About this apartment rental
Our condo is located in Villa Magna, a gated development in Nuevo Vallarta located on the beachfront of beautiful Banderas Bay, one of the world's largest and deepest bay. Nuevo Vallarta beach is the longest and widest in the bay - great for walks, watersports (swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking) and access to jet skiing and para-sailing from the beach. Our ninth floor unit (of 10) has gorgeous views of the bay, Punta de Mita and the Sierra Madre mountains. Enjoy first class pools (incl. infinity) surrounded with lounge chairs. Condo guests can purchase an all inclusive pass and enjoy the amenities offered by Dreams Hotel which include 5 restaurants, spa, gym and kids recreation area access.
Our unit is a roomy four bedroom and four and half bath unit (2300+ sqft) - all bedrooms have a full private bathroom and air-conditioning units with per-room-control. There are views of either the ocean or mountains from all of the bedrooms. The unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, side by size refrigerator, propane BBQ, and whole house water filtration system.
Living/Dining Areas:
Large living and dining areas adjacent to the kitchen. Expansive views from living and dining area, with near wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, bringing the outdoors in. Large 55" LCD TV (stereo DVD/CD) with cable and wired/wireless high-speed Internet access. Dining table with seating for 10.
Kitchen:
Prepare your meals and drinks in our large fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops and bar seating. There is a "whole-unit" water filtration system. Grocery delivery can be arranged or you can purchase groceries at Mega supermarket, Sam's club, and Walmart's (12 min ride by taxi/rental car) or at nearby smaller market in Paradise Village. There is also a Costco market in Puerto Vallarta. Fresh seafood can be purchased at the marina in La Cruz, a short distance north of Bucerias.
Balcony:
Large balcony spans living area, dining area and master suite. 4 comfortable chairs and table + 2 lounge chairs to enjoy outdoor living. Large Weber propane barbeque.

The master suite has a king size bed with ocean views from the sliding door that opens onto the balcony. Relax in the in-room jacuzzi tub. Large walk-in closet. Equipped with LCD TV (DVD/CD).

There are many local restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, and La Cruz. There are also activity centers, golf courses (three local) and Paradise shopping center nearby. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 30 minutes South from the condo. You can get there by car, bus or the water taxi.
Our property manager can assist with your stay and arrange for special services such as: additional cleaning services, food preparation services, grocery delivery, in-room massage, transportation, activities, and more.
There is a $25 per week electric allowance. This is typically adequate as long as doors and windows are closed while AC is on. The unit has ceiling fans in each room and sensors on the doors and windows. The property manager will read the meter at check-in and check-out. For guest staying more than 1 week, you are required to pay for additional cleaning once per week.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Spent most of our time on the balcony or at the beach. Would stay again.

The condo is big and roomy for big families as it has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and beach were perfect for us. The refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced. It did not keep the food cold and did not keep the frozen foods frozen. (I am a licenced refrigeration mechanic) there is no water line hooked upto the fridge, therefore no filtered water.
Could not use the hot tub in the master bedroom as there was only one tap in use and it did not get hot water. AC just worked ok. Needs to be serviced.
If those things were fixed it is a very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Love villa magna properties!
Condo was as advertised, very comfortable and had all essentials needed! Stunning views of the sunset, beautiful pool.
Close to Samsclub, and other supermarkets.
We love villa magna and love the fact that there are other properties available for rent as well in the resort that makes it convenient for family gatherings (we rented 3 condos) and had a great time celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary.
I recommend this listing/property. Property manager had great communication.

Perfect end to 2020
Spent a week around New Years here. It was the perfect location to end 2020. Great view of fireworks too! Condo had most everything we needed. We hired a private chef that was amazing for New Year’s Eve. Owner Lisa and Patricia the property manager were quick to answer questions and Patricia addressed everything quickly while we were there. No issues with hot water on our trip. Condo has boogie boards but no chairs or umbrella. Equipped with cooler to bring down to beach or pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and only a quick cab ride to sams club or the market. Wonderful bike/running path just outside property. Felt very safe. A bit confusing with the hotel and restaurants on property but there is a cash/credit snack bar by the pool. You can’t go wrong renting this property. Highly recommend

Excellent spot for family get away!
This condo was great for our 4 adult , 3 children vacation. The condo was plenty roomy and had everything we needed to eat in, stay technically connected and sleep well. There were plenty of pool toys for the beach and pool fun. Patricia , the property manager, was easy to contact and responded quickly. The only issues we had was with hot water, which takes longer to get up to the eighth floor ... need to plan a bit., and that restaurants on site ( there is a grill and sandwich/ coffee shop that are independent) are owned by Dreams and are for all inclusive stays at Dreams only... We found some great restaurants in walking distance we used instead. Overall, it was a great trip in a great spot, on a great beach!

The condo itself was nice. The location has it's challenges. The property is located with the Dreams Hotel & condos. If you want any service, (food, drinks, club access, etc.) you need to purchase bracelets from the dreams hotel, ($95 a day per person. Of course everything in Mexico is negotiable. They want you to tour a property for a lower price) If you don't have a bracelet you pay cash. Not enough lounge chairs, always full. We were kicked out of the pool at 9pm. The condo had a $30 electric credit. If you run the air conditioning you will have to pay the higher electric cost which is expensive. With that said, I'm not a fan of Mexico and the whole let's make a deal game.

