Great condo, older but all updated very nice. The owner Pam is awesome! She has so many things provided that saved us purchasing or renting. Location was my favorite. Walking distance to all we needed. I will definitely come back here again.

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Our first ever fly-away family vacation was cancelled due to the pandemic in 2020 and Hawaii 2023 was our next chance to get away from the chilly Canadian winter/spring. While it is not waterfront per se, accessing the beautiful sandy beach could not be quicker or easier. The condo also has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you could need during your stay. It sleeps 5 comfortably and my 26yr old daughter says the the sofa bed was more comfortable than the hotel mattress she is now sleeping on in Oahu. That says a lot! We arrived early and reached out to Pam about finding a space to lock up our luggage while we awaited our check in time and she responded to our message immediately. She has always been very responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. Having now experienced both Maui and Oahu, I can honestly say I prefer the laid back feel of Maui and would rent this property again in a heartbeat. 10/10

Ease of rental and access to property was perfect. Condo has been updated with comfortable and well appointed main living area and kitchen. View of the water and lovely Maui sunsets. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Only downside-all linens need to be replaced. Otherwise, a great property for 2 couples.

The unit came with everything you need for sure. However, the AC is controlled by timers and set at one temperature. I need to sleep in 70-74 degrees. I woke up sweating because the timer either went off in the night and even then it was to warm to really enjoy for us. The place is extremely nice.

Very nice place. Great location, walking distance to beach. Nice pool and barbecue area. The Condo had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities like spices for cooking. 2 rooms and a great pull out sofa and 2 washrooms. Lots of space for our family of 4.

Property was updated, clean, air conditioned. Across the street and very short walk to a very nice beach. Partial ocean view from balcony but may be obstructed by new construction on adjacent lot in the future. I would rent again in the future. Thanks.

The house was really nice and it had everything that we needed. When I say everything I mean everything sunblock, after sun, hairspray, laundry soap, to name a few. Thank you Pamela!!! I would definitely recommend it!

The condo looks just as pictured, very clean, updated, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would definitely consider staying again! Kehei is a great area for families; lots to see and do. Shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach across the street.

It was pretty great. Communication with Pam was easy and fast. The apartment was clean and I have a natural rock shower at home, so that was nice for us. The only downside? Parking issues. I got two, but on one occasion I was unable to park in either spot and got several people telling me to correct the problem; as if i could. It was the only real annoyance. Honestly, I would recommend this property without hesitation!

My husband and I have stayed at a few places in Maui and this is by far our favourite. The suite is well taken care of, the decor keeps you in the holiday mood and the layout is really smart with lots of space to keep clothes, prepare food etc. The location is ideal - close to the beach and within a few blocks of food and shopping. I highly recommend this place :)

The property was very convenient, and we could walk to many places. The pool was not as big as we thought, and it would have been nice had there been an allotted time for children--couldn't do much without getting splashed. We used the grills, and they were wonderful. Our unit was well equipped with kitchen items, and we didn't need one thing. Mahalo

We had a fantastic stay! We were welcomed with Hawaiian music playing when we arrived, the place was in the perfect location! Close to shops & restaurants, and not even a 5 minute walk to the beach! It was so nice to be able to have a relaxing vacation and not have to worry about the accommodations! Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place, kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast/lunch/dinner, all we had to do was get our own grocery. There were plenty of towels, hand sanitizer, beach chairs/accessories, laundry soap. Mattress in the master bedroom is sagging and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Other then that, we had a good time staying at this property.

Enjoyed our stay in A 404. The room felt like our home away from home. Everything you need from beach toys, detergent, great ac for when hot, and a 5 minute walk to a beach from the movies. The only recommend would be on the beds, they could use a refresh. I would def stay again and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. Mahalo and Aloha

We went with couple friends. This was our fourth Maui trip together. We stay on a different part of the island each time. The condo was conveniently located with beach access a block away, lots of restaurants within walking distance and beautiful beaches of South Maui within quick driving distance. Both the owner and manager were wonderful and responded quickly. Pamela accommodated my allergy to fragrances beautifully. I've had previous owners tell me they could accommodate my needs, but did not, essentially ruining my vacation. Pamela went to extra effort to ensure my safe and pleasant stay! The condo was nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped, though a bit small for our party of 4. We like to cook some meals in and found the kitchen well-equipped and stocked with essentials. The separate AC units were great, but too cold for us and not temperature adjustable. They are on 6 hour timers, so we had to get up in the middle of the night to re-set them. 8 hour timers would be better. We would gladly rent from this owner again!

We’re greated by the owner at 11:30 at night to make sure we found our suite and parking. Comfortable room. All amenities. Boogie boards, beach umbrella and chairs: AC in all rooms. Quiet. Very nicely renovated for an older building. Nice pool and hot tub with bbqs. Could use new mattress and couches but otherwise great.
