We enjoyed our stay so much. The cottage was sparkling clean and comfy with everything you'd need. Location is beautiful with plenty to see nearby... The hosts are lovely and even took us a camping light when the power went out unexpectedly! Definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

This studio accommodation is perfect for a couple. It's furnished nicely, the bed is comfy and the linen and towels provided were of high quality. It's in a quiet location but still within walking distance of a couple of good cafe's. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic beach cottage, short beach trail right opposite the beach. Lovely welcoming owners. Cottage had everything we needed. Great cafe up the road for meals/drinks. So relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of town but only a quick 10min drive into the main strip of Margaret River. Highly recommend, we will be back 😊

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, it was as lovely as the first. Well appointed, with absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. The location is perfect, close to the beach and everything we needed. We will certainly stay again next time.

Very clean, neat & well-appointed studio. Short walk to beautiful coast & nearby cafés. Beautiful cycle route through forest to Margaret River town with its eclectic shops & eateries. Short drive to numerous wineries. Definitely recommend & will stay again. 😁

My recent stay at the Stayz studio in Prevelly was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a hidden gem that would provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle offering a quiet place to work. First and foremost, thank you to Pip & Mark. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this studio certainly delivered. It was spotless! The attention to detail was evident, and every nook and cranny was immaculate. With its tasteful décor, the interior is a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and coastal charm. The soothing color palette and furnishings created a serene and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features of this studio was the incredible tranquility it offered, especially at night. With the waves crashing gently in the background, there was an almost meditative quality to the silence. It was a rare and welcome respite and I found myself falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, and it was nothing short of magical. The location itself couldn't have been better. Being just steps away from the beach meant that I could easily take leisurely strolls along the shore, soak in the sunsets, or simply relax by the water. It felt like a true coastal retreat. In summary, my stay at the Stayz studio by the beach was an absolute delight. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and offered a level of serenity that's hard to come by. It truly felt like a "control, alt, delete" for the soul. :-)

A very lucky find. Stayed for 3 nights. Beautifully presented accommodation, spotlessly clean. Everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Great position overlooking the sea. Two great cafes close by. The property is very clean and tidy. Just perfect for a couple. The beach is a short walk through the dunes. The ocean is beautiful and refreshing. A short walk to the local pub where the staff are friendly with nice food and a million dollar view. My favourite place to wind down and recharge the batteries.

We stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and quite . The studio does have a small kitchenette for cooking and we did stop at Coles to purchase evening meals. Located only a 8 minute drive from the Margaret River town centre. Wineries, breweries , olive oil farm and Lake Cave was only a short drive.

Great studio, very clean, big shower, clean bed, comfy couch. Location is great, just across from the beach and 10 minute drive to Margaret River township. Only thing was some small ants in the bathroom but not really an issue.