Such a great property for my family!
My family and I recently vacationed here and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The condo was well stocked and cared for. We were an end unit so there wasn’t any foot traffic near our unit. It was quick to get to the elevator and then to the pool. While there were TVs and AC, we didn’t even use either of them! We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the water and watching the sun set. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working properly, but they were quick to accommodate and get fixed, which we appreciated greatly. These things happen! The only drawback was there is a night club at the resort next door that we could hear, but we also kept the windows open at night. I would definitely come back here for sure. Awesome location and vacation!

Condo was great. It was stocked with beach toys including boogie boards. Fresh fish can be purchased at the farmers market down the beach on Tuesdays. We will be back!

Perfect For Our Thanksgiving Week
This four bedroom had everything we needed for our week in Nuevo Vallarta, plus a pleasant surprise. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet, had everything we needed as far as towels (including large beach towels), bedding, kitchen utensils etc., and had a great view looking up the beach/ocean towards Bucerías. We only had to use the air conditioners on the day of arrival until the condo had aired out - the rest of the time there was a great breeze that would continually flow through when we had the 30’ of sliding glass doors and the front door propped open. Usually one of the first things we do when we arrive at a beach condo is go out and buy a bunch of beach toys - the surprise was this condo already had very conceivable beach toy you could imagine - including bogie/body boards! Great stay!

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. Lots of room for chilling out and the views were incredible !! The pools were great for cooling off and relaxing, the grounds well kept. Amazing Apartment, Beautiful Views, Great Location
Our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) spend the past 11 days at this Villa Magna Condo and had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and spacious with a large balcony that offered immaculate views of the Nuevo coast and Banderas Bay; particularly at sunset. We made full use of the condos kitchen/bbq facilities. Patricia (condo manager), made the check-in/out process very fast, easy and informative.
The resort itself was perfectly kept and the staff very friendly and helpful. Beach is very safe for swimming/playing. We spent most of our time at the beach. Paradise village shopping is a short walk for groceries/supplies. We made the (walking) journey to Bucerius along the beach one afternoon which took approximately 1.5hrs. Lovely walk. Great shopping/dining. Easy cab ride home again.

Absolute PARADISE!!
We recently stayed at this absolutely beautiful Villa Magna condo. The view was breathtaking and the condo was magnificent. It was fully stocked with everything we needed from all fresh linens, to pots/pans, BBQ grill, etc. You can tell the owners use this place also because it had all you needed to make you comfortable. The pictures on VRBO are gorgeous, but in person.........WOW.....even better ! And, the weather was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

A taste of splendor on the bay!
I could write a book on how much fun we had at Villa Magna and this condo! It is located in a great location! The view is spectacular, the condo is incredibly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! You can see the sun rise near the front entrance and see it set from the balcony. That never got old! Walking the endless beach, which is steps away, is another thing to behold! You will not regret your stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Enjoy!

It was a such a beautiful place to vacation.
What an amazing vacation! The condo was beautiful and very well kept and stocked with everything one would need. The view from the balcony is breath taking and to watch the sun set from it was spectacular. It was equally amazing to get to see the baby leather back turtles making their way to the water in the morning. It was such a wonderful trip I defiantly will be booking another vacation with them in the future.

Perfect for families. We ate at the snack bar for lunch with little kids. Inexpensive and good. Drinks are watered down but that's pretty typical. Unit was well stocked; would have been nice to have a few spices and a broom. Pool was great for kids. Boogie boarding and sand castles. Recommend having dinner at Eddie's Place by the Nuevo marina--outstanding food and atmosphere. We go there at least once every time we're in PV. Need to take a taxi everywhere, but fares are cheap. Great place

Large, clean and well maintained condo. Perfect for families or a group of friends. Stayed with friends and had a great time. Fantastic view from the patio deck. You can purchase all inclusive passes for one day or more. Great local restaurants and a short trip into Puerto Vallarta. We would definitely look to stay here again. We highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed.

Great property for a wide range of travelers.
I've stayed at this property several times over the past 6 years. The availability of the hotel amenities with all of the convenience of a private residence can't be beat. The location is fantastic and the beach is one of the best. The sleeping accommodations are very nice and can accommodate a wide range of rental groups. I've stayed there on family trips and with a group of single friends. This is my go to place in Nuevo Vallarta.

Paradise with perfect beach view!
My husband and I needed a week to relax from work. We've stayed at this property and could not be happier! The apartment's decor is stunning and, the best part: the view! We would wake up so relaxed with no noise but the breeze of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to cook as if we were at home!
The beach is literally 2 minutes away and the complex and its surroundings offers different kinds of restaurants, from Mexican to Italian cuisine. Activity centers for scuba diving, boat trips and other excursions are also close by! My husband and I enjoyed a scuba diving trip and went to the Rhythm of the Nights show, which we adored and highly recommend! Dinner is delicious and the show is a true cirque du Soleil!
The apartment is beautiful we plan to stay there every time we go to Puerto Vallarta - all rooms are super comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the bath tub made our experience even more special. Looking forward to going back!
