Perfect bedroom/bathroom accomodations, especially the 2-twin beds room for the younger cousins. Small living room but nice sized open kitchen and dining area to gather and laugh. Rainy weekend worked in our favor since no yard to play in.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was unmatched.
6.0 / 10.0
We had to wait over an hour an a half just to check in because they were still cleaning it. Check in was at 4 pm. Then I still had to call customer service for the right code afterwards because I still could not get in. It was new years weekend and I had a long hold. We drove from Texas just to sit almost 2 hours in the car, they could of at least messaged about the late check in or make up for it by letting me stay later but management said 4pm is not a guarantee time even thou I got several emails stating code would not work till 4 which to me is a guarantee check in time , I’ve stayed at several rentals and it’s always at 4. To wait almost 2 hours to check in after paying such a hefty price is ridiculous. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had!

Nice property located near lots of attractions but far enough away for relaxing. Property is as described and well maintained. Had no issues during the stay. Did utilize the xplore program for access to amazing amenities.

11 of us stayed at this large, nice property about as close to Dollywood as it gets.
Unfortunately, the internet never worked the entire week. Further all of the televisions are connected to the internet and they did not work either. The property maintenance team was responsive but after 3 direct messages to the owner, I never received a response, compensation, or acknowledgement of my message.
This is troubling and disappointing and future guests should be aware of this.

The location was up a hill across from Dollywood. Couches had rollaway beds which is not
mentioned in description. That was nice to have to give us more options on spreading out.
Most furniture is a little older and could be replaced but was usable.
Nice amount of space for our group of 14.
Major issue for the older people in our group was the amount of steps to get into the home/ bedrooms. Better hand rails and a ramp to get up and down would be helpful.
Nice kitchen with washer/dryer.
We washed the towels since there was only enough for one night. Their towels are a little rough feeling but over all they worked.
Beds were comfortable.
Location was great if your plans include Dollywood. Place was overall clean. Twin beds were not made but sheets were available.
We had beautiful views but very limited seating to enjoy the views. A few chairs in the decks would be a nice addition.
Getting into the home was easy.
We used some
of the free tickets offered with renting the space.
Only thing that would keep me from renting here again is the number of steps involved in getting around
the home since we travel with several
older people.
Overall this was a great experience.
Note to the owners is the kitchen fridge filter needed to be replaced, The fridge kept making a noise
that the filter needed replacing.

For large family needs!
The family needed all bedrooms 6 with plenty of room for all.., central to many activities. There were a few things I believe were not reported by folks that may have at first not been evident to the cleaning crew, as ithe refrigerator is turned off or open ;it truly took 2 days for our food to stay cold, the dishwasher leaked, the hot tub heating element was not heating the tub, till our last 2 nights as there was back and forth texts., received by different people..We will visit this area again, beautiful, and yes we wiu would consider Edencrest again..

Comfortable Vacation Home
The cabin had ample space for a multi-generational family. There were several spaces where people could gather (kitchen, sitting areas), and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The cabin was conveniently located for excursions in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area.

Love the house it was perfect for us all and was spacious located in the best area
When we arrived the house was not cleaned properly, the refrigerator draw was broken in the back hinge we only used the first 2 shelves, toaster knob was broken, rugs were very dirty and lots of doggy stains. Inside there were many little critters and bathroom floors were not mopped at all. We enjoyed the house as a whole but some things in the house could use fixing and updating. We weren't home much so it didn't bother us as much our doggies were well trained and kept there necessities outside at all times. thank you for a great time

Great spot!
There's a lot of sleeping space in this cabin! I also liked that it was close to the main thouroughfare but separate enough to not feel the traffic on a holiday immediately upon leaving the property. Very quiet, too.

Family vacation
I enjoyed my overall stay, but had a few issues. Pipe leak under kitchen sink and lights went out on part of house. The repairman showed up within a couple hours. One of the bedrooms had junk food wrappers on bed.

