JHRL took care of us when there was an issue with the condo. Also shout out to the condo owner for being understanding and working with us last minute on issues we believed we're serious. Nicole and Michael, from JHRL did the right thing and worked with empathy, creative problem solving and integrity. Would rent form them again!

Location was excellent! Everything was clean and was a great fit for our family. Had a minor issue with the microwave but the property management company was super timely and responsive in addressing our needs.

The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the needed appliances and cook ware needed. The fans were great to have. There was not one thing we needed that was not provided for us. The condo helped to make this vacation a wonderful experience.

Great location, great condo.
This was the perfect location for my family to stay in the Grand Teton area. The proximity to the pool, Jackson, the Tetons can’t be beat. Also, this was an incredibly clean and well stocked condo. It felt like home! I would definitely rent it again.

Amazing location!
The location of this property is spot on. Close to Teton Village but far enough away to not hear the noise. The shuttle was right on time every day even during the snow storm. I would highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here. All the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. It was easy to make reservations for the hot tub and the people working the desk went out of their way to let us know if anyone canceled their reservations so we could enjoy the hot tub many times. They also had warm towels waiting for us. One of our favorite parts was how close we were to the chair lift and we got to snowboard down the streets straight into our condo because there was so much snow. That was something I had always to do. The bus was always there to take us into town and they were very friendly. If I had to give a "can" it would be that there isn't a grocery store close by so make sure you stock up on your way from the airport to the condo in Jackson. Our shite driver was happy to stop for us sonwe didn't have a issue. I hope to come back and would love to stay innthe same place. Jackson Hole Resort Lodging was incredibly nice and professional. Thank you for helping us have a memorable weekend.

This property is a dated late 80,s early 90,s property. The decor is old. views are of parking lots
Bedrooms face parking lots. Woke up at night from cars and electric door locks going off. Not a mountain experience.

very nice, convenient
Great condo. Quiet.

Decent, nicely finished condo with some architectural drawbacks
The condo has nice finishes and is nicely furnished and equipped. But, the bathrooms are extremely small. Nonetheless, they would be fine except for the fact that they are very awkward to use because there are two doors - one that opens inward to the bathroom from the bedroom, and then a second door that opens between the sink area and the toilet and tub area. They are literally hard to use because you are always working your way around a door. The master bedroom with the king bed is in the smaller bedroom with the smaller bathroom which seems odd. Finally, we were there in cool weather but a number of the windows are fixed panes and cannot be opened. In the summer, given there is no A/C, these windows that cannot be opened would really limit the cross-ventilation.
