House, property, location between Zion and Bryce along with mountain scenery were amazing!!!

Cozy cabin with space for a family. Well stocked and clean. Property provides some privacy and seclusion. Property manager very easy to communicate with

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property had plenty of room for our family and was very close to Zion and Bryce. We also made the trip down to Grand Canyon. The air conditioning had and issue and the property was prompt to fix even in a weekend. Great communication with owner. Would recommend staying here and hope to stay again someday.

Great location to both parks. Very quite home with so much room for everybody. We spent days in the parks and afternoons and evenings on the deck(s). House was well equipped for everybody and so down to earth. Loved our stay and would go back next time. Host was so accommodating and very responsive.

Very spacious cabin with all the amenities we needed. We liked that there were a lot of bathroom and bedrooms. The outside porch was a plus

Large property with nice layout that allows for individual privacy of guests. We enjoyed the fire pit nightly and the pantry was well stocked with items; sugar, spices, olive oil etc. The property is located conveniently between Bryce and Zion. There are both gas and food stores very close. Marlene was very helpful and attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Set back from the road on a large lot it was the perfect get away from the bustle of daily life for relaxation and to explore the natural wonder of Zion and Bryce Canyon. From the well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed rooms to the sprawling deck with views of the mountains, local wildlife and stars at night, it checked off all the boxes for a great retreat to experience the beauty of nature. Thank you.

We stayed here while visiting Zion and Bryce. It was very comfortable for us and our doodle after exploring the parks and hiking. We’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs, but this was the best stocked kitchen ever with thoughtful goodies for getting settled in after a long drive. Interesting rock collection with info books on fossils, trees, wild flowers. Enjoyed a visit to gallery and Maynard Dixon’s studio next door. Inspiring landscape and great stars, too.

Loved the surroundings and the house was great! Great location with easy access to parks!

We enjoyed our stay and loved all of the "extras" provided in the cabin.
We had fun with the many many things we kept noticing inside and outside the cabin, Reyna is very fond of rocks and appreciated the rock collection. Alfie loved the new smells and the chance to roam the grounds. He has no previous experience with mule deer. Our stay was brief and we had no chance to look carefully through the extensive library. We enjoyed wandering through the Maynard Dixon gallery next door.

An incredible house with a fantastic owner. I have rented many homes and this was one of my best experiences.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Its location was great for hiking at both Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks. We especially enjoyed watching the deer outside with the sun coming up while sipping our morning coffee and tea inside the cozy cabin's dining area. The host provided us with everything we needed, plus more. There was a basket of snacks with trail bars, coffee and tea. The cabin even had a telescope for night sky viewing, which is quite dark there with the lights turned out. There were trekking poles and dry rags for dusting off the red dirt before coming inside. The host truly thought of everything, which made our stay very enjoyable.

This cabin was a pleasure to come home to after time in the National Parks. Marlene was a super host. Great communication and the best stocked VRBO ever - spices, staples and even a "humble breakfast" for the first morning. The property is quiet with wild life (deer) greeting us in the morning and the moon and stars at night on the deck. Not your traditional VRBO but definitely one you will enjoy. Lots of extras - even a telescope for star gazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. Thank you, Marlene.

This property was very comfortable. The owner was great to work with. They had welcoming treats and greetings, perfect porch to sit out and watch the hummingbirds, and a pantry filled with wonderful herbs and spices for the cook in the group.

Had a great time at this house. We were there to visit Zion, national Park and Bryce Canyon. This house was perfectly located for both visits. We found all the amenities we needed to cook and hang out at night visiting with family. If you’re in the area and need a nice place to stay, I would recommend this home. And the property owners were great to work with and very accommodating. The house also had a ramp up to the kitchen and another one up to the outside sitting area, which was excellent for my elderly mother.

The property worked perfectly for us. We had 3 couples and had space for us each to have our own area. We stayed in the bedroom with the single beds, another couple had the skylight room and another had the master. Each had our own bathrooms.
Our favorite part was the hummingbirds and the dark sky’s.

I loved staying at this property. It was centrally located , which gave us time to see all three major attractions with ease. Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and even drive to the Grand Canyon. The cabin was so clean and well maintained. It was stocked with so many amenities that I could not even list them all, from the well stocked pantry to the thoughtful welcome basket and in case you forgot it basket. The pictures from the listing do not do the actual view from the front porch justice, breath taking. Plenty of room and plenty to do. If we were to visit this area again, I would time my vacation around the availability of this cabin.

We've stayed in plenty of VRBO houses in our travels.
THIS is the guest house you would want for yourselves.
Spacious, fantastically decorated, stocked with way more than anyone should expect. I actually felt like a friends vacation house.
The location is awesome. Bryce, Zion, Kanab, St. George.
We discovered a new favorite spot.
Sand Hollow State Park. The beach is DELISH.
Try the jumping rocks.
Anyway, the owners are so thoughtful and made every part of our 5 day stay truly wonderful.
Grateful to have had the opportunity to use this special place and share it with the hummingbirds that met us each morning.
If you are in the area and looking for a spot....
THIS was awesome.

