The unit opens to rolling green lawns and the greenbelt walkway to the beach. Well maintained with an updated kitchen, tile floors, beautiful lanai located at the magnificent Poipu Kai resort.

Visitors, you dont need to worry about renting gear on the island. This unit has beach equipment in a collapsable beach wagon that you can take to some of the most pristine locations on the island . Sleeps up to 4 people.

Just stayed here and overall it was a great stay! Check in was SUPER easy and loved the info that was left about the condo and the area. Had a little maintenance hiccup that was handled RIGHT away and the gentleman they sent was AWESOME. Not just because he was knowledgeable but he was super personable and kind. The location was FABULOUS and the amenities were equally great. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. It had a “Hollywood clean”. The closer I looked, I noticed it wasn’t as clean as you would think. The floors had old spills that weren’t cleaned well and still a feeling of grit/sand in some spots, major dust and junk under the beds (saw bc my kid lost a shirt), and the tubs weren’t very clean either. I will give it to the property manager, she was willing to send someone out and do an extra clean but we didn’t stay much in the condo and it wasn’t gross dirty but could use a deep clean here and there to help. The bedding and towels were fresh though and my husband raved about the primary bed. We slept VERY well and it was super comfy. The AC’s were very helpful but adding one in the 2nd bedroom would have been handy as my kids didn’t feel safe sleeping with the windows open BUUUT the area felt VERY safe and secure. All in all, this was a great place, great location and we were happy to have stayed here!

We were able to stay at this great location just a few hundred yards from the beach. Easy check in and property was in great condition. If your looking for great place to stay that won’t bust the budget- look here!

The condo was really nice and clean when we arrived . easy to check in just put in the code provided in email prior to arriving. The condo was updated and had plenty of items in the kitchen to do any kind of cooking that you might want to do. They also had a large variety of extras like surf boards, beach chairs, wagon to help get things to the beach as it is a short 3 to 5 minute walk. Coolers for taking drinks to the beach. The location in the complex is really nice really close to the main pool which is the one we used ,also had an ocean view and close to a bbq which we used. Nice sports bar on site with a great happy hour. Over all I would recommend this condo and I will more than likely be coming back

Great trip. Lovely, well stocked kitchen and great room. Master bed comfortable. Master closet had chips in it that could stand touch up paint. Master closet needs W-D 40 as it sounds like a Halloween song. Master bath vanity left hand drawer and cabinet door don’t close completely. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Walk to dining and beaches. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend. Need to know there are 2 steps down from foyer to great room.

Reserved in March 2023 for stay in December 2023. While I was in line to pick up my rental car AT THE LIHUE AIRPORT(!!?!), I received a call from a Poipu 365 person, telling me my condo wasn’t “ready”, but it would be on Thursday (this was on Monday before Christmas). She stated they were working on the lanai and it wouldn’t be done “for a few days”. The condo they offered was not close to equivalent: 2 queen beds instead of a king and twins (for my husband and I and 2 sons, both over 6 ft tall). No ocean view, not as close to amenities (Brenneke’s beach, Kalapaki Joes, the nice pool, etc.) The back “deck” felt overgrown with vegetation and was strung with cobwebs, the freezer door appeared covered in orange stains of some kind, pocket doors to the toilets were “stuck” and difficult to close. I spoke to the property agent who arranged to “clean” Kahala 312 that night (our original condo) but we weren’t able to use the lanai until the day before we departed. This was > $6000 for 6 nights (after taxes, fees, etc.) I asked for some refund and was told I would get a “15% discount”. I have received no refund, and they returned the cleaning deposit to my husband’s VISA card (which had been used a few years ago), not my card which was the one used in the transaction. We love Poipu and have stayed at many condos in Kahala, Regency and Manualoha at the Poipu Kai complex. We will not likely book with Poipu 365 again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation was amazing Property is in a prefect location.... But, the unit needs some serious TLC. Needs to be updatedNo A/C, except for a portable unit. Afternoon sun makes the living area very hot. Excellent customer service from the property management!!!!!
