If you are planning a trip to the Royal Gorge/Canon City, this is the ideal place to stay. It is a very large home, so there is plenty of space for everyone. It is close to everything! I don't think we travelled longer than 15 minutes to reach all our excursions. It is close to trails, rafting, restaurants, and the Royal Gorge. The house was very clean and bright. I appreciated the closet of extra towels and the washer/dryer especially after a day of rafting. You cannot go wrong renting this house!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The space is perfect for large families or a group. We had 2 families, total of 8 ( big teenage boys!) The place was very clean, stocked with a few pantry items, plenty of towels and good bedding. The kitchen cooking supplies could use some improvement but overall well stocked. Don’t let the location fool you. The house sets off the hwy and near a business. It’s a great location, that feels private but close to town and a short drive to all outdoor Royal Gorge activities, such as water rafting, zip lines, and the bridge. Loved the easy access to the Skyline hiking trail. We enjoyed the Main Street area for dining and shopping. Note that the front entrance is located up steep stairs, however you can enter from basement. The owner was quick to respond to our questions.

This property was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in. It has so much extra room for everyone to have their own space. Believe me, when you have a big family vacation sometimes you need to get away and some space to yourself. Property owners were super nice and accommodating and quick to respond to text messages. I would definitely use them again on our next trip. The view was absolutely gorgeous and it was nice not having neighbors. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in Colorado.

This property is great! It’s located right in front of a mountain, close to town and the Royal Gorge. We spotted a dear within our first few minutes there. Plenty of room and tons of natural light. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed this last week. Communication with Taylor was so easy and she was quick to respond to anything. The house was beautiful and in a great central location to all the things we wanted to see and do. We loved going up on Skyline Ridge every night to watch the sunset. We had such a great week and won’t soon forget the memories we made.

We enjoyed our stay in your home. We had room for a family of 9 which included 3 teenagers. The only problem we encountered was with the dishwasher, which didn't always start even though we heard it filling with water. We would rent the house again if we are in Canon City.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Canyon City and our family’s trip on the Santa Express. We have 5 kids and the place was great to spread out and still allow my husband and I to relax in the evenings. Lots of towels and sheets available and it was great having laundry access all weekend. There were extra chairs for us to use around the table and the kitchen had all cooking supplies we needed. We did need to bring our own pack n play and booster high chair for the baby, so just note that if you have a little one. The owner was also super responsive to questions and help during our stay. We will certainly stay again for future visits to the area.