First Family Trip
I was happy with most of the property. However, the floor was dirty. Our two babies were getting very dirty legs and feet as they crawled. Also, I thought there would be more supplies offered. There wasn't even a coffee filter for the coffee maker or a salt shaker. There was only 2 kitchen towels. I had asked what was supplied but no one got back with me so I had no idea we needed to bring a coffee filter!!!
I was not impressed with the Alexa. Not necessary!
Bedrooms were nice and roomy. Bathrooms were very nice. Hot tub was great. Community swimming pool was COLD! I give our stay a 8.5 out of 10.

everything was perfect but it was weird that there were no garbage bags in the cabin… other than that we had a ball and everything worked out perfectly for our trip because of our stay experience ✨❤️

Lots of room
Women’s retreat so the house was great for most to have their own room and plenty of bathroom space as well. Easy access in the summer but winter would be difficult without 4 wheel drive. Manager was very responsive and had someone check the internet for us very quickly but we could not get it to work. We will give the benefit of the doubt that it may have been cell service issue. Very quiet comfortable beds lots of space overall a great trip with nice accommodations. Nice hot tub

We arrived at 3:45. When they say 4:00 check in that is exactly what they mean. We had two small children and they needed to use the bathroom. We were given a code to go to the Activity center. As we were getting ready to leave the cabin and find that building a car pulled in and that was the inspection of the cabin. At 2 minutes to 4 we received a text with the code. At any rate when we entered the cabin it appeared clean and welcoming in the kitchen. When we went around the corner to the living room it was very nice with the exception of broken blinds-not a deal breaker but just surprised at the window coverings. The love seat couch however needed a cover or something. We were debating as to if it was supposed to have the "distressed look " but the material did flake off so probably not. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very nice! Great water pressure in the showers. The tv in the living room and downstairs bedroom (cable) did not work. Maintenance did come to fix theliving room tv but couldn't figure out the issue. Thank goodness for Netflix. :) The biggest disappointment was the hot tub not being heated. A breaker had kicked and when maintenance came Saturday night and found the hidden breaker box the water temp was in the 30's. It heated up by Sunday morning to use but we were checking out. Check out was at 10:00 and that was a little early compared to other rentals we have used previously so that was a little inconvenient. However, it is a bigger house with 6 bedrooms and several bathrooms and would take time to clean. There was ample bedding, for the sofa beds and bunks. Towels etc were plentiful. Plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, shampoo etc. (Only one small trash bag but we had brought). Loved the location. Very convenient to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge. It was on a fairly steep road so in cases like ours when it snowed it was interesting leaving. :) We would probably rent this again, and do recommend it but check on the hot tub first thing if you plan to use it. It also accepts pets so that is also a huge perk. (We were given the option to file a complaint for the tv's and hot tub issues but declined).

We are had a great time! The rooms were very nice and a good size. The kitchen and dining area was big enough for all 16 of us. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only drawbacks were the many stairs both inside and outside of the cabin. For my husband and I, who are both 60, it was a bit much. Overall a good place for a family getaway and we all loved it!

The place was nice and close to everything.
I really enjoyed my stay there. You had everything you need at your fingertips. The only thing I can say is, they just need to update the furniture in livingroom and movie room. And change out the cleaning brushes in the bathrooms. Overall I would stay there again.

The house was very clean and presentable. Felt welcomed. Did wish for more outside seating but not something that would stop me from returning g. One day did have to call 3 times for garbage pick up. All in all we had a great time and would return.

Great family/group cabin
I really liked the cabin, questionable to have young children in bunk room with hot tub just outside the door to outside from the room. All others slept upstairs or down stairs, but we did ok with that, kids were good.. Spacious open kitchen/dining area. living room a bit small for large group setting. Small game room downstairs. Dishwasher was nice to have, worked. Washer/Dryer nice to have also, worked.

Nice cabin with great location near main attractions. Disappointed in cabin supplies. For 15 people did not supply Nearly enough bath towels or washcloths or toilet paper. Ice maker in fridge broken when we checked in, reported immediately. Never fixed. Had to go buy bag of ice. Would’ve appreciated that supplied since ice maker was broken upon arrival. No ceiling fans in certain bedrooms. Trash bags not provided. Had to go buy a box.

Better then expected
We loved the cabin and would definitely stay here again . We had minor issues when we arrived but maintenance came out and was very friendly. The pictures don’t do it justice I do think it looks better in person however if you have family that can’t do stairs there is a lot so be warned however my family would definitely rent this one again it was perfect for us. I would recommend the owners put in a pair of scissors we could of used those, thank you .
