can relish in a well-deserved haven. Moreover, there is a private entrance and direct access from the garage level that includes a large storage area for your bikes and/or beach gear, that leads to the bonus room that includes a full size bath room, plus an outside shower for your convenience that provides for a quick and easy clean up after the beach. Our home is smoke/pet free and cleaned to perfection.

To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The first payment includes 50% of both weekly rental rate and 50% of the deposit ($500 security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 business days of your checkout). The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

To reserve your week we will need the following information in order to email you a short term rental agreement:
* Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
* Home address
* Home & Cell phone #'s
* List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house

NO Senior Week Groups. Our home is Smoke Free and we don’t allow pets. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern home that's only a 2 block walk to the infamous OC Boardwalk or the quaint downtown neighborhood (either direction....cars not needed for this location!). The unit is handicap friendly with no steps inside the unit...however, there are approximately 15 steps up the front porch or down to the garage from inside the house...We provide pillows and blankets only. Please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets.