We took our adult children and their significant others to hike Zion, Bryce, and The Grand Canyon- and visit Best Friends- we all LOVED it; our stay in this sweet cabin enhanced our trip. We’re animal lovers and so enjoyed watching the deer, hares, and hummingbirds in the morning with coffee, and in the evenings on the porches. We sipped wine in the gazebo on the hill, and took in the bucolic scene.
The bedrooms were comfy, clean, and perfectly suited our family. The home is a rustic log cabin and felt authentic to the location. We loved exploring the home’s interesting collections of books, bottles, shells, collectibles, fossils, and relics from the area.
It’s perfectly situated between Zion and Bryce and could not be more perfect.
The host stocked the pantry, laundry room, and bathrooms with all of the basics which made life so much easier. If we are lucky enough to visit again, we will certainly stay here again! Thank you!

The cabin is very nice and spacious. Great location for exploring Zion and Bryce NPs. We had one issue with the AC not working when we arrived. When the owner was contacted, she addressed the issue. The AC was fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this location.

Beautiful cabin with great views! Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, nice outside sitting areas, with grill. Very comfortable sitting areas indoors. The host was an excellent communicator both before and during our stay. Good location for our hikes in both Zion and Bryce National Parks.

We stayed 2 nights in this huge cabin. The cabin was very comfortable for all of us during our April stay, even though the floor plan is a little unusual. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible with excellent communication leading up to and during our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking full meals, with a gas grill available for guests as well. The view out the dining room and master bedroom windows is to die for. There were also tons of basic supplies available for guests' use, such as basic kitchen essentials, bandaids, toiletries, extra towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, and even a small sewing kit (!). We'd happily stay here again!

We had such a lovely time at this home away from home. It is spacious, well cleaned and stocked with all the necessities and more. We were able to drive to Zion NP twice, Bryce Canyon twice and the Grand Canyon (south rim) for beautiful day trips. We also explored close by at the Red Hollow trail that had a couple of slot canyons and the Moqui Sand Caves. Plus, the view from this front porch is just breathtaking! It was the perfect place and a very nice host to work with.

One of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean, ready for your arrival and provides an above-normal amount of cooking supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great base camp to explore southern Utah.

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was very well equipped with items that are essential but you don’t usually travel with. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend booking!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property, and we may even return for a fourth in the future. The cabin kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need for preparing and sharing meals. The rustic ambience is fitting and appreciated. The beds are comfortable and inviting.
I am stuck using a powered wheelchair to get around, and I had no problem rolling around on the main floor. We use a portable lift to get me from chair to toilet and back to chair (or bed). There was plenty of clearance under the bed and into the master bathroom for the lift, but you've got to take it slowly. There are no grab bars to speak of, but I did not find them necessary.
If you have any special needs or requests, the host seems very happy to accommodate where she can.

Nice, rustic cabin property with a ton of wildlife right in the front yard. We spotted deer, turkey and fox, as well as heard coyotes howling at night. Marlene was awesome about communicating, ensuring we got in ok on arrival and that everything was good when we got there. She even reached out to let me know that I'd left a jacket, and arranged to mail it back to me. Great location, near Zion, Bryce Canyon, and short hop to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Quite enjoyable!

This is a very comfortable and spacious cabin. Outstanding views of the bluffs to the East. The night sky's are unbelievable!
This cabin has plenty of room for a large family, although we only had a group of 4. Very clean home and well appointed kitchen. Lots of sharp knives and basic ingredients in the pantry.
I'm sure the owners have a long punch list of things to deal with on the outside but it didn't impact our stay. I would definately rent this cabin again.

This home truly was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was right there. Owner was very easy to reach if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay near Zion and Bryce!

We stayed in this cabin for 6 nights (couple in our 50s), visiting Zion and Bryce, as well as checking out local parks (Pink dunes, Moqui caves).
The cabin is in a great, very quiet location off of the 89. Yes you can hear traffic, but it's not really a distraction from the quiet and peaceful location (and the road is mostly quiet at night).
The Cabin was very clean, and we loved the attention to detail, including the food baskets (basics to get started in case you arrive late). Everything was adequate. We loved sitting on the deck at night, gazing at the stars and milky way.

Very welcoming property. From the time we walked in to the time we left, we had everything and more available to us. Beautiful location, adequately distanced from both Zion and Bryce, had beautiful views. Elegantly appointed cabin truly gave a rustic yet refined living experience. Well stocked pantry and snacks were a nice touch. Will stay here again and highly recommend this property for anyone looking to experience country living.

This house worked wonderfully for our group of four women. Everyone had their own space and bathroom at the end of a log day together. We made dinner at the house almost every day and everything we needed was there. Beautiful view from the dining room. Great location to see multiple areas of Utah!

Had nice extras. Forgot coffee and a few other things. Wouldn't have had coffee in morning but thier was a brand new bag of good coffee for us along with a few other things we forgot at the store. Nice view and convenient location for the parks.
